From JF: SINO AGRO FOOD rolls on as planned and they come with full delegation here November 17 to 19 Due to the huge interest in JF plans for a meeting for members who do not fit the 18th and for some major shareholders (even if they are not members). What will happen to the recurrence of JF with the website. The hope is that we can then see first, 3Q (1Q much as to change the financial year) report and also inaugurate a new, higher listing for its shares (underlying paperwork for this is, in principle, of course).
No, they don´t trade. The information is bid/ask traded volume on the stock exchange.
The only interesting part on their homepage is what they write about the stocks.
Q3 report = 12 november
Presentation in Stockholm, Sweden.
JF herewith repeets our predictions for our 3 number-one-stocks (gold, agriculture, oil):
1.SEMAFO SMF.TO (now 9.17), estimate 2010=10.00, 2011=20.00 (in Stockholm presentation 31 May 2010)
2.SINO AGRO FOOD SIAF.pk(BB)(now 1.34), estimate 2010=2.00, 2011=4.00 (in Stockholm presentation 18 Nov 2010)
2.PAN ORIENT POE.TO (now 7.20), estimate 2010=10.00, 2011 15.00 (in Stockholm presentation 7 Oct 2010).
We think these stocks have an extraordinary situation just now for 9-12 months ahead . JF has visited SMF and SIAF and shall visit POE.
JF's target for 2012 is $8!
same - same - same! [2010-09-14 16:04]
The same is true now was stronger underlined.
SEMAFO and SINA AGRO FOOD peaks recommendation list. JF's revised target(2010) for SEMAFO (CAD 10) suddenly seems topical this week (currently 9.79). Shortly after that, there are now 3 PAN ORIENT stoera with new oil discovery in Thailand (as the market does not yet seem to have discounted, pending further information?) AND JUST COMING BIG drilling program in as promising TERRITORY OF INDONESIA. SIAF.pk chugs a similar pace as Semafo. The company will soon also they are presented in Stockholm before a larger audience. The goal for 2010 is set to 2.00 (usd) but with conservative underton.Nu it is hard to find volumes of shares to buy as many 2-3 year term, as well as SMEs SIAF considered first-class growth stocks. Next year's target is now 4.00 and the year following the 8:00
Both have been decent for some time but much more should be available if you have patience growth.
Also PAN ORIENT will return to Stockholm in the first half of October.
I asked about the audited results and got this answer:
"I have been informed the actual audit for both 2008 and 2009 is complete, the final drafts are under review by the Company. I would expect them out in very short order. An exact date however I do not have.
Warm regards,
Chad Sykes"
There is a lot of swedes that is very interested in Siaf and we have bought lots of shares lately. When I want to buy Siaf I have to call my local broker and my broker then use their partner (probably NITE) in US to buy my shares.
JF buys more shares!

JF is a buyer in the market this week in both the SIAF and SMEs and sellers of some smaller gold companies and the remaining Swedish. JF central (+ affiliates) has for the moment 7% of the SIAF and 1% in Semafo. The aim of the SIAF is to get to 10%. Total number of shares in the company today is 53 million of which float 23rd
SIAF has a 'futures in mind "that is now rapidly through the upgrade to BB-list (from pk) in 2012 as real fäigh NASDAQ followed by a dual listing would be received well here with us.
At some point each year, says JF on their core interests.
JF's five biggest interests are in the current situation 1) SEMAFO, 2) SINO AGRO FOOD, 3) Endomines, 4) ECOPETROL, 5) Pacific Rubiales as well as single fund interest: STOCKPICKER / JF Commodity / Energy Fund. The latter contains a combination of many of JF's other interests except that of course also here SEMAFO is the largest holding. The Fund is, unlike JF, open to all.

Our total common shares issued and outstanding as at June 30 2010 were 51,942,636 shares, as compared to
52,683,579 as at December 31, 2009. The decrease in number of shares issued and outstanding during this current
first half was primarily due to following reasons:
• We have issued 7,952,000 shares to our creditors collectively for debts owed and outstanding for more than 12
months amounting to $1,787,375 collectively, and have issued 497,059 common shares to our employees
compensating for their services rendered in year 2008 at a set amount equivalent to $496,562. Thus total new
common shares issued for the period was at 8,449,059 shares for total value of $2,283,937.
• However, it has always been the management’s resolve to keep the total issued and outstanding common shares
at a level of around 53,000,000 shares, as such our core management has retired 2,000,000 of their own common
shares at no cost to the Company and also retired 7,000,000 of their own common shares by transferring them
into Series B shares that have neither voting right nor right to dividend totaling 9,000,000 common shares to
compensate for the newly issued shares as referred above
"In this
respect, we shall perform a lot better than in 2009, and we expect to secure more service contracts before the end of year
2010, when other regional fish farmers have a chance to visit the said fish farm".

