Typical 1030 shake down
Let's also not forget that hemp and its derivatives (marijuana) are actually a crop which enriches the soil it grows in and never needs to be cycled over. So farmers can use this crop on the off seasons for their other crops and create mineral rich soil and generate profits.
Little known fact- when the us was first colonized, every citizen was required to grow marijuana!
Haha sounds about right. Hey I loaded my first cbis shares in October too! Great minds, my friend
Kodiak gas and oil; sorry everyone
Dabney didn't do anything to this company in 07/08, he wasn't even on the cbis map until 2014 and before 2009 this was Josiah gas and oil
I was not aware of anything happening to Cannabis science prior to 2009. I believe it was Kodak gas and oil before then and the shell was sold after being reverse merged from the parent company
Routine trading, sir
How's that working out?
Yeah people can't always get the figures right. As if the number of outstanding shares even impacts the dividend payment pshht. It's a freakin defined payout value based on the number of shares owned.
I'm never surprised at the lack of understanding resulting in misleading or misinformed posts #lifelesson
.0249 to .0191 is more of a retrace than consolidation. I'm concerned this will skate back down to .017
Thanks Louie.
Looks like the sheister lawyer is done dumping the 20 million he scooped last week, maybe we can finish consolidating and run green today?
Prime for a gap up open, 12k already prebell
I refuse to open a Facebook. Can you please paste the content you are trying to share with us?
3 billion authorized or an unfiled form 4 activity
Nice having you with us.
That's a huge bid under us
I agree.
Great having you with us as always Louie. Good luck sir
But that just means there's plenty of buying opportunities here before the power hour leg up. This will run for the next couple few days
Yeah I'm gonna have to go ahead and sort of disagree with the parabolic thing there. This is just a little 20% pop
Lol they just posted something about a new grow facility. Man, you are too good at calling this shit. You should be a day trader or something! Haha
The lawyer just gifted 400,000 warrants but acquired a whopping 20,000,000 shares.
Something is happening here, what it is ain't exactly clear
I have not seen one in all of the 7 years I've been a holder
Are you trading in Canada? I understand it's frozen there
Great question, I know the previous dividends were like 10for and 30for 1 but I have no idea what the new one is
Ugh the friggn lawyer again, that guy is such a sheister. He always sells his shares.
Sometimes crude quotes round to the penny.
So that's what the huge selling is called?
I hope you're right
Good volume the last week or so
Anyone believing in a company never sells the whole nut. I capitalized on some of those moves and I've been checking the stock several times a day for 7 years
The latest 8k filed on 3/4 actually outlines their intent regarding the dividend
Apparently previously promised dividends are being issued as common stock gifts from the current ceo. Not sure about these dates you've mentioned but I'm pretty jaded and haven't taken a damn word of their press releases recently very seriously at all. Been a bag holder since 09 myself
3 billion authorized and 1.4 billion outstanding according to their web site. I saw somebody post earlier that the float was only 24 million but I have no idea where that came from or how accurate it is. For a true gauge on insider ownership you should review their last 10K, I believe it's disclosed there.
All opinions shares here, friend. Also a member since 09
When somebody gifts away all of their shares wouldn't that generally reduce their interest in the share price?
Ha, you'll get filled alright
Definitely, it's called a tax deduction. You can write off 3 grand a year in losses and carry them forward until they're all used up. So if you lose 9 grand you can get the full write off for 3 years.
Yeah and the a/s was half what it is today in 2014.
I agree
