If Joe has the cash, they will have to take it....watch and see. The gov already wants businesses to succeed in our country, if he has the cash by then they will have to accept. As far as the SEC goes, they agree with banking laws 1st, thats the heart of capitalism.
If I thought about it long enough, I'd think you work for them. You almost work too hard not to be. No offense intended. Cheers!
Death Spiral Financing isn't a extortion/strangle document. That's why a judge will rule in favor of Joe. An SEC judge is not owned by the financing company here, only in Russia.
Exactly, the 50 or 70% flip ..both popular.
Yep, bio got a great signal this week...I'm thinking gap up quickly. Next week should be good for trips now.
..Buffet should have lost big on his losing bet, but instead washed his losses away on the backs of 10 tickers of longs till the price of the underlying commodity reached its zenith and then tanked. Then made money after he took his time short covering the 10 tickers. In an interview 5 yrs ago he was bragging how he had 150 A.I. traders working for him 24/7. He has pile more folks working his algos than back then...Cheers. I take notes on all my black hole research. Risk mgmt rules: Never forget what you learned.
..yes. way different than 20 yrs ago. On ETF's at times it's so bad that it's like watching 3 walnut shells moving around so fast (15,000 trades per minute on a .20-.30cent range.) you cannot see the money leaving. Thanks you A.I. But after I found W. Buffet was shorting the top 10 small tickers that leveraged the 3x bull he was short on, my question was fully answered. Dangerous stuff to be long on at the wrong time. Been there. Took 2 weeks of research to find out how to avoid a black hole. Cheers
...narrowed down to 3 possibilities, 1 or all. It appears the same chart as with no dilution reported so far, which leaves mostly flippers and weak free shares shakeout.
Agree with that, instead of "Days of our lives", it's "Days the flippers rule"...no happy infomercials on that show.
...can only guess, so not much to say. But we all still do believe that the patents are quite valuable. When will shakeout shares finish up, and what if's...at least somewhere and sometime. I'm waiting for a momentum signal before I average down. That triggered my original position, and will trigger my next. OTC charts are generally unpredictable, but 1 thing is that "if" it's still shaking down, it's testing long term holders conviction at every break-even buy in pps level for individual holders. Cheers
That was a fantastic momentum play, it was pure gold the day the buy signal kicked it off. On another note...if you decide to give memorizing at least 10 of the most widely used signal patterns, ...most pros will advise you paper trade on them for at least 3 months. It will give you time to implement trading strategys that you are comfortable with, and a bit of confidence so you could be more comfortable trading with a higher % of accuracy. Then the patience and timing become really key, especially with bullish and bearish reversals, as they are the most often to need multi support or resistance levels to confirm monster moves in your favor. And It can take years to develop technique thats as comfortable as putting on your favorite pair of shoes. Patience and Cheers.
You can't be serious, strange comments to investors that can do well making their own decisions. Chill out for awhile. No offense intended, you are way to stressed out...enjoy learning and remembering a couple dozen chart patterns for awhile and come back like an army.
We all embarrass ourself when we're flying blind. Oh well, who cares. So please quit sending any and all messages about opinions on dilution of any type. I'm not offended, but I guess I'd like to live in a perfect world without unneccessary distractions, you could help me out on that. I've least gave some time of my day more than once....Thanks much. And, yes I will be buying a whale of a lot of shares.
It proves a point of how human imagination can fail greatly without all the truth on a matter. It's an inherited flaw we all have that only what the man Gallilee can solve. Cheers
Yep, that's my choice on it. Thanks 🙂
Huge value patents.
Again, everyone here absolutely knows and has seen 2 bill floats easily go to silver. So that float size is normal on OTC.
How do you know exactly who "they is", if you don't know who would want to buy the patents when there is a forest of people interested and invested in this tech, since its impossible to mark trees without a compass? No offense intended. Cheers
I generally don't share my holdings amount info. As I mentioned to you well over a month ago I only kept 5% of my original purchase, the remainder was stopped out in low 60's. The volume and timing on repurchasing shares I don't mention publicly anymore. But thanks for asking.
Absolutely, I believe in BEGI has potential. Also in risk management, like not all apples in 1 basket, entry and exit plans, a strictly managed plan for averaging down, chart strength and weakness mapping.
Looking forward to it...
Definitely looks hopeful on that score.
...now I understand better what happened to you a couple yrs ago. Sorry about that. Risk mgmt. is learned best the hard way. Wish it were easier. All trading requires a lot of skill sets, doesn't matter what market or sector we're in.
...is just stuck there temporarily, the world is still going to keep on spinning...
Cheers to that!
You are totally right, its not bad here at all...comparatively speaking...have seen much worse.
Totally agree with that, even if not a millionaire, wealth travels everywhere there is entertainment to be found. Penny stocks boards provide much more social interaction than larger boards...and real money is still made. Large tickers move very
fast and to assimilate those moves and repetitive ones especially take some serious chart recognition skills on multiple time frames to feel the pulse of whats next. It takes a lot of focus when working specific tickers on a regular basis. Its so quiet, there's no social interaction at all, and then realize the noise, that media is bought out by big players to commit serious deception to vacuum in the shorts to squeeze, has to be totally ignored...its just the way it is. Contrarian is good. Anyways its refreshing to goof around a bit. Us guys here are a great bunch to talk shop and even bid whack together when necessary once in awhile.
By golly, Joe is still hitting home runs Sav-
Just HUGE , No mediocre exposure on that ! ...on another important issue, the 6 month chart is picking up a very subtle, but ominous bullish indicator. The old saying "don't miss the forest for the trees", comes to mind.
Huge leverage always has its own set of caveats, but the paydays can be beyond wild.
One nice thing about BEGI is I treat it as a real investment. Ever since this money manager taught me to look at penny stocks as stock options that never expire, I do just that. My entry price, and averaging down if necessary are the only place super disciplined management skills are needed. Risk management 101 always has a great payday.
I agree, I saw no term of issuance thus far and why not use cash.
Agree with you, I remember a case in 2008 when SIRI issued 3.5 bill shares at .10 cents to Liberty Media for a 350 mill balloon payment it couldn't make...now it's up over 5,000% and pays a dividend 10% higher than the debt buyout at the time. I closed my position yrs ago, but it sure had its heyday. At one point it was up 8k% with a 3 bagger dividend.
Thanks so much! Looking forward to having you as mod. Cheers
...on another subject, the inverse SOXS put play took another big gain added onto last 10 days...and the oom AMD long strikes are 10 baggers+ for all those mega risk on players. Boomeranging off that 100 day triple support was a all around key tech move. Kind of hope we're not replicating the spring 2000 move up.
Very good!
I found facebook interesting in my research about the folks running many different companies. Very entertaining at times. On another note, I like todays activity. Looks like the momentum indicator is flipping positive.....Cheers
'''change isn't impossible though, it just involves depending on a higher power, exactly like joining AA. Just a spec of humility will pull folks out of the ditch of alcohol."
..Most all "bashers" or folks that feel their mission in life is to be in attack mode at all times reveal one thing that they all have in common...1. Have never owned and successfully ran their own business, 2. Most all the working jobs they had they all expected more than their paycheck was, 3. Never did extra things to help the company become profitable out of goodwill on their own part., 4. Almost always complained about their employer., 5. If were married, almost never help their spouse wash dishes, wash laundry, or help cook meals. Cheers! ...on a another note of optimism "GO BEGI , may all the stars align for the next several patents....
You nailed it...
