No particular reason, I was just a little curious since the A/S is 2,000,000,000. Just rather be safe then sorry. That's all.
I emailed the company about if they had any plans of dilution.
Here's the response I received:
"Approximately 88 million fully diluted and right now there are no plans to expand the share count"
If all the info is true about DRLY, how much do you think this co. is worth?
thanks i found it.
As of June 18, 2010, the Registrant had 96,545,976 shares of common stock outstanding .
Does anyone know the new o/s count?
why doesn't their website work?

Is the cash enough to CLOSE the acquisition or PAY for the acquisition? lol
My bad, so do you think he will come up with the rest of the cash through dilution?
Are you sure they dont have enough $$ because in the latest pr it says
MIDLAND, Texas, Jun 16, 2010 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Doral Energy Corp. (OTCBB:DRLY) ("Doral" or "the Company"), is pleased to announce to shareholders that Doral Management has completed on schedule its divestiture of its Hanson Energy Oil and Gas Assets for $10,000,000.00. Use of proceeds will include the re-payment of its Senior Secured Debt with Macquarie Bank Limited, the payoff of all trade debt associated with the Hanson Energy Oil and Gas Assets, and the payoff of two notes, that are now mature due to the divestiture of the assets, in the amount of approximately $725,000.00 leaving the Company enough surplus cash to successfully close on the acquisition of certain South Eastern New Mexico Permian Age producing oil assets described in the Company's press release dated June 15, 2010.
okay thanks, i'll look into it.
hi im new to this board, can someone inform me on who the merger is with and details of the merger please?
I think the reason why APCVZ tanked on March 23rd after the approval of Indomethacin was because investors knew that its approval wasn't going to be significant enough to generate enough revenues to fulfill the CVR agreement.
"According to IMS data, 2009 sales of this product in the United States were approximately $22.5 million."
http://www.businesswire.com/portal/site/home/permalink/?ndmViewId=news_view&newsId=20100322007156&newsLang=en
However, now I believe it is different. The tables have turned. I think now it is very possible to meet the CVR agreement by December 31st 2010 with the recent approvals of Bicalutamide ( a prostate cancer drug) and Letrozole ( a breast cancer drug).
They need to generate $532 million USD. http://content.edgar-online.com/edgar_conv_img/2010/05/04/0001193125-10-104625_G92551G11I21.JPG
Each of those drugs generated over a billion USD in 2008. http://www.evaluatepharma.com/Default.aspx
If APCVZ is able to capture a minuscule of those two markets combined with their usual revenues, I think it is very possible for them to fulfill the CVR agreement.
"The reason the stock dropped last time was because the approved drug would not increase revenues enough to fulfill the CVR agreement to have 1.2 Billion by end of this year.
This is NOT a stock. It's a CVR which is like an option that says "If we make this much money we'll pay you this much". In this case, if the co. makes 1.2 B by end of this year you will receive $6 for every share of APCVZ you own.
With these 2 drug approvals (both being cancer drugs and VERY much in demand) The profit it will bring in will be close to $1 Billion.
Since the CVR the company has raised over $600 million which means they need less than that to fulfill the CVR.
The question is, do you believe the 2 approvals will be enough to raise the capital? The market seems to think so. Either way, with these 2 approvals the chances of getting a $6 payout are extremely high. They weren't very high with the last approval so the CVR price dropped again from the pop.
It's just like a option. If the chances of it hitting a certain mark by a certain date increase, the price of the option skyrockets."
