Wasn't pretty much everything the company posted BS?
or Punk'd?
Since they never existed, is defunct the correct term?
Truth. Best Post Ever. "upon signing a MOU memorializing our desire to negotiate a LOI with the intention of discussing this further sometime "next week" to plan the next meeting date."
sums the past 6 years up.

Interesting...Thanks! I will "STAY TUNED!"
Wouldn't it be funny if the sign fell on his head? It couldn't miss, it's big enough... (his head, not the sign. ;) )
Lack of empathy for dividend stuckholders is astounding!

You gotta love how Cox says it has been addressed again and again, but he never ANSWERS why it's not unrestricted.. just that you need to jump through a million hoops and pay money to do so.
They should run for office
TALARI/COX 2016
"More of the same"
Despicable!
I nearly spit out my coffee every time I read this ---> FutureLand Corp. (FUTL), a leading provider of strategic real estate investment, grow facilities and material solutions to the global cannabis industry
No grow facilities, what so ever, and their Colorado real estate is a bust (by their own admission) "little bit more time and capital than we currently are willing to put to it." So, what are you strategically leading, FUTL/FWDG?
The "dangling carrot" is now taking "little bit more time and capital than we currently are willing to put to it."
FutureLand Corporation Still in process...we intend to move it along just takes a little bit more time and capital than we currently are willing to put to it. Likely once we have our Oregon grow up and going and producing revenue we will circle back around and spend some development dollars on getting the water rights so we can get underway. Right now the much greater opportunity in every regard is in Oregon. There we can actually grow and own, Colorado makes all of that difficult.

So that's it.. the hype and fluff that lead up to the dividend is now not worth their effort? Wow
SHAKE MY HEAD....
Will FUTL have the gumption to do the same?
GRC* cancels consulting agreement with HEMP

We heard the news today, like everyone else, regarding Hemp Inc. (HEMP) being sued by the SEC. In lieu of some general panic among some of our shareholders and much of the MJ investment community, we felt it incumbent upon ourselves to make a statement about it with respect to FutureLand Corp (FUTL). First, whatever is being alleged against Hemp Inc. has nothing whatsoever to do with FutureLand Corp in any way. We DO have a consulting agreement with their consulting division which is completely as advertised, and too that end, the company has been very helpful. FutureLand Corps' business and its public entity has no relations to Hemp Inc., its management, associates or its public entity except for the aforementioned consulting agreement . And, that is all we know at this time.
Hmmm..
Bruce Perlowin, CEO of Hemp, Inc. (OTC PINK: HEMP) said, “I believe 2016 will be a breakout year for everything FutureLand Corp is seeking to accomplish, especially as I’m forecasting an industry-wide explosion in 2017. Our consulting subsidiary (IHMMCC) is and has been entrenched in the industrial hemp and medical marijuana sectors so we have close relationships with a vast array of companies and professionals. Our contacts are second-to-none and we look forward to providing professional consulting services and industry connections and introductions to FutureLand Corp.”

Just a matter of time, IMHO.

Brian Vire What does it mean to uplist to OTCQB. And what benefits are there by uplisting?

FutureLand Corporation
FutureLand Corporation It is more heavily scrutinized and screened (Audits and filings). Meaning better checks and balances for the company and the investing community. It means we need to pay money every year to be on the exchange. It also allows us to do things like raising money through an S1.(For example: new rules, that have not been openly available or clear up until now deem that the Pink sheets are not be a viable marketplace for this kind of activity and therefore we need to uplist for that alone.) It also makes it safer and ultimately more accessible to large funds that may take an interest in what we are doing and so give us access to greater and more friendly capital. I hope this helps.

Where is the S1 for the restricted shares, FUTL??
This says it all....
Volume: 520,114,746
0.0001 ? -0.0001 (-50.00%)
Half billion trading and it still cannot move...who's dumping?
In the next few weeks, we will update our shareholders through social media, such as Facebook and Twitter, as to the progress of the grow facility on a daily basis as available. FutureLand intends to drive substantial revenue in the near future from the capital derived from this Southern Oregon grow facility.
FUTL Consumates Purchase - LMAO .. do these guys even know what a F*&^ing spellchecker (or a dictionary) is?? wow just wow...

FutureLand's (FUTL) Subsidiary, FutureLand Oregon LLC, Consumates Purchase of 50% Ownership in 78 Acres in Southern Oregon for Recreational Marijuana Grow
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/futurelands-futl-subsidiary-futureland-oregon-120000028.html
“We want to be at the front of the cannabis value chain,” said CEO Sam Talari. “First, we buy the land and clear it, for both the greenhouse and outdoor cultivation come springtime. Then we add our automation technology and institute ongoing maintenance contracts for the life of the leases.”
An indoor structure enables growers to continue operations even during the winter months where outdoor farming would otherwise be impossible. “It’s about harnessing every possible revenue stream we can and at the same time setting the stage to pilot the ultimate idyllic and pragmatic cannabis cultivation center,” exclaimed VP Cameron Cox.
Some "pilot"... it never even aired.
Prediction - Sub-penny by mid July

Sure, hind sight being 20/20 I might have teed up a different deal but this can still be salvaged and we can still make something work in Colorado on our property. Just going to take a little time. This does not make me a liar. So, you are saying the contracts you have in place are not going to work, but you can still make "something" work on the property? Please clarify.
"hundreds of millions of shares BOUGHT and ACCUMULATED" i.e. "front loaded and ready to dump"
Being active and engaged on social media is not always indicative of success. There are years of "PR updates" that never materialized. And one may say accumulation... another may say "front loading"...
How much money have they made?
How many sales?
What is their success ratio on past material events?
What is their attitude toward shareholders?
TIA!
Why?
236,989,827 in volume barely tapped .0003, Slaps ain't sending this to da moon, IMHO
.0001 .. boy I bet those folks who jumped in at .0002 and .0003 are ecstatic right now! SMH
Merger? Let me guess, with the sister company? Love all these "mergers" and "acquisitions"
Who wants to take bets this closes .0001? Anyone?
