Just curious why multiple judges and do they look at how Rontan acted in the inital law suit with missing documents and deadlines passing, etc....they were not very "considerate" of the process....

With the small float and shorts in SBFM I'm surprised this stock hasn't hit the Reddit group radar....this stock is prime for it. Any people on this board with Reddit contacts? HKD went from $17 to over $2,000 per share bc of the Reddit craze. Surly, this stock can easily go over $100....let's have some fun while waiting....

They had specialists out to the lithium field and seeing what we got....I dream for a Wall Street journal article that our 10,000 acres is full of lithium valued at 1 Billion....news will follow on their findings....I need some positive news.

Ageis with SBFM are the ones that screwed everyone....the stock will recover to higher levels, but who knows what that will be....regardless, they can't be trusted.

Sorry, to say good things don't hapen to people like them....therefore, they don't have the "goods" as you put it....they remind me of PMCB another company that did the same thing to shareholders....

I know the process for restricted shares and I have other restricted stocks in this pps range. It's not easy to get them freed....

Those are restricted shares from individual investors and they will have a hard time gettting them freed up since none of the brokerage houses will take OTC Pink stocks at .01....so may not see them released for a while.

I asked him about his shares and he was real honest with his response. He's not happy at all....but, he's holding and he needs a very high price to just break even, so high its not worth mentioning....

Yes, I see....but if you want to learn and think....the way the stock trades and the volume now....there is no way we still have 7m shares outstanding we are at over 9m shares alone today and had two 100m volume days....think about it, my point still stands there are way more then 7m shares out....IMO, I see at least 20-30m and may be more....

I think that's wrong on shares outstanding....check OTC Markets they are the most accurate and they show 28m....I'm also guessing their underwriter is dumping shares in the market or did it when it ran to 9+....If I had to guess I bet their is 40m, IMO. Definately not 14m
