SCAM ALERT! The iceman pumped this fraud at .14 last week with a target of .30 for this week. Since his pump, this turd had been flushed! True value for this pump and dump is probably 0.00.

He sent out a second e-mail and said he is still a 9.99 on USPR and didn't have his glasses on when he mistakenly typed 8.99 in the first e-mail he sent out.

The iceman has lowered his year end price target for USPR. It also sounds like any potential deal is on shaky ground. I hope this doesn't turn out to be another one of his pump and dumps that crashes to near zero. I am not adding any more shares if USPR sells off today. Below is this morning's update.

uspr--yes i was depressed when i saw .19. why? because i believe they need to set a date to go to the property in mexico. I KNOW OF 4 COMPANIES THAT HAVE GONE=ALL HAVE LOVED IT. The selling is picking up steam this afternoon. All 2.7 million shares of R&R's that were bought up on the last dump can potentially be sold. So, do not expect this selling to end today or even after a week. The delisting news is a MAJOR reason to sell.

PROT will end up diluting around .20 now, imo. The stock will probably never see a buck again. To call this delisting a disaster, is an understatement. Tired of being burned by this minefield of a stock.

uspr yes the math is correct-upon closing which i guess is within a week or so the stock is worth 2.00 less debt minimum in my opinion. now if they like the results what if they put up 5 or ten times that amount to develope the property? if rumors are close to being correct a major nyse brokerage firm with 300 plus brokers will buy the shares upon the closing and i would expect 2.40 or so year end dec 2012..funds are likely to wait to buy till closing. hugs barry
