Ditto!
GO BRAV!
That convenient. I guess BRAV was golden until Q3 then. and will be golden again once this one is filed on time. Wasn't according to you before Q3 and will not be after. Same songs will resonate, regardless if they are on time or late, increase in revenues or less. Doesn't matter, what you think is what you think (want to think) and nothing will change that until it's too late of course for most on either side of it. Will be fun to see who's actually on the wrong side of history though because time WILL tell.
That's good!
Go BRAV!
You're excused, It's been years since financials have been late. To be exact it was May 16th 2011. So almost 4 years between that one and the last one. To see it in another way it was 13 Quarters between the late filings for Q3 of last year and the previous one. At some point you have to see any attempt for someone to say late filings is the trend as being just an outright lie. Them being on time has been the trend not late.
Then get off of the kettle, Pot.
Go BRAV!!
I guess we're all cheaters then because not one of us can say we've never been late for anything.
GO BRAV!!
The trend has been for them to be on time. Only the last filing was late but the proper document was filed for them being late. Doesn't bother me.
That's a reach.
Go BRAV!!
Nope. Whenever he releases them I'm good with it.
I disagree but you are welcomed to your opinion.
Would look deeper. Yes 1/4 of the outstanding shares and yes audited, but it about making money and this company isn't. AT ALL. Im talking 0 revenues. Personally I think it's ridiculous to think to have a company with promise of having revenues be considered more valuable than a company that That has significant revenues. By your take, You'd give an "A" to the student that hands you a folder that's neatly organized with no work done and give another student a lower grade that completed work but folder is a little unorganized.
Randomly picked a stock on breakout board. How is this stock at almost .02 and BRAV is at .002. So many of them that bring nothing to the table and are all talk with no revenues. BRAV is a multi Million dollar company as far as revenues yearly and it's sitting lower than these type of securities. When the breakthrough comes, 2013 will look small in comparison.

Wouldn't take his lack of posting here as he's sold. He hasn't posted anywhere for months even his own board.
We would know if that guy had bailed.
corrected, thanks. or maybe read some news.
Would be ok to hear some news but have a certain appreciation for the silence as well.
Closer to Annual. Looking forward to seeing them.
Go Brav!!!
No Stock is ever where it should be. If that was case, they're pps would never move. Yeah you're right, the price is stagnant now but that has nothing to do with what we're talking about. We're speaking on market standards and where this security should be according to those standards.
basically almost 1000% higher than it is currently.
closer to .017. Since we do not have full years 2014 revenues you go off previous years revenues which in this case is 3.1 mill.
oh I was thinking 8-10 annual revenues minimum but regardless it is undervalued. I know there other factors.
BRAV!!!
Yes it is. Should never drop below it. This thing should teeter between 2-6 cent and breakout into the teens (.1*) from time to time.
No I do not I don't think so anyway. So the concern is the type of shares and not an assumption of what he may or may not be trying to do with them moving forward. Got it.
The reason I'm saying is the share structure has been the same for over 3 years headed to 4 and he's had those shares throughout so I guess I'm asking what has changed to cause concern about his 80 million perferred.
right but question I'm asking is how do we know he's even trying to. That's what you said I was wrong about. Really asking the question. Has there been something indicating he's trying to put those 80 mil shares in play?
oh ok, maybe I am. So he is trying to convert his share into cash?
All of this is hinged on whether he has a desire to convert share right? I have not seen any indication that that's his desire so wondering why it's even a discussion.
My bad, you did say you had dibs.
Guess I'll take 100k you can have what's left
I agree. No way .0022 reflects where value is. Much higher imo and at some point will catch up to where it should be (.02-.04).
I've been wrong everytime except last time but will take a shot though and say north of 500k+ for Q4, 400k+ for Q1, With those numbers I believe the loan is paid and the lawsuit is still pending. Guessing though .
Yep got a big bowl of popcorn, some Mike & ikes, and a big gulp watching the show. Can't wait for the part comes where fins are released.
Go Brav.
I apologize as well for any comments I've made that were personal attacks. I definitely agree we are all in this together. We all need to concede some. Common sense should rule the conversation. I don't agree with all things liberal or progressive. I am truly an independent. Have voted both ways. To me it's about the individual person, the record they hold and the package they are selling. None of us imo should commit to either side. Think of how much harder our politicians would have to work if they had to literally win ever vote. This is how we ended up with so many dead beats in congress on both sides. People are like he's a dem so I'll vote for him or vice versa. I lean dems, but it's about timing not parties but take a serious look at all candidates during elections. Right now I just see solutions better to be handled by dems. That will change at some point for me I'm sure.
no offence but I believe that's an exaggeration.
