Hey Johnny, LOL. Yeah, but this time I did it with much greater caution--lol. But I am very distrustful of OTCBB and PINKS. I think the primary reason for 95% of these companies are to rob people legally. I know Gene is under a 'gag' order (convenient isn't it) and I know he has not issued prs but I just can not believe there wasn't a rcch wink and a nod going on with this last false run. Take care and I hope you get even richer than I on RCCH...heck I will be happy walking away with a grand or two.
Chris
Altarboy---exactly. That Tony does not have the courage, honesty, or sense of shareholder appreciattion to communicate a basic statement showing, if nothing more, gratitude for the long's patience puts him very very low on the integrity totem pole IMO. It's really rather shocking to the point that I feel I should say that frog may have been right about him all along.
Johnny. my assumption is a pump and dump some how organized/sponsored by RCCH---I say this because right at or soon after the sp highpt and coinciding incresase of OS all followed by a still continuing sell off. At least that's how I see it. I bought into RCCH for the first time recently at .0029. Had I been patient I could have gotten a much better price. Not saying the company is crooked but I do think the time line (rise in price/ increase in OS, heavy sell off) speaks for itself. Good luck to you and to me as well.
Chris
Tide---maybe I thought I would give one more pinky a try. How ya doing Tide----Do you suppose maybe we will get it right this time?
But woof...
Ann, thanks---I imagine we will be the last to know and let's hope the 'new' is not the same old Tricky Dicky Gabriel "shareholder value" spin. Not gonna bet on it though. Thanks again for the info.
Chris
Hi Ann, not really sure what it specifically has to do with DNAPrint. They still have their 'old' website and the one you found looks like nothing more than a hodgepodge of various services offered by various companies. Thanks for posting this though. Take care,
Chris
And that Tony does not have the basic integrity or respect to issue a honest statement to shareholders puts him right right down there with the tbf crowd...birds of a feather (eat their young together).
Too bad. Live and learn.
But woof...
altarboy... I have reached the conclusion that smarter people than I have been burned by smooth talking Dicks and Tonys. Live and learn.
But woof...
Dilligently I bet too.
Altarboy but Louise says Dick is working dilligently. We must have faith in Dick!
But woof...
Stockboy---Dick is dilligently seeking financing (according to Louise)...afterall, DNAG needs an influx of cash for Dick's and Tony's end of year bonus'
But woof---
But which broker is broker?
FSAIL---I think there will be a period of 25% swings leading to bk. This is why a few 'new' daytraders (or old ones by another name) are posting. If one is quick and good and lucky and is buying at these low prices one may do fairly well. This is why volume has been up recently. You could by a ton for little cash and swing it for a .0001 uptick For those of us who are old and slow and long, well... at least we got the pleasure of each other's company. I simply now wish Tony and DNAG were honest enough to call it like it is. IMO, they are not going to call it like it is.
But woof...
Hey Bag, seems I have reached my threshold with DNAG. That they do not have the class or concern to communicate to shareholders other than via Louise reading script cards about how Dick is dilligently seeking financing is very telling in my opinion. Best to you and yours.
Chris
Yorky, this is why I think after 8 long years DNAG really does not have anything. Surely, toxic financing and incompetent management aside, if DNAG had the science which Tony has implied and stated then somebody, somebody would have stepped up to finance them bigtime. They are being (have been) passed by. The DNA wave which Tony claimed he was riding is rolling (has rolled) right over the top of him. He turned out to be a second rate sailor and his good ship DNAG turned out to be nothing more than a rubber raft without lifejackets.
But woof...
.000000005 within 2 years.
And this is Kosher? http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=29951556
But woof...
Yes, a daytrader or two looking for a quick uptick.
Altarboy. The traders who got in real low recently will probably do ok. The longs are screwed. I believe in honesty so I will say DNAG was, in my opinion, a joke and the last laugh is on the longs. I am a long. Tony told us to eat our veggies..either he was picking our pockets as he said this or was in major denial about his abiltiy as a scientist. Good luck to you.
Chris
altorboy---if DNAG really had something good to say they would issue a pr (assuming they had enough money to issue a pr).
dnapwiner: If you don't mind me asking what did you ask them? TIA
Chris
Altorboy. It is hard to imagine they did not full well know the LOI was all smoke and mirrors. How could they not know they were headed for the pinks and that Nanobac was too...
But woof...
Altarboy, remember the deal where Nanobac had a letter of intent to purchase DNAG? Nanobac is now a pinksheet too. Guess it takes one to know one. LOL.
