Somebody still selling/dumping at the end of the day (every day)
Yes, with growth they will have to address this but right now they want (need?) to fly under the radar. They do not need the additional cost of reporting. As a investor I want them to focus on sales, cash flow and growth. Stock valuation will come out of that in time.
Investors are not their focus. They filed the termination of registration to get out of the cost and time of reporting. Termination is based on the number of shareholders so I do not think they want more at this time.
Sept. came out Jan 2nd, so look for them by April first.
When it moved up to .59 it traded 10 million shares a week with a daily high of 4.36 million shares. Not light volume compared to now.
This hasn't taken off because it is a localized company, the world knows nothing about it.
Accumulation time as we wait for the word to spread!
moves up on little volume when nobody is selling
They are hurting and need cash and cannot wait, even a day.
Best guess, they or somebody involved is running on a shoe string.
Selling occurs at the end of the day, they are hoping the price rises before they sell.
When they are done getting what they need, it should rise or we could be in bankruptcy and all screwed as per LEXX's post #24804.
Now, if they could hook up with the army (they aren't going electric anytime soon), sky would be the limit.
Yes, you are right about price momentum if you are in this as just a penny stock for the short term.
But if you are in it for the longterm. With a good profit margin, great prospects of future growth, a low price to sales makes it a good time to buy.
If they sell just the 2.3 million of the 11.5 million Korean contract for this year plus the additional 1 million, their price to sales would be 1 as of now.
Last year price to sales was 750+.
Either somebody previously was paid and they need cash, or they have increased the float again, or somebody is trying to scare out the weak hands, or somebody knows that the Dec Quarter was a failure..
Next quarterly will tell it all. Last one showed they invested in equipment.
When they came out with their product they were not prepared for the inflow of orders. I am not sure they are yet in a position to do so, so being slow to push the product could be a good sign.
If I remember correctly, there is only 53 million float, rest are restricted shares.
Sept Quarter came out Jan. 2 (find at otcMarkets.com) Quarter ending Dec 30 is the one that will tell us how they are really doing.
you all are just pains in the derriere and impatient as hell, once the web site is up, what are you going to complain about then?
The web site is not what is going to get this company growing and you can get information about this company elsewhere if you are looking. If you want a company that bases its sales on a website then I think you should go elsewhere. Or better yet, if you think that you that they need a website pushing their product, buy one and start selling the product. Obviously you think they need help and you know what they need.Go for it.
I have overdraft protection too, must not have cleared when the accountant did the report and had to include it.
Yes, I wish they were Exxon, Apple or GOOGLE and had a lot of money to throw around keeping all the piddly stockholders happy. It is a company which is trying to get off the ground and does not have the finances to pay somebody to answer asinine questions which they can get on the otcMarkets web site. By the way, just what is Apple doing between their corporate announcements? Why don't they tell us every day, week, month?
As to the "pathetic" financials (the reason for the sell off today) they are for three months through Sept.30th. The month they had one pump dispensing Monster Diesel, no NAPA or 7-11 stores selling it, just a WEB site selling it. If North Korea comes in with the $50,000 sales in December then sales without anything else has doubled for the quarter ending Dec. 30th. Also looking, they have invested money in plant and equipment (assuming to be able to produce more) and in materials to make more.
This is not an overnight money stock but is an investment for the long term that may or may not begcome a big thing. If you are wanting them to pump this as many other worthless penny stocks are, then please go elsewhere to find them. The whining is not doing the company or the value of the stock any good, besides, I get enough whining from my six year old daughters.
Investors still coming to you in hind site?
We still expecting bankruptcy?
Welcome back!
arrogance?
This is PINK sheets.
ALKN is not EXXON with lots of money and time to pay somebody to stay around and watch FACEBOOK. I guess they could outsource to India or hire an illegal?
ALKN is not ENRON pumping a bunch of lies to investors to get into trouble later on. By not pumping the stock at this time, you keep the price down and the number of investors low so that you do not have to provide quarterly reports and waste valuable resources doing so.
Not many PINK's have a product with the possibility of getting out of the PINK status in time,
Hang in there, this could become a dream come true.
If they are doing it right, they should be working to increase the supply and expand the demand through large contracts. They should not be spending their time to make a few investors happy. I am sure the company we (I) want to be investing in is not thinking that some web site is going to make the company. I am sure it sold a few bottles, but that is not where its at. If we all had the knowledge that you are complaining of lacking, the opportunity for a large gain would be greatly diminished for us all.
No ....... We are totally CLUELESS
What, no THONG.
That is what makes it the speculative opportunity of the year.
We will either be very happy or greatly disappointed.
Only time will tell whether they are squandering opportunities or whether the opportunities came at the "wrong time".
Everybody was saying before, what a joke their old WEB site was.
Now, if they are in the process of coordinating an announcement with a major distributor, the rolling out of a new product that was in fast track testing (moved to the head of the line (not how long the testing was to take)). We need a good WEB site.
The lack of readily available information as to what and when the new WEB site is to have and come out make this the speculative opportunity of the new year.
I understand the frustration!
But what other company sits around giving updates all the time when they have nothing to add to what they have already said?
So, you are not a serious investor?
not sensitive.
my girls provide me with all the whining I want.
To discuss and question why ALKN is doing what they are doing is good.
I have seen many of businesses grow too fast and over extend themselves.
The Korean deal is good and probably aids in getting financing but to pump it just to get the price of the stock up is not a good thing always. It could send things into another supply log jamb which is not what we need.
It is baffling, but I figure if they are working on a distribution deal that they need to insure that the distributor has material on hand prior to putting it on a web page. Slow and sure in this case would be much better than fast and falling on ones face.
Yes I own stock.
No I am not concerned. If they were pumping it I would be.
I do not work for them.
you pump the stock, then you moan about it and then you go back to pumping it. Are you an investor or a trader trying to influence it?
Beginning of the month you all were saying don't get duped by this stock.
Now you are impatient about it.
Next, when the WEB site comes on line you will claim its a scam again.
Stop whining.
Alkane ignore Dinvest70, slow and steady, develop a good base to grow off of
Personally, I think they had good intentions to provide a reporting company but in the process found that the time and cost to do so was not a good business step to take at this time.
I'm just glad that they are not over hyping the stock and product at this time. I think they would probably over extend themselves and end up in bankruptcy if they did.
Slow and steady growth is a good policy.
Just as Dinvest70 said back in January, "Slow and steady always wins the game. We have some good news and exposure coming up!"
Patience is the name of the game, but I too would be loosing my patience if I watched it go from .615 to .0099.
They are still in business and I would rather they get a more professional website, rather than the one they had, to start their expansion.
Idiots ---- guess who I am referring to
Some accused of pumping and selling. Others seam to be degrading and maybe buying. No real difference between the two. All I know is the largest gains and largest losses come from lack of readily available knowledge. We are either going to be real happy or very ticked off.
New product line which "Monster Diesel" doesn't encompass?
and what was your "mildly" critical comment?
Someone got paid in stock, it is income and not an investment to them. Volumn is there to sell when good news comes out. When they are done selling it will take off.
