exactly
the sellers just lack patience.
Great post...good reminder of the status...
I'll be on the lookout for the (b)451(g) reorg docs to be deemed effective on the Colorado SOS site
Charts are the lifeblood of penny stocks...next to the momo of course
You're right about the high road...although this is one of the things that caught my eye in the beginning
I agree 100% that these are the two possible scenarios
Saweeeet
haha...exactly
it will flow through when Fuzznbuzz Brand Inc. is an official public company as recognized by FINRA per the name and symbol change.
If you have "Seen this a few dozen times among all the penny/OTC stocks I've been in", you're pretty lucky.
I've been investing and trading in the OTC since 2009 and this is only the third time that Ive come across a company that has backed up their plans with so much verifiable documentation.
This is the OTC...whether higher or lower, true company value is rarely reflected in the pps
Pps is all about shareholder sentiment and hype (or lack thereof)
Not for an OTC Pink shell Merging with a start-up going into the Cannabis sector.
Not hard to understand...Current CWIR CEO stated multiple times via twitter that no PRs will be sent under CWIR, and the first Fuzznbuzz Brand, Inc. PR will be after the name/symbol change approval from FINRA.
No dots to try and connect as nothing has changed. Waiting on FINRA approval for an official PR
You act like no progress has been made...Here is some proof that you are searching for:
this is the statement of conversion from the Colorado SOS. This document converts Central Wireless shares into Fuzznbuzz brand inc shares - http://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/ViewImage.do?fileId=20141225689&masterFileId=20141225689
SEC Company info showing CWIR is now incorporated in Colorado - http://www.edgarcompany.sec.gov/servlet/CompanyDBSearch?page=detailed&cik=0000814070&main_back=2
SEC Company info showing FNB Pharmaceuticals Inc (a sub of Fuzznbuzz) is recognized and has the same IRS number as CWIR - http://www.edgarcompany.sec.gov/servlet/CompanyDBSearch?page=detailed&cik=0001605454&main_back=2
Agreement of Merger Among Central Wireless, Inc./Fuzznbuzz Brands, Inc./FNB Merger Sub, Inc. - http://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/ViewImage.do?fileId=20141427187&masterFileId=20141225689
These are some (not all) of the major steps that have been taken, which have been recognized by the Colorado SOS, The SEC and the IRS. FINRA accepting these documents (or an amendment of the same) is the final step for Fuzznbuzz Brands, Inc.
it follows first by section (what the changes are for...delisting, symbol/name change, etc.) then in alphabetical order with-in the section.
Its also updated 3 times a day so there's still time yet today for a CWIR change.
you forgot to mention the Edgar/SEC filings
sorry, I'll try again...I am just looking for some different ideas to help explain the unusual situation that the company is in.
as of now...it seems everyone, except FINRA, has accepted Fuzznbuzz Brands Inc as a company..
the State of Colorado, the SEC, the IRS, they have all recognized (per the evidence of certain approvals that have already been given) that CWIR is no more and Fuzznbuzz has taken over.
I'm a little confused, maybe you can help...if the Merger has been effective since 7/17, don't we technically own fuzznbuzz brand inc shares, regardless of FINRA? I don't see where the merger is contingent upon Fuzznbuzz getting a new symbol, or even being a public company for that matter.
there's a concerted effort to keep this pps down.
I tried to slap 002 for 1.4m shares...well, look at L2 and you can see what just happend
there weren't that many available at .03, the majority of shares were traded around .10-.15 at that time
IMO shares available anywhere around here are well worth the investment...personally I will continue to buy
i agree Curious...their transparency and the GEDERs model is why I bought this Company at .25 and down to .03 in 2013.
great post. the information on the OS is all in the filings and spelled out very clearly...which can be found here:
http://www.thecse.ca/CNSX/Securities/Life-Sciences/Abattis-Bioceuticals-Corp.aspx
The CSE/CNSX regulations are far superior to that of the OTC
The share structure for Fuzz and Buzz brands is outlined in the Statement of Merger as accepted (and effective) on 7/17/14 by the Colorado SOS

he's terrible and should be ashamed for his posts this week.
I had a very similar conversation with him yesterday afternoon.
I also share your sentiment and opinion for this stock.
Thanks again for posting your conversation.
The OS has been in the 60s for quite sometime now. So, you're either not paying attention or you're deliberately trying to mislead
Additionally, one of the first things Mike said in an interview is he expected to use about 100m shares to get Abattis up and running
great question...we'll see soon enough.
I hope
anyone gonna own up to that market sell order...lol, smh
mine too
hopefully we get them back in August
I miss the ask-slapper 5k and 10k
haha, i remember that. I asked if they were hiding the shipment details in the cheesepuffs or under the sandwiches.
Thaat comment didn't go over too well with other facebook peeps
unusual early update...could mean they have quite a bit to do today
the OTCBB site should update at 12:45, 4:45 and maybe around 6.
These updates will be reflected on Monday on the OTCMarkets site.
all it takes is one shareholder holding 20-30m that places a market sell (similar to what we witnessed yesterday)
sooooo many hidden shares out there
ask is not thin
whats so funny...
ok. The stock isn't that liquid yet (thin works both ways)
if someone wants to sell their shares it can easily retrace 20% in a heartbeat.
me too
