A buyback is when a company buys shares on the open market for their own company to lower the OS to raise share holder value. As far as rise in PPS that depends on the market. But I've seen a few ten baggers do that.

Someone bought 13% of the OS in 30 minutes. And I seriously doubt it was multiple people coincidentally buying up DCAC. Wouldn't they need to file with the SEC as a majority stock holder now? I bet we see some kind of PR within 3 days.

The last major volume spike was on news of the RS cancellation. This volume came with no news this time.
