This is not pump and dump. IMGG is going up and will continue as the FDA process continues and the DViS goes to approval.
Is there a chart expert to show us what IMGG is doing? One opinion says it is overbought. I disagree as do many others. Lets see a chart to tell us what is the state of IMGG.
Show us the charts where they say IMGG is overbought. We need to see the proof rather than just opinions.
Yes, the dream is on! Dean's ego has been deflatd and the consultants are teaming up to keep him on track. The FDA will get what it needs this time to approve the DViS.
Dean and team will get the DViS through for FDA approval this time.
You could call it a collision course with the FDA. It will happen soon and the DViS will be approved. The DViS goes into production and Dean takes all the bag holders to the top!
I will write the book "The DViS and its collision course with the FDA" Great idea.
I agree with the statement. "a dopey resubmission that will never take place" This will be an intelligent resubmission that will take place soon and the DViS will be approved this time. The consultant groups are guiding Dean to the light at the end of the tunnel.
Long and Strong - you know the rest!!!
IMGG is NOT gonna fail
The DViS is a real viable product. The FDA will approve it soon if Dean and the consultants do their jobs right. The near real time 3D functionality was shown in a demo in an open house where everyone was invited. If you didn't go, you don't know.
Yes, the share price will fluctuate, yes it will go up and down. .08 is the support and the resistance is either .12 or .14 (our chart reader cant reply at this time). The sky is the limit once the FDA approves the DViS.
People will make money and people will loose money. Thats the way small stocks work. If you hold on and the FDA approves the DViS after Dean and his consultants take it through the process, you will be rewarded for your patience.
Nobody can say for a fact that IMGG will fail. The facts just aren't there to prove it.
The meeting with the FDA is in Mid October. In the MTV spot at 24:00, Dean said the meeting is scheduled for October. "We just found out yesterday". Juggling everyone's schedule (Consultants) to meet with the FDA. Give it a listen and you will hear for yourself.
Who told you the FDA has NOT even agreed to meet with DEAN yet? The heavy work is done and this will be a done deal soon!
Long and Strong!
Dean is not Short and Fat. Haven't you been watching the MTV spots?
That is incorrect, public companies must maintain secrecy in certain matters. Don't you think Apple, IBM, Intel, etc have secrets? Employees can get fired for talking about company secrets. Its up to each company along with local, state and federal regulations to determine what must be kept secret and what is public information. I work for a public company and there are things I am not allowed to tell the general public.
Re: Hey bro
Why are you asking me for the names of the consultants. I never said I had that information. Like others referred to from the prior consultants, they usually don't release that information until after they are done to keep away from the nonsense phone calls from investors.
Calling for .07 on Tuesday is a gutsy call. Have you placed your bets yet? I don't see it going under .08 and that is just the fluctiuation bandwidth from .08-.10 which is the trading range recently. The sky is the limit as we move along the FDA approval process for the DViS.
DViS gets approved first of course. That will happen by the end of the first quarter 2012 at the rate things are going now. The Cubs on the other hand, don't hold your breath.
The blame for the past failures rests on the enormous ego of the CEO who would not get outside help. Now that the ego shrunk down a few sizes (reminds me of the grinch story) and the consultants are providing the guidance he needed all along, we're getting closer to the final approval finish line.
Long and Strong until the final gong!
IMGG is up to 9.8 with a 18+% increase today. If you are concerned now, sell your shares to someone who wants more. There are plenty of takers now.
You are right, the SEC is just like other government agencies and lacks the efficient and intelligence (similar to the FDA) to do things in an appropriate, timely manner.
So, once this is all wrapped up, the SEC will realize the "hundreds" of complaints are bogus. The FDA on the other hand will realize what a great device the DViS is for Real Time 3D imaging with low radiation, portability and standard 120v household AC and will call Dean directly to congratulate him on the invention of the decade. They will use the line from the Suzie Orman show - You have been APPROVED!
The rest of the story will go like this..... The stock price will soar, the bagholders will be rich beyond their wildest beliefs, Dean will be a hero, the DViS will save countless lives, etc, etc, etc........
AT, Those are some serious accusations. It seems that the FDA, FBI, SEC and all the other three letter agencies do not share your opinion and have not filed charges. Do you have a contact at one of those agencies that is investigating so we can confirm your suspicions? I would love to hear this from an unbiased person who has some facts to back it up.
IMGG is a day traders dream. I hope everyone is making money. Up/Down/Up/Down. The stock symbol should be YoYo!
What did GE, Toshiba and Siemens whisper into the FDA's ear?
WRONG!!! MWE chose IMGG as a client, did the work Dean could afford and pointed him to other consultants he could afford.
WRONG!!! law firms don't want to deal with pesky calls all day long.
If by "LOW places" you mean Dean has friends in the FDA, thats great!
Dont hold your breath for .05 from imgg. .08 is the floor now and it will only see higher levels from there.
Thanks Madtig. Your analysis makes sense....
Tig, please enlighten those of us that dont know how to read charts like a pro What does all that mean?
