Starting to make sense, what better way for the new investors, V Group, to become part of the company, they go from inc to llc, and can get the financing and some new owners at the same time.

If you go from Inc to LLC, it is like you are starting a new business, they have mentioned in news that they will not do a reverse split, so they are now becoming a Limited Liability co. You have to get new federal ID#s new state tax numbers, etc, I know because I just did it.

You are right it is not close, the 800 number all you have to do is talk and it connects you, with GOIG you have to text, to a 800 number.

I was going to buy GOIG, but I dont understand what they are selling that you cant do for free. You can already email to your phone for free, and have alerts sent to your phone for free.

This is an example: if you are a AT&T (Cingular customer) you can email a cingular customer and it texts to their phone. 10 digit phone number@txt.att.net

So on Scottrade I set my alerts with email going to my phone

This will continue to go down, THRR said to be patient, but a month after announcing they had a buyer, there is still no name, now THRR has to do due diligence on the buyer, which means it is not a big name company, and they are worried about if the company can come up with the funds, if there is, even a buyer. Why did they raise OS from 9 billion to 11.5 billion after they said they had a buyer, lots of red flags. In the conference call they said they had many hurdles to jump, and would try to close deal on April 30, then 2 days later come out with news that we will close the deal on April 10, now they are still in the 1st phase of due diligence, and have not even started on getting the filings done, for the past 2 quarters, THRR said they had to get filings up to date in conference call, April 30 will come and go, with more excuses and no name of buyer. Letter of Intent could be his cousin that owns a welding shop down the street, and it does not look like he can come up with 140 million to make the purchase.

I think there are a lot of positives that are going to drive the stock to .003 also. Removal of the CE, and if funding comes in from private investors, that means that those investors have enough confidence to risk their money to fund the business. I think it is great to get private investors to bring in extra funds, so they dont have to sell shares and dilute the company. Many real estate buyers use private investors to fund their purchases, and guarantee a certain rate of return on their investments. It is good for the company, the investors make more off of their money, and the shareholders of the stock are happy they have a stronger company, that is making money.
