Been a rough few weeks here. The thing to remember is you buy stock when you believe the value of a stock is not reflected in its price. I think QPSA has a much greater value than reflected here. With CONTINUED execution of it's plan (I think they've followed through so far) the price will reflect it.
Let the shorts play their little games. In the end, #'s will win.
Ha! That was a pleasant suprise late yesterday evening when I logged in. Wonder what happened...
ditto
It wasn't looking good there for a while.
Can't believe people are willing to let go of their shares at these prices. The company has so much potential.
Agreed!
not today...
Pretty lousy.
Looks like there's someone picking up large chunks of shares on the lower price. You can see low volume walk downs followed by large chunks of buys.

Interesting data point. Thanks!
Right - I didn't know what to think when I logged in and didn't see a red/green double digit change.
Yawn...
That's right. I'd like to justify the low 11's I bought the other day!
and now we're playing in the 11's.
I really couldn't agree more.
In reality, nothing about the company has changed - peoples sentiments will begin to grow positive and the stock price will reflect. It's hard to not acquire a negative outlook when you end in the red 10% after a 2 million trade day. With the decreased selling pressure, people will begin adding shares again. The upcoming conferences will add to the volume.
IMO.
Theoretically you would want to get in before the volume drove it up. It's really a question of what you believe the stock to be valued.
Hangover from a 2 day binge. Some folks cautiously testing the waters.
slow start to the day [yawn]...
Yeah, did what I could picking up some 11.35's.
I still love the stock, I still think it has awesome potential with the increased membership growth. It's easy to just be disappointed when you've gotten used to being incredibly impressed with the stock.
Anyway, I'll continue the slow accumulation this week as we move towards those conferences.
Ouch - Looks like there were more than a few people disappointed in the cc. The management has been so open to communication in the past; this is just too bad.
down 6% so far today.
More shares for me @ 12.15. Not as cool as my $3 shares... but I'll take 'em anyway.
Agreed - "expectations" were the 1 analyst's opinion. Seen here:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ae?s=QPSA+Analyst+Estimates
Rev was expected at 6.2 million instead of 6.1...
pft - what a joke. Nice buys today Charles.
The only real difference I see between today and yesterday is that today I KNOW QPSA continued to acquire members at a breakneck pace and were 100k short of hitting estimates.
I predict share price will recover and shorts will have to cover. If you take into account their management, business model AND the upcoming conference... things are looking good for us QPSA longs.
IMO
nickl, that was my take as well. New #'s were reported in the annual report.
Charles - When does Medlink report this month?
Ahh.. you have 27+ million users following your blog as well?
Thanks 4kids. Interesting stuff - I'll probably just stay put.
I don't know... awfully strong volume bring it down.
hahaha
I signed up just fine with a 'real' email address. No hassle at all.
It is only relatively steep to past share prices. If you look at the most recent valuation of $16 at year's end; it's not that bad of a deal.
I enjoyed the run down to strengthen my position. If it dips again as people evaluate recent news, I will continue to add.
BUT - I will admit you have been here much, much longer than I have.
another thousand shares for me at 8.50... thank-you sellers!
This board has been rather quiet today.
MikeDDKing - will we be seeing some of your DD soon?
Charles,
I doubted your post yesterday about shopping (since we had an equally strong sell-off earlier this week)... but it has continued strongly this morning. Perhaps we have some folks anticipating a good Q next week.
Anyway, I've made a lot of $$$ because of you with QPSA - I am expecting the trend to continue with MLKNA :).
7.25 and growing...
Looks like we're hitting the 7's.
Amazing what good management will do for a company, huh?
I have been watching QPSA ever since it was $1. The majority of my buys are right at $3 - when I really dove into the stock. I'm still buying more of it as I free money up from other investments.
I love these little dips when QPSA allows me to purchase more of it before it runs back up (the dip back to 3 after the run-up to 5.50 was great; back a few months ago).
I think this stock is a gold mine. Assuming it continues building membership at such a fast clip - the stock price will continue to skyrocket.
Thanks to CharlesD and his site for pointing out this stock and also pointing me to Ian's site.
I bet we're slightly under. The last conf call discussed how their easier format fueled extra membership growth. I would expect the extra boost that gave membership to be less significant for this month.
Either way, it'll be close to 2MM... which is good enough for me. If it's less then I'll just pickup some cheap shares from overreactions....