This just in from Becky Krames:

Imaging3, Inc. Submits Imaging Protocol Proposal to the FDA
Imaging3 is pleased to announce that the company has submitted their Imaging Protocol Proposal to the FDA for review and to schedule a face-to-face meeting with the FDA and Imaging3’s Submission Team.
“I am pleased to announce that Imaging3 has completed the first of three phases in our FDA 510(k) resubmission strategy with the delivery of our Imaging Protocol Proposal to the FDA today. I’m personally very proud of our consulting team at achieving this important milestone. It has taken a great deal of time and effort to complete this most crucial phase,” commented Mr. Dean Janes, CEO and Chairman of Imaging3.
“Management feels confident with the assistance of our consulting team and our new three phase strategy, though not guaranteed, FDA 510(k) approval is achievable. We look forward to our meeting with the FDA to discuss our submission and receive guidance directly from the FDA,” Mr. Janes concluded.
Sincerely,
Imaging3, Inc.

I dont see that in my Crystal Ball. What makes you think he needs to offer .025 or go Bankrupt? He is nearing the finish line and has financing on the way. Plus he can dip into his own personal funds.
AT, Not a scam. It seems to me like your statement is your opinion based loosly on facts from the pre consultant days. The machine has been proven to work, just ask those who went to see it in the open house. The consultants will help Dean get this through the FDA.
G-Dog, you will notice everyone who attended the open house gives the DViS a glowing review of the near real time 3D demo. Some people that didn't go to the open house still do not believe. Its just a matter of time before the FDA approves and everyone will believe.
BS? How can you call it a scam when you didn't go to the demo? All the FDA letters prove is that Dean did not submit the paperwork correctly and the FDA loves to reject anything that doesn't have the t's crossed and i's dotted.
Kimble why do you say that the OH was a fiasco? The 70 people that took the time to go were pleased with the results. I see this as a successful demo that showed the near real time 3D capabilities of the DViS.
The biggest problem as I stated is that Dean's ego would not allow him to ask for help. Now that his ego got deflated enough and he has consultants on board to be sure he is following the steps correctly, the submission should be what they are looking for.
As we all know by now, the FDA has been going through changes to the reviewers and the approval process as written here:
http://www.farmpd.com/Farm-Blog/?Tag=medical%20device%20industry
It is thought that the current FDA environment has gone too far with a current zero risk tolerance policy in order to satisfy reviewers. New reviewers have little experience with the 510(k) process, which has left medical device companies feeling the pain of a lengthy review process and unpredictable requests and submission guidelines.
Longer approval times and unclear submission requirements can result in costly development overruns. This is a concern for not only the medical device community but for the investment community as well. Recently Massachusetts Medical Device Journal (MassDevice) surveyed a group of New England med-tech investors and found that the FDA changes were the primary concern for investors when considering investment into the med tech sector.
You are right Phil. I bought all the IMGG stock I could afford. Everyone keeps saying don't invest more than you can afford to loose. I am all in. The support is holding strong, so I don't see much downside. The upside is huge!
both sides ???? heresay yousay????
You are basically calling the people that took their own time and money to go to the open house bold faced liars and scam artists. As opposed to a government run agency that rejects most of what comes in the door whether it works or not...... Forget to cross some t's and dot some i's - REJECTED.
The people that went to the open house did their due dilligence and saw a fantastic demo of a working real time 3d device. Those who speak of the DViS as a concoction of coat hangers, duct tape, smoke and mirrors refused to take the time to go and see it in action, but they speak as if they have seen the schematics and passed their hands through it.
hmmmm, thats a tough one..
Yep. We all know that dean janes has ben lying to us all these years. He has ben holding back on the demo of the dvis until now. Now dean has the consultants straightening him out. Yes, he may miss some targets and doesn't communicate as well as we would like him to, but once he submits the updated package to the fda, nobody will care because they will see what the dvis can do and pass it though in a heartbeat.
Thats right. Dean Janes is a lying carnival barker. Or maybe he just hasn't told us about the meeting yet. He does have a working real time 3d device in the dvis that will change modern medicine forever.
On one hand you have a large number of people that went to the open house and were amazed at the real time 3d demo of the dominion. They have told their story of what they saw.
On the other hand you have people who did not go to the open house and have never seen the dominion but claim that it doesn't work. They claim that those who went were fooled into believing in something that is a scam even though they have no idea what was seen at the open house.
Who should you believe? I chose to believe the more credible live witnesses. That is the logical conclusion for me.
GDS, Do you had a list of attendees of the OH. How do you know it was "70 friends family and bag holders". I understand there were people there who have nothing invested and are not friends or family of Dean. No vested interest in the DViS but a glowing review. Kinda makes you wonder, doesn't it.
bcatch, thanks for the report. I don't see how anyone can deny the OH was a success and the DViS works as advertised for real time 3D imaging. Knowing a radiologist was with you is even better news. Please tell us more about what he explained to you. Did anyone video the demo? That would be great to see. I feel better about the DViS now.
I am not a large investor, but this is a big bet for me. I only wish I had the means to pick up a couple million shares before the FDA approves the DViS and goes through the roof. I will be happy with my profits though, but will still have to keep my day job.
