Yep...the 10K will show how much of the discounted notes have converted, likely very near all, since they clearly started months ago...so many great trading opps since then...Everyone should have their bases covered beforehand ;)

I expect it on Tuesday which is when it is due...unless they file an NT 10-K of course.
