A big lol to whoever touched the nerve on SI yesterday. Enjoyed reading that.
Agreed. I've chatted with him as well. The man cares and will do the best job he can. Great hire.
Thank you. Your last two lines is what I was looking for.
Why use the term "magic catalyst" ? Are you saying that the spec fuel produced by the processor is somehow fake? The catalyst cracks the long hydrocarbon chains in plastic into useable fuels.
It appears from the spec fuel products that it is a very efficient catalyst.
Are you suggesting that the P2O machine is not real and somehow the fuel produced did not come from the machine?
How do you know that shareholder are not asking questions and acting on blind faith? Rather assuming.
Does the DD from the "cloudy side of the street" come from the Internet as well?
You don't say. Shocking really.
The good news is that you no longer need to wait. Two machines running right now. Forget the year of engineering a pre-melt system for raggertail and consistent fuel quality. I'll grant you that
It is a year late...but here now. Looks like Q2 will show fuel sales. But the best news is. It is now shown to be repeatable with the second processor built, it suggests a final design for the P2O machines.
Let's run them for a couple of months 24/7. After we show bankers the results, maybe we borrow the money for additional processors.
Also, the revenue from 2 machines and soon to be a third makes significant sales coming Q2.
As well as disgorge ill gotten gains. It seems to me that creating a P2O machine from scratch would cost money. It implies that JB took the cash and pocketed it. Highly unlikely. Could you imagine have many times you would assemble P2O. Then say...this could be better. Disassemble the processor...add a new part or process....assemble....test...and repeat.
Disgorged I'll gotten gains...please. The money clearly went into creating and modifying processor number#1.
I do think Martin Healy needs to visit the plant and speak with the pipe holders.
Sounds reasonable. I think it's worth 1.38 per processor at 4000 lbs an hour. So, we should expect to see some movement north here shortly.
About "crying wolf" JB has been overly, enthusiastically, impatient in the past. I think that is because the mind can create quicker than the body. However, recently it seems it is the opposite with understating and lowering expectations.
Don't really care. That said, I admire JB and believe him be very ethical. However, no matter what happens what do you suppose Exxon or GE would be willing to pay for the processor blueprints and the formula for the catalyst. I would suspect an opening bid of 500 Million. What's that roughy 6.50 a share?
Right now I would say that JBII is undervalued. When JBII becomes overvalued and rides that for a period of time I would suggest the short covering has begun.
The fight for shares is going to put a smile across my face. I completely agree that the SEC complaint's real purpose was to prevent uplisting and create a dark cloud for new investors.
Unfortunately, this game is old and the powers that be know the Playbook. I think this particular game has been pushed too far and it is going to implode on the people who have gotten away with abusively shorting start up companies.
That being said, this will get more obvious and pushed further. If we go to trial I am expecting jury tampering.
500,000 dollars of fuel might have been produced and sold since the second processor came online. Not bad since that occurred Feb 27, 2012. Three weeks.
We will find out over the coming quarters. Q2 numbers is what I'm really interested in seeing.
Makes sense. I don't think JBI built the machines to look pretty. They are running and producing spec fuels for customers.
I am simply amazed that JB was able to design and build these machines with as little share dilution. If this was about "selling shares" don't you think we would at least be at 150M shares instead of 73M.
IMO JB has not lied but changed the business model to capture the possibility of more revenue in the future. No need to discuss 2010. This is 2012 and we have a scalable, repeatable, machine design. Oh yah, two are running full time with a third in construction phase.
WRT stock promoters? They look like enthusiastic share holders to me. I'm excited about P2O's future.
Maybe the SEC is too. After all this looks like a job creator and that is governments focus for 2012. The SEC is not about killing companies.
LoL. I'm in complete agreement. I went thru it carefully to see how many "infractions" were repeated.
BTW any info on your complaint to the OIG?
Darn IPad auto correct...lol
I re-read the complaint today. What I find odd is that the complaint uses the word purported when describing p2O. Maybe, Martin Healy needs to visit the plant and check out the processor running and producing spec fuels. There is nothing purported about the machines. They are real.
This is not a stock selling scam as many wish to believe, but an industry and company about to become large.
JBI is in current commercial fuel production. They have 2 processors operating. We will find out at what rate over the next coming quarters.
There is evidence that both processors are converting 2000 pounds of plastic each hour at an 86.7% conversion rate.
How many days has JBII traded in the pennies in the last 52 weeks? In case you don't know JBI takes unwashed waste plastic and converts it into spec fuels.
I would call the estimation of future oil prices useful information pertaining to a fuel company.
The "magic goo" is spec fuel. The kind end user's use.
Bump. nice video
If big money is the one supporting this stock then our friends are in huge trouble. It is vey hard to read.
Before the sec complaint was released the stock climbed. I think this particular run was to create even more whiplash to the price. We need to have huge investor fatigue in order to get longs to sell their shares.
If the long whales are supporting this stock they are incredibly disciplined and are seeking max pain for entities stuck on stupid.
It really does not matter in the end. There is a company about to take off underlying the stock JBII. I have the PPS worth 1.38 per processor. Two processors are online with a third under construction.
Once the set-up is proven financing with be straight forward. We are possibly looking at 5M more in dilution then it should be project based bank debt or RKT financed for roll out. This company is going to be a winner.
I have debated this for a long time. It is obvious that there is support and manipulation for this stock. However, it might be possible that April 2011 is when the short covering started. It becomes even more disturbing that if this is correct on April 20 JBI had to release that statement about the unusual trading.
The reg sho tells a different story but how could anyone be that stuck on stupid. The next bear raid will be after the next 10Q is released.
FWIW I do look for these and really enjoy the trading recaps. Thank you for your hard work.
In my revenue model I use 10 barrels per hour of production. The CC had one little small tidbit that I loved. John has designed the machine for 24/7 steady state operation.
FEED THE BEAST...lol
Truthfully, longs are doing a disservice to themselves by reading this board. Know what you own and revisit it later. This company is going to succeed.
Even with the worst case senario...2 years out. Shareholders will make money no matter what price you paid for your shares.
It's been awhile since I've read this smb. I see it's still....JBI will never succeed theme. Anyways, this is correct. Commercial trucks cross at Lewiston.
Nice work.
Nice one. Maybe someone can pick up the ball on this and keep it rolling.
That is some funny stuff.
Building a highly profitable business. Eventually the stock price will catch up with the company.
Just looking at it now. Has some upward resistance but if it breaks it's a shot over 30. Did you listen to the CC? Just wondering if I should give it a listen. TIA
Lol I guess 2000 shares is too small.
Cheap stock. Never heard of it till today. What calls are you in?
I have a bid in over 1.50 using LAMP. Is it showing?
The guy currently on cnbc is making sense about 5 dollar a gallon gasoline in 2012. JBI will make a nice story for the media at that time.
LoL I think it's a scam
Noticed a lot of JBII'ers here. I have not had the time to DD this but thought it might be of interest for the portfolio here. ALXA, this came across my options screen the other day. Check out the open interest in this name.
When I told my friend what the JBI processor does and that it costs about 580k to build. The first thing out of his mouth was, how do I buy one (machine)?
I'll sell 10k today for 17.30 if your interested. I'll buy more if another bear raid hits. I'll hold most of my shares until 2015-2016 when this story goes viral.
