That is not necessarily true, (for example) if there are 27,000 shares at 0.055, and you buy those 27,000 shares at 0.055, you are buying those shares from somebody, so, somebody just made $1,455, off your buy, well they might not sound like alot, if they do that repeatedly, over a month, somebody is making alot of money, without significantly affecting the share price, the question is who is selling those shares to us, making all that money off our buys?, hopefully it will positively affect us in the long run, not allow the share price to drop, after we are done making them money.

I took it that FOGC paid KING $1.00 4 Cressent, and over the next 2 years will pay Cressent the restricted shares, and lastly KING's lawsuit stay with KING, which of course was the reason for the problems between KING and Cressent, in the first place.

90 days is April 28th, and 120 days is May 28th, but on Friday's Tips January 28th, they stated between now, and 90-120 days, which means it could happen at any time.
