your welcome Peter . I did 14 months in Nam . Way too many angels flights there . Everyone should realize the cost of the freedom we all enjoy .
Peter , try this one .

I didn't go to the conferences either but I don't remember Sphere ever saying Glassware was embedded in Windows 10 or that we were going to replace Docker . We don't need ALL the business out there to do well .

?@SimonBramfitt @brucethepotter XenApp is by far the best remote app hosting platform on the market, but Glassware has some unique advantages
What ever the final amount , it will be a lot of money and there will be plenty of people who think it's not enough . In real life , no one will pay a dime more than they have to . I doubt we'll ever see the amount most longs think they should get . Reality is always something less .
there's' no doubt that Microsoft needs spiffy . We also need them though . We have a brilliant IP and no practical way to develop it . How many of these verticals would ever get developed without help from a whale ? I think teaming with Microsoft was a great move for us . I believe we have a management team with great vision that has made all the right moves .
I totally agree with you .
Nadella hasn't missed a trick since he was installed as CEO and I think he has this all worked out . I think it's more a matter of when , not if .
Nadella is the only thing keeping Microsoft from the fate of Kodak . You can't live in the past and continue to prosper .
Pretty funny , this was their statement in March 2015.
".... As for Glassware, its closest equivalents are probably Microsoft App-V (for containers), Parallels Virtuozzo and Docker, although Glasssware currently has neither the visibility nor the maturity to be considered a serious contender against the latter two products...."
I've been adding Nov. call options . Now I'm on to Feb. call options . The Feb. 10s are .40 .
I would think just opposite . I think it would make sense to encourage employees to work hard toward a end game . I heard all Sphere3D employees have been working long hard hours for quite a while now . Coming down the home stretch those long hours would be easier if you knew there was a nice reward at the end .
don't see why not .
That should figure to be over 2 Billion I believe .
If you want to buy a lot of shares you don't constantly keep buying pressure on . You back off and let it come back down a
bit so you can keep buying without the price going too high . Their playing the shorts like a fiddle .
"...guess I won't be buying ANYmore 7.5s for a quarter..."
No , but the Feb. 10s are out .
bid & ask on the 7.5 seem to indicate that .
Buyers went to lunch . They'll be back this after noon for more shares . Could easily have a million share day.
"....Better hope it doesn't continue that pattern . "
How many people on this board do you really think your going to scare ? You sure your on the right board ?
Wow ! haven't heard from you for a long time . Glad you hung in there .
"..... Stein's Law getting ready to be fulfilled!..."
Yup , looks to be about that time !

Patent Application Attorney

Yes, this is not uncommon. If you are solo-inventor or a business that doesn't have the facilities/money/interest to bring your product to market, it may be easier to find a buyer before your patent issues. I have seen cases where established companies were more inclined to purchase the rights to a patent application while it is still pending because the company can then step in and take over the prosecution of the patent application.
Good question . I'll do some research on that and see if I can find out .
LEAPS are the perfect vehicle for a eventual buyout candidate .
I agree except I doubt the company will be around long enough for LEAPS . If they offer them , I'll buy them for a eventual buyout play .
"...Feb 10 .." ?
When will Feb. options be offered ? The thing is though , there's no additional earnings reported between the Nov. expiration and the Feb. expiration . Although if a buyout happened in that time period ............
geez ! these Nov. calls are going to be sweet by expiration . The 5s and 7.5s are looking good also . 5s already ITM .
"...Nice to see $5.00 today..."
And on option expiration day no less !
"....over $ 5 Inst. can now buy..."
Sweet !
Actually no specific news item but tons of new information . Lots of it thanks to you and others who attended the AGM and NY events . shorts are short timers .
thanks for keeping us informed . We truly have a great board here .
"....the November 2.50 calls are insanely cheap...."
I totally agree . I thought I had enough of them but maybe not ....
Just my opinion but I believe November is the option play to choose .
I believe trading out of this stock at this point could be dangerous to your wealth .
"....In other words, Microsoft is fine with its users ditching its software traditionally sold in a box, like the one seen in Nadella's tweet, and wants more people to use its online version instead.
But it also shows how Nadella has been turning Microsoft into a friendlier, nicer company willing to partner with its smaller partners. Before Nadella became its CEO early last year, Microsoft was notorious for building software that didn't always integrate with 3rd party apps. For instance, Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff once said of Nadella's predecessor Steve Ballmer, "[He] did everything he could to not have a relationship with Salesforce."
But Nadella has taken a different stance towards competitors, cozying up with them when needed. In recent months, Microsoft has announced new partnership deals with companies that directly compete with it in one way or another, including Dropbox, Salesforce, and Box.
Nadella's new approach has also earned the praise of many Silicon Valley leaders, including Levie, who recently said, “What Satya has done is really try to drive a new level of openness.” That's in stark contrast to Levie's tone in 2011, when he said, "Microsoft is so far behind that it’s not even relevant to talk to them."..."
I live near Austin so I know what your saying . Backward compatibility is what Glassware does best .
