Or how about they meant to 'darken' Graff and they accidentally wrote in sdvi? That would be a real screw up!

Another possibility. Since Graff just got sold, they may not have been able to separate the two entities cleanly, that is graff/sdvi, will soon be renaming the company and a new share count. If that is to be, then a bunch of new filings will be filed soon. Imo

I like the second possibility the best. Can't imagine someone would go to all the trouble over the last year to become fully reporting, send out a bunch of Pr's about the different stuff they have in the pipeline, then go dark for nefarious reasons, while at the same time launching CWIR. Going private with a tender offer to shareholders seems the most plausible given that we don't know how innovative the Knoton really is and how groundbreaking it is. They kept it a company secret for quite sometime. Possibly someone with money (and there are a lot of someones) in silicon valley saw the infomercial and inquired and agreed to back them or management just figured screw all this IHUB conjecture lets take the proceeds from the sale of Graff and the 5 million loan to buy back shares and go private so we don't have to deal with the peanut gallery anymore. Going dark for other reasons like being over extended and in massive debt could be possible too. But again, why go to all the trouble to make commercials for Knoton and do trade shows etc if you're going to go dark? Why would someone with years in the industry want to tarnish their reputations that way? Going private would mean they have complete and total control over their technology and shares. Do you think Bill Gates or someone like that wouldn't take their throw-away money and take a shot at taking Knoton technology and making it work? My final thought; are there any other competing technologies out there with as much promise as KNOTON?

, please no they need to get their technology squared away before they even think about acquiring anything as the video described yesterday it's a prototype and prototypes are in testing mode could be three or four prototypes before they actually put the thing out on the market they need to focus on one or two things and that's it just my opinion