Stockboy, yep. This smells like a predetermined squeezing of a last few drops of blood. Probably just MM's and maybe Dutchess and/or DNAG shaking shares for a remaining few nickels.
But woof...
It's not easy being green.
Altarboy. You should think again. I have sent them several months ago my direct thoughts on a very poor Gabriel driven outcome. I am sure others have too. I was direct but not profane. And yes, they did not bother to answer.
mbmum. Correct. As a pink the 'E' is not stated but implied. What rhymes with pink?---(stink). Heck, they won't even have to report the bonus' the give to themselves.
But woof...
Hey Gandolf. I have a hunch many of the old longs still read the postings---although doing so can be a challenge at times. I do not know about the shareholder's meeting. In my mind DNAG is kaput. That they do not have the grace and respect to issue info to shareholders at this point in time is very telling. Best of luck to you.
But woof...
Did you ever stop to think the 'truth' in this case just might include Tony's science not being as good as he said it was and/or Gabriel being an second rate CEO? Naw, couldn't be.
But woof...
Liz, depends on whether he's buying or selling.
Nature's way. You have been very accurate in your posts in the past. I hope this last post of yours continues in that pattern. Good luck to you. I agree that the best hope now is that things look completely dark. I feel there is no hope for the company due to either mismanagement or science not worth the cost of the research to create it. Hope you are right. Hope I am wrong. Take care,
Chris
The longs will be left with nothing but an uneasy feeling. I wish DNAG would get sued just to cause them additional expense and discomfort. But that's business and I have a garden to tend.
woof...
Ann, that list forgets to mention huge debt, death spiral financing, cancelation of CD-59, a CEO of questionable ability and longs destined to walk away with not even a plateful of vegetibles...(Remember Tony's condescending remark to 'complaining' shareholders about kids not wanting to eat their veggies?)...lol...lots and lots more hat than cattle. We been ripped.
But woof...
Iwant2be---gets a little old doesn't it.
But Woof...
PL-1. Your simple correction is the result of you simply not reading what I wrote. LOL. I said if a 10-1 merger AND (please note the word AND) a 10-1 RS AFTER the merger then 1,000,000 becomes 10,000. Simple enough? So, please refrain from correcting my posts if your zeal to find an error interferes with your ability to read what is written.
But woof...
Mcmartinhall: just idle speculation on my part but perhaps Frudakis and Hector saw how ineffective Gabiriel was in securing financing and getting the company going in general. Perhaps they even heard one of his monotone presentations. Perhaps Hector took a leadership role in response to this and struck a deal without Gabriel's participation. Perhaps, perhaps, perhaps. Although to me that would be a sign of progress particularly if Gabriel was given the boot soon but I still hightly doubt I will ever see a profit on my investmentor even break even. I think a 10-1 exchange AND a RS by NNBP within a year of the merger is a very plausible outcome. If that happens 1,000,000 shares in DNAG becomes 10,000 shares of NNDP assuming a 10-1 exchange and a 10-1 RS. A 20-1 RS would bring it to 5,000 shares. Which means for many longs, NNBP would have to then literally explode in growth/revenue for said longs to simply break even. Wow! LOL. Hey longs, it has been a pleasure knowing you. I am not selling but for the first time my 'hope' is all but gone for this investment. Who ever said something that seems to good to be true probably is; well, they were probably right. My bad. My mistake. LOL
Chris
Ann, have you noticed that Gabriel's name is not on the pre-merger paperwork? Perhaps this is an indication that he is recognized to be ineffective and is no longer in on the decision making. Well, one can hope can't they?
But woof...
Gandolf, yep...we're screwed. Frudakis seems nothing more than an avg scientist who got in over his head in business. Gabriel's failure as CEO is ample proof he is nothing more than an average (at best) businessman and we can now see why he was available for hire when Tony came calling. Hector? He seems to be highly skilled at behind the scenes golden parachute building. If NNBP does buy out DNAG it will benefit the insiders and the longs will got royally reamed. Thanks Hector. I would like to think all this leaves a sour taste in Frudakis' mouth. Maybe it does. Maybe it doesn't. DNAG has been all talk and no walk. I would like to think I just got fooled by people without the smarts and skills to pull it all off. That is what I choose to believe----it is more comforting to believe that for me than to consider other scenarios. Live and learn.
But woof...
pma---I don't think our votes will count. I doubt I would vote for the merger either if it ever comes to a vote. IMO the insiders will weasel a best way for them and that is what will happen. They have not the class nor integrity to make a public announcement to the longs about what is really going on. Pretty pathetic.
