Just a guess, but I think they have located in Washington DC as a result of bidding for US government supplier of LED's. Locate in a high unemployment area, with lot's of minorities, provides them with a distinct advantage with gov. contracts. Most contracts actually specify a certain number or percentage of minorities employed.
My bet is that it will go to 2-3 cents initially and as sales start showing up in the filings, we should see 20-30 cents. Hence, I will hold my 4.7 million for the dimes to appear. In the meantime, I will just watch the day traders flip and flop at take the inexperienced shareholders shares for less than what they paid for them through fear.
Who has the ask at .0064? I would be scared Sh..less that news breaks and lose 2.2 million shares in a flash as it will easily go to 2-3 cents.
That is simply the date I downloaded the file. I would assume the published date would be the same or at least close. In any case, we know that it was published before somebody spotted it yesterday. Doesn't seem to be of any significance.
Here is the date I downloaded the pdf file for the the first 6 months of 2011. I copied the date from the info on the pdf.

Yes it was published some time ago, I have a copy on my computer and the numbers are the same. Perhaps they published it but did not list it with the OTC. Not sure, but at least it shows they are getting their act together.

Everybody seems to be focused on lights but don't forget the bigger area being telecommunications. I found Sondos on linkedin working for Viper in Bahrain as a junior accountant. Looking forward to hearing the update on their progress with BSNL.
Signing out for now and back to the coma, luckily I added many many more shares at sub sub pennies to make me feel happy we are finally about to see the light.
That would be nice, then I would have a gain of 20 cents on the first shares I bought way too long ago. May the good times return.
wake me up when we hit 20 cents.
MM's manipulating price. 5000 shares sold for .0041 or $20.50. If you look through todays history, they manipulate the price down and then picked up a million shares at .0041 and another million at .0042
The newbies get sucked and chucked. Stay long and hold. When the news breaks, we should see 2-3 cents with some consolidation and then with performance on vper's parts, showing sales of $50 million, we should see multiple dimes.
vper posted their 9 months ending Sept on Jan 5, so they may well do the 2011 shortly. I would guess they release that at the same time they give a shareholders update.
Two New Contracts Signed. Check this out:

Would be nice if they put out a pr.
Are you long or will you flip?
Well, hopefully they lose control during the many news releases we are expecting the next 2-3 weeks. Two mergers/acquisitions, national retailer for LED, update on telecommunications, etc.
My impression is that they sell 5000 shares at a loss and pick those panicked noobies from under them in large volume.
Amazing, we have one buyer willing to put $55,000 for shares. Don't you think word is getting out. That's not a bet by somebody willing to lose it. He/she knows Viper is about to rocket.
Nearly 11 million on the ask. Don't sell and see it go up. Somebody wants some serious shares
There was 14 million on the bid and 105,000 on the ask. Don't sell
You bring up an interesting point. I doubt vper is a shell company, however that doesn't mean to say that the merger wouldn't have the same effect. I can't remember the name, but I saw it happen with a company and the shares went from pennies to over 2 bucks in a day. Would be nice.
In case people did not see my post over the weekend, here are some important observations.
If you read this carefully:
Viper Networks, Inc. (Pink Sheets: VPER), announces that the Company expects to enter into a joint venture (JV) project next week as part of their final due diligence process with a profitable LED manufacturing company that they have been in acquisition talks with since January.
The JV is with the acquisition company. Hence, they are not even waiting for the lawyers to close the acquisition to start producing.
Well guess what folks, they would not need to produce, so quickly, if they didn't have the sales to push them forward even by perhaps 2-3 weeks.
This baby has already taken off. Flippers beware, you might not catch this one once it takes off.
I believe the one I meant was on 14 Mile Rd in Troy. They had some office space in a nice looking building. I can't find it listed on the Viper Web site. The one listed looks more like a technical space, rather than HQ type style. Not sure at this point, so may try to find more info.
Somebody did visit the building, about 2 or so years ago. He said he met with some technical guys as Farid was not in the office. They had technical charts drawn on a white board that he could not really understand. This was the time that they were setting up the infrastructure for the telecommunication group and association with Cirilium and the world's 7th largest telecommunications company BSNL.
The main offices for this group is in Bahrain, where they were buying up an office suite with 15,000 sq feet. I have not heard if this has been finalized, however the intent was to use the space for the construction group, Green Key, and telecommunications.
Hope this helps your understanding, however you can review this in previous PR's.
If I recall correctly, they moved to their current address perhaps 4 years or so ago. This is when the management changed from Weaver to Farid. Viper bought up Mid Atlantic, that Farid owned (may have to check the name of the company since it is from my recollection) after which Farid took control of the total group. Weaver had the main office in San Diego.

Based upon LSCG's market cap, Viper could easily see .20 plus with real progress in acquisitions, national and international sales and manufacturing. Profitability and real market share with brand awareness for a top quality, non toxic product, could well put us significantly higher in my opinion.
I doubt Viper is talking to LSCG as they have horrible losses and Viper is talking to a profitable company. From what I have gathered so far from LSCG is they only have a few sales outlets and yet have fairly high sales.
This says to me that Viper should be able to ramp up sales very quickly, especially if they close the deal with the national retailer. LSCG had about $27 million in sales last quarter and a market cap of over $200 million and losses of $49 million. Something doesn't smell right!
On the other hand, if Viper can, as it seems it already has, enter this market profitable, I can certainly see a news release predicting $100 + million in sales and profits.
No time to sell Viper, accumulate as much and as soon as you can.
I find your research interesting. What it shows is that Viper is going to be in a huge rapidly expand market around the world. LSCG increased their output by 450% year over year.
the world's premier LED lighting manufacturer, announced today that it produced 4.5 million light bulbs in 2011—an increase of 450% when compared to 2010 numbers.

Sure do, that when I added to my collection. Looking for .14 soon!
Let's close in the 006's
Don't worry, I bought some of my shares at .20 several years ago. Of course I added at .0014 and it was just over a year ago we were at .03
Looking forward to see 20 cent soon.
If you can believe this guy, who lives close to vper, things are looking good.

Volume is low today with very little selling at lower prices. Seems to me a very good indicator that those of us on board are here to stay. Will make it difficult for the shorts in the coming weeks as the shareholder update comes out and pr's on acquisitions.
Have not heard back from Randall yet, however I queried Morgan Stanley and manipulation and too much came up to read it all. Never thought it would get down to the pink sheets. Notice the shares at ask of 5,000 at one price and suddenly 250,000 are sold at less. Seems to me somebody is manipulating the price lower to get more shares. Interesting.
Edit: go figure, they just picked up a million shares at .0045

Are you working for clients interested in Viper?
Interesting. I don't know, however close to 200 million shorts or sells at bid do not make up the volume last friday. What was the volume, perhaps less than 30 million. To me your statement seems illogical.
Anybody have access to the L2
numbers and can you show them. Thanks.
The following link shows that we are making the Japanese press. This is a translation, so I am not sure what the reference is to a Chinese bicycle manufacturer.

With such high short volume, it is interesting that they have not been successful at keeping the pps down. With new investors coming in droves, if they lose control, vper will skyrocket.
Interesting week coming as well as looking forward to the acquisitions being released.
sorry no more dry powder, but I won't sell my 4.7 million to help out.