Cannon Report SIAF [2010-08-12 16:38]
SINO AGRO FOOD left at 15 Swedish time a strong report for Q2, substantially increased profits o turnover. See release at www.yahoo.com / finance.
Something light head sold down shares to 52 cents in the beginning but he soon regrets it enough. The company's float is only approximately 13 million shares of 53 million total.
Note that the X-dividend date is August 27 If you want the dividend for 2009, we have bought previously.
JF said that going to China and the company tomorrow for 10 days of review of all activities. The important thing for now is to get its "infrastructure" so that you can quickly get up to BB-from today's list, PK, which makes it impossible for some larger investors to buy shares.
I think they mean time to investigate a company.
You can contact them if you have any questions

Sometimes JF 'equity league tables "(= best price performance JF hope) so members have something to discuss. The next chat is tomorrow evening. The 25 shares that are on the list here are either money NOW or have the funding guaranteed (as much as possible) positive cash flow within the "documented the close quarters"; JF is well aware that the list is a mixture of fruit within the grouping "blueberries and melons "BUT, the important thing is barely five-month course change in assessment:
1.Semafo, gold
2.Ecopetrol, oil
3.Gran Tierra, oil
4.Sino Agro Food , organic food (high risk)
5.Pacific Rubiales, oil
6.Golden Star, Gold

August 13 to 22 closed - SINO AGRO FOOD [2010-08-08 00:49]
The 13-22 is closed again JF. Major tours at once. This time, China in many places.
Objective: business visits to the daughters of SINO AGRO FOOD (SIAF.pk).
The company is hårdsponsrat the Chinese government. The case of different foods in organic production where China is entering its land, infrastructure and tax exemption for 5 years. The company pays out dividends just for 2009.
The company produces / is just for the Chinese market mainly produce including fruit (mainly drakfrukt), dairy products, beef meat (cattle), vegetables, fish o tiger prawns and fertilizer - everything organic on the road.
Chinese government is tired of everything negative happening / has happened around the Chinese food production and investing hard now to restore quality in China matsektorn. Much negative has happened in the dairy sector and fish / seafood.
JF makes his (after Semafosatsningen) largest investment ever by four heavyweights on company visits for a total review everything in and around the company, including meetings with politicians, banks, all the company representatives, etc.
JF dare not recommend it right now but hope to do so after the trip.
JF sits today on the 4% of the company you know and other JF-management also has some shares.
There are acceptable explanations for the various movements lately, including those for the three years since the thrust seedkapital and those which were paid in shares of services (and had three years of restriction on the shares) has the restriction expired in the summer sold to recover payment for services they provided.
The company earned 13 cents per 2009 shares (and shares now out 1 cent) and for this year estimated a profit of 29 cents per share. The company's shares on the stock market ended on Friday at 57 cents, a P / E for 2010 (the company's forecasts do) at 1.97. Do you often can not be said.
53 million shares are on display, most so-called vendor shares (with a long lock-up) in the management and Chinese management.

Favorable SIAF update 21-Jul-10 02:37 pm
I have been in touch with Chad Sykes today. I have asked him 2 questions regarding the auditor and the seller of a block of SIAF shares. I have received a prompt reply within half an hour. The reply was so favorable I wished SIAF had provided this information to shareholders via a press release earlier on.
Question 1:
I have asked about the auditor - who is the auditor, is the auditor of a sufficient size to logistically handle the task of auditing a 560 person company and should a "big 4" auditor should have been hired?
Mr. Sykes' reply:
"SIAF is a young start-up that generated under $20M in revenue in 2009 and net profit under $7M. The cost to hire a large "big 4" audit firm would cost the Company well over $1.5M- $2M a year in compliance, audit and legal fees. For a company the size of Sino Agro Food, Inc. that would slow growth and reduce retained earnings which in itself would impact the valuation of the Company. The majority of U.S. PCAOB accounting firms rely on China based affiliates to conduct the majority of an audit due to the costs I mentioned above. Madsen and Associates' affiliate is Hong Kong based T.N. Lui & Co. which is a well known and respected auditor in Hong Kong. As SIAF has not been a fully reporting SEC Company, delays are to be expected when making a shift from China's accounting framework to GAAP. The Company and its auditor are making sure that the numbers are accurate and correct the first time around. Having to restate financial numbers will do far more harm to the market for SIAF's stock than a delay in the current audit. The PCAOB conducts oversight on all audit firms, big or small. The smaller firms, simply due to their size end up having more oversight by the PCAOB than the larger firms with 100s of clients, thus increasing investor protection.
When the Company has grown to a size that would both allow financially and require logistically the need for a larger audit firm, I am confident management will take that step. The Company has already retained one of the most reputable transfer agents in the U.S. after it determined the smaller agent it was using was no longer able to meet its needs".
Question 2:
I have asked about the seller of a block of SIAF shares.
Mr. Sykes' reply:
"The original seed investors and advisers have capitalized on their investment by selling their previously restricted shares which they have held for almost 3 years".
Had this information been provided to shareholders, much of the decline in share price would have been averted.
