rgetics: 2013 Full Year Earnings Announcement
Inergetics continues to drive growth in revenue, gross profits and gross margin through the expanded distribution of brands nationwide and internationally
PR Newswire
Inergetics, Inc. 15 minutes ago
NEWARK, N.J., March 31, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Inergetics, Inc. (NRTI), a leading developer of nutritional supplements, today filed its Form 10-K for the full year ending December 31, 2013.
Total revenues generated from the sale of Martha Stewartâ„¢ Essentials, Surgex®, Bikini Ready® and SlimTrimâ„¢ for the year totaled $847,834, an increase of $755,961 or 823%, compared to $91,873 for the year ended December 31, 2012.
Gross profits for the year amounted to $244,830, an increase of $239,282 or 4,315%, compared to $5,546 for the year ended December 31, 2012. Over the same period, the gross margin improved from 6% to 29%.
At this stage in Inergetics' development, revenues are not yet sufficient to cover ongoing operating expenses. After deducting for research and development, marketing and general and administrative expenses, an operating loss of $6,290,933 was realized.
The net result for the year was a loss of $5,748,092 or $0.10 per share, compared to a loss of $5,451,612 or $0.15 per share for the prior year.
Operating expenses are expected to significantly decrease as a percentage of revenues as revenues increase, given that most expenses are fixed or quasi-fixed in character.
"2013 was a year of significant executional progress for Inergetics as we continued to implement our business strategy. We forged important, valuable partnership and distribution agreements and brought a number of innovative brands and products to market," said Mike James, CEO. "The nutritional supplement market is expected to increase in excess of $32 billion through 2014 – and we are focused on capturing this opportunity and continuing to develop new proprietary products targeting an ever broader range of increasingly specific conditions."
Focus on Product Development and Innovation
In May 2013, Inergetics entered into a 5-year partnership agreement with Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. The roll out of Martha Stewartâ„¢ Essentials has been well received by consumers since its launch late last year and continues to perform strongly across the retail network.
Additionally, through 2013 Inergetics announced:
Acquisitions of Bikini Ready® and SlimTrimâ„¢ in January 2013
The re-launch of Surgex® in the first quarter of 2013, including the naming of two top NFL rookies -- San Diego Chargers' NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year by the Professional Football Writers of America, wide receiver Keenan Allen and Washington Redskins' cornerback David Amerson-- as Surgex Sports Nutrition spokespeople
The launch of Intrinsixâ„¢ in December 2013, a podiatry-exclusive clinical supplement to address nerve-health symptoms associated with diabetes

A strategic partnership with Terra Tech Corp (TRTC), a fast-growing urban agricultural company, to jointly develop a line of natural cannabidiol (CBD)-based nutritional supplements. The supplements are expected to be distributed via medicinal marijuana dispensaries

Well today is a good start up huge right now! I don't know where it will finish but the Bid has moved up very nice! Maybe news coming!
This would brought out by CEO at meeting! EFOI plans on being on new exchange by year end.I believe he is talking Nasdaq,I know you need to be trading around 1.00 to be on exchange. James said following, when they bid on a job for companies there price is 1/2 of anyone else.He said no one can touch the price of there product! He goes on to say small companies can not make the quality of us and if a large company like GE were to move into this field they would have so much over head they would never beable to sell at the pric eof EFOI Talking about Navy he said they are in talks with Navy said if the Nave bought 90 Mill dolars of there product Navy woul dsave 535 Million in 10 years talks continue! He said Energy focus is working on several Large Cap partnership companies.
Now you do not have to take my word for it. Go to Energy focus website under presentations and listen to the entire Speech James made.
I think we bounce back tomorrow! Market got destroyed today!
Not many went up today! Should be more good news coming coming out!
I know the outstanding and float shares are not real high.I read here and saw it some where still looking Authorized shares are some where around 1 Billion. That number is high if it is ever released. Why would I want it to happen when I am down 600 dollars right now.Just hope management will never decide to dump those shares into market.Sales of these product started later last year so we should not be far away from seeing on the books improved sales and margins.I plan to hold and see what happens. I would of thought alone the last several PR would of pushed this over 20 cents.Maybe I expect to much to soon. bought at .18 and loaded at .145 again to only see it go lower.Maybe Martha will buy a boat load and raise up the price.
Does anyone think it is possible this stock could do a R/S
I for one hope it never happens. Some might say it would bring the stock price up to where it could get noticed. I woke up last week to a stock I own and it changed it's symbol and did a 5000 to 1 R/S
This company has so many products out there.Stock goes no where! I am hoping that earning improvement that I would think in next couple quarters should start to look much better will get this to move up.
Hard to believer we have a company with national known product at trading at 13 cents a share .
I just don't get it great news stock still goes down!
I still own shares from first day went public bought at 10 a share
I have avg down to 3.65 The company has found it's foot hold and I believe has a bright future and a lot of talent working with the company.Great move on last buy out Mobile will be there's you can see it coming. This will be a great year for us ZYNGA longs!
I bought some shares last week.Probably jumped to soon bough tat .18
I like they have several product lines that have only been with company less then a year.I also liked there last PR there have been a lot of MJ stocks pumping prs that are companies with almost no income or do not file with sect. This company is not like that. My question is what part of the business do you think has the chance to move this company forward the most, thanks!
People here, take a look at EFOI career area looking to hire 10 employees many managers all over country! Does the company know something??????????
Could someone please tell me why volume is very very high now????
Well,I wonder if owners have been dumping after the PR.I don't like the activity I have seen.My avg is around .0155 bought more at ,068 thought that might be bottom. Now I don't know how low it will go!
Looking very strong again.I would not be surprised to see this near 3.00 in next couple Months!!!
Moving up!!!
Many contracts out there! Look for the company to buy another company.I listened to the Conference call and you could tell there was a interest in this!!!!
Very nice week here!!!
I am looking forward to Aug 12th earnings! I wonder if Cree would ever try to take over this company??
Don't know if anyone knows, but the company is working on a 4 foot Fluorescent light bulb that could very well replace the ones of today. It has been said by the company that the bulb they are working on when it comes to market it should cut energy costs by 80% that sounds like alot of potential savings for many companies and in housing across America,MHO!!!
Hi anyone. This stock has been atleast a nice flip stock if not a long term stock.Look at the company they are now investing in they own around 50% of Moneygate a fast growing company!
http://www.ifaonline.co.uk/ifaonline/news/1719322/moneygate-begins-recruitment-drive
