I had pretty good luck getting them 1M at a time. It cost me extra in fees but that will be mute very soon.
It's never silly to put your money to good use.
The new notice of allowance is the second allowance issued by the USPTO on this particular application. To further strengthen its legal position, GreenShift previously requested the USPTO to withdraw the earlier allowance and review all of the materials submitted by all of the defendants in GreenShift’s current patent infringement litigation, including ICM, Flottwegg, and Westfalia in support of their invalidity arguments. The USPTO issued the new notice of allowance for the ‘136 Patent Application in spite of everything raised by each and every defendant, including ICM.
The last sentence is key.
NEW YORK, Jun 24, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- GreenShift Corporation (OTCQB: GERS)
announced today that it has licensed its patented technology to Sunoco for
extraction of corn oil from a co-product of Sunoco's corn ethanol manufacturing
facility in Fulton, New York. The recovered corn oil is a valuable raw material
for use in the manufacturing of biodiesel and other carbon-neutral products.
Designated an 'advanced technology' by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency,
GreenShift's patented corn oil extraction is proven to improve the
profitability, energy efficiency and carbon footprint of ethanol plants.
GreenShift's extraction process gives Sunoco the exciting ability to contribute
to the production of a second renewable fuel (biodiesel) from every kernel of
corn that is refined into ethanol. One kernel of corn can now produce two
renewable fuels using GreenShift's proprietary process.
Sunoco additionally awarded GreenShift the construction project to design and
install the equipment.
"We selected GreenShift to be our technology provider after extensive review,"
added Gary Center, Fulton ethanol facility manager at Sunoco. "The ability to
extract corn oil to sell to third parties will provide a positive economic
impact at the plant."
"GreenShift is very pleased to be working with Sunoco; throughout the entire
process Sunoco demanded the very best, and we are pleased that we were able to
deliver," added Edward Carroll, GreenShift's President.
GERS - please give us some news - the natives are getting restless!
GPRE currently has more debt than assets. I doubt they could make a decent offer acceptable to KK and stay afloat.
I suppose you have to do one of two things; enter a bid higher than the MM's or put in any bid and hope that someone sells that exact amount. It appears that 5M is the magic number today.
Someone must need a mortgage payment or something.
I think NITE is buying in big time, someone else is selling out big time.
Opposing Markman Briefs due June 17, 2011
Thanks Skunk
BIOF may be a good candidate also.
Good question. Gotta get back to reality. I'll be ecstatic just to see 5 cents.
No, but I'd sell it!
That's exactly right.
Hopefully before KK decides on another R/S
You kidding, by the time that happens to GERS, it will be selling for over $5.00 due to stock buybacks and great 10Q's.
Actually, the reason is important.
PEIXD and GERS are going in different directions. PEIXD is in desperation mode. They have been going backwards for some time. They are fighting a losing battle trying to stay on NASDAQ.
Don't get me wrong, I dislike R/S's for any reason.
They are only doing it to comply with NASDAQ.
They should install a COES and generate the revs to get over the $1.00 threshold.
Big oil gets huge tax breaks.
Wow, that sounds good!
How about the announcer saying:
"The Indy 500, sponsored by Greenshift."
I was thinking the same about ADM. It's just a matter of time that GERS will sign up ADM then in the near future, ADM will make KK an offer he may not be able to refuse for - as Slash aptly put it - GERS the cash cow!
I would like to apologize now for any misspellings that I may make on future posts. lol
Sounds like KK may have a hard time buying back - he had better start pretty soon.
It appears that the .0001's are HISTORY!
credit cards and then some!
Yes, I want to second your remark. I see Slash posted it on Skunk's blog also.
By the way, when KK announces his share buyback, how many will you give up?
That's the key phrase "sell goes through" - who in their right mind is giving their money away?
Those in at .0001 now are just bottom feeders waiting for quitters.
I emailed Pacific Ethanol a few weeks ago and they said that they do NOT have any COES installed.
