Another place for showing Bayport's efforts to the public!
Yes, still below 0.01
if it's not worth .000000000000001, than it might be worth 1.00000000000000000000
we were always betwwen 0.005 and 0.02. I Think, that we will not break below 0.001
That's possible in penny stocks.
Don't expect too much, but we won't stay on the same level all the time.
Bayport Wayne project with 125 oil and gas wells!
Yes, and they will update their website when new projects are ripe for exploring.
Wells are producing, and hopefully also producing more in future. One of the most important things to do for Bayport is their audit, I agree. the audit is also the key, up to where investors can see, taht Bayport is prepared for growth and future.
But maybe it will work out in future. At least that's my hope. Pickens surly has also alternatives, but Bayport has good claims.
Whatever you think, I stay on Bayport.
If this company expect revenues from the JFK oil terminal, than they are already operating.
Banksy pointed to an update, published one week ago: The JV with JFK Oil Terminal seems especially to pay out for the companies related to the fack water treatment after exploring:
http://app.newmediawire.com/news/5554e7c6ee2b190009e9d541/jfk-oil-terminal-corp-announces-updates
price seems a little bit to get excited.
probably you are right. Loooooooooooooolllllllllllll
Not yet. Maybe I become one later. I still hope on the chance for improvement here.
Before here a new reverse split is executed, all authorized shares will be outstanding. But until now, no extraordinary dilution can be detected.
The company report on the second quarter 2015 will be published in August/September, I guess.
That's not unusual. You can see the development from quarter to quarter. But that kind of camparision is very dependend on the kind of business.
How long has you been shareholder? I guess, that there was a restricted date.
Welcome chile2, another one, who sees the potential of Bayport.
Hope, that we both won't wait invain for years.
If Bayport management is willing to confirm that they have sucessfully finished their auditing, than they will also be to become a fully reporting company.
The audit is indeed one of the requirements for uplisting, and company progress. The audit will confirm, if the company works after business and typical industry-related processes.
Break out downward? I still see, that current level is between 0.005 and 0.20. Not to mention the pump and dump action at the begining of this month.
Slowly you are convincing me to become a basher. The current price seems still too high for a scam. But those, who know about the future prospect of the company, will have the right feeling, what this scam has of current level. Those investors will keep the price around $0.01, irrespectively what you, me or others are saying here.
Pickens is always present, when there is something going on in oil industry.
Agree, unfortunately we are down again at $0.006, but we saw this before and we also saw $0.02.
T. Boone Pickens involved:

Yes, I noticed the Pickensplan before.
Somehow not very useful your post.
That would be a good explanation.
For today, that's a right conclusion.
Probably Shainberg is acting as adviser, but the last decision about BAYP business interests is upto the CEO, Mr. Porter. And this Mr. Porter, who is CEO right now, is a different CEO, named Porter, who was CEO of a similar named company. I still hope, and the history of the CEO of BAYP gives evidence, that he is skilled, and has experience about the business he is running. My hope is still that he becomes successful with his business and the money the share-, bond-, and otherwise -holders, gave him.
You might be right, gitreal, but I'm not in the mood nor I want to be the personal judge about the CEO. The CEO still might be very useful for the business, when he is experienced.
If you have enough funds to move the price by breaking continuosly the bid or ask price, then we will see more price movement.
Banksy and gitreal, to be honest, I'm not too much interested in any information about someone, to whom I have no private connection or business. I'm investing in some stocks, and I do this mostly, because I know or understand their business, regardless who is CEO. Even if someone (a CEO) has a bad public reputation, I do not necessarily believe all, what kind of mud is thrown publicy at him.
Even a CEO with bad reputation might lead a company in a very good manner.
I haven't read the details, but what has the SEC to do with that, when he is in clinch with his wife? Only in the case, that something belong to his wife, a court might decide about his assets, not the SEC. When the SEC is involved with a private encounter inbetween a couple, how and who gave the order, that the SEC should search assets? An private encounter between a couple only must be solved with private means, or if one partner feels mistreated, a court has to decide about a private claim.
That was your find.
