"Investopedia explains Bullish Engulfing Pattern
As implied in its name, this trend suggests that the bulls have taken control of a security’s price movement from the bears. This type of pattern usually accompanies a declining trend in a security, suggesting that a low or end to a security's decline has occurred. However, as usual in candlestick analysis, the trader must take the preceding and following days' prices into account before making any decisions regarding the security."
Yet here you are, "heavily invested" lol, who are you trying to fool? They have no revenue, they've never sold shares on the open market. Look at the latest OS share count, how could they hide what their expenses are and how they're paying them. Here's an idea, try reading the financial statements. I'm sure it boggles you're mind, but sit down and think about it for a while, its pretty simple.
What are our shares worth? Do the math, it should be pretty simple.

very nice!
You're right. Just saying, it clearly never was a quote of Merle or the company.
Surmise: a thought or idea based on scanty evidence
Scanty:limited or less than sufficient in degree, quantity, or extent
" I surmize that it is a revision of a previous one that was deemed by the BC authorities to be non responsive. The report due in September is likely to have new and more extensive info. Since every report has been an improvement on the last, the September report is likely to be much more impactful. Once again we diliogently wait for slithers of info from a management that is insensitive and unresponsive."
I don't see anything real implying it's from Merle either. Someone probably just saw "updated Technical Reports on the Nemegosenda project." and made their own interpretation from it.
"Do you all think we will get the "second" NI by months end,6 business days, like it was implied? I sure hope so as I see a sell off from some if this one doesnt arrive, I know the faithful here wont sell their shares but I could imagine some investors, with decent reasoning getting out."
I've never heard a time frame put on a second NI 43-101 report from the company. Where are you getting this?
Come on, this is you're first junior mining stock. You obviously didn't know anything about it. How long it takes, how much money is needed for things to come together. You obviously didn't know anything about TA to buy in at .17. We were just about as over bought as it gets. You made a mistake by underestimating what it takes for this to come to fruition, sold for a loss and now you're bitter. Leave us alone, please. No one shares you're doom and gloom skeptical scenarios. Honestly though, I guess you could say you're doing us a favor. If anyone buys into the BS that you spew every day here, I'd rather them not invest in SRSR.
"I am down over 50% and I am more excited than the day i first bought at .17." So shouldn't you be liike super excited now?

Well thats an odd interpretation of what the posts said, lol. Just find it amusing that you rag on DSU for saying we should be in the 5 - 10$ range and there you were saying we should be at $10 within 5 years.
Whats the advisory board doing? I've been trying to figure this out for months! Then I came across this little Gem! Amazing, I never even thought of reading a press release.
Sarissa Resources Inc. Announces Formation of an Advisory Board to Develop a Strategic Focus on Corporate and Project Development
"SRSR, is pleased to announce that it has formed the Sarissa Advisory Board (the "Advisory Board") to provide expertise and consultation to the Sarissa Board of Directors and management in matters related to the Company's Nemegosenda niobium property and corporate development. Two initial appointees to the Advisory Board bring considerable depth in the areas of international business development, financial acuity and management, and project costing and development."
"Scott Keevil, CEO of Sarissa believes, "The knowledge of project development and contacts in the international business and government world that we can gain through these two new additions to our team is unparalleled. The Company is fortunate to be able to be in a position to access the experiences of Mr. Yeates and Mr. Peterson. “"
Robert Yeates, Tim Peterson, and Dahlman Rose know Scott's exact plan and they're on board. These people wouldn't involve themselves with us unless they were extremely pleased by what they saw.
Robert Yeates - has done work for Vale, they have a market cap of 147.28Billion He's currently a supplier for, Sherritt Ambatovy nickel project. Which is just a MASSIVE project, they've received over a billion dollars in financing for it. market cap of 2.13Billion
Tim Peterson - has extensive managerial experience in the environmental, high technology and resource sectors. He has served on the Boards of Directors of four public companies and has extensive contacts in India and China. Following on the successful political careers of his older brothers, one of whom served as Premier of Ontario, and the other as International Trade Minister for the federal Government, he was elected and served as the Member of the Provincial Parliament of Ontario for Mississauga South
Dahlman Rose - Just check out their transaction list. http://www.dahlmanrose.com/transactions/default.asp
What has Scott done that would ever make you think he's in this short term? For such a small amount of money in perspective to the size and value of the property? Why would they have done metallurgical testing, geophysical study, updating technical reports, preparing for a scoping study, hiring high class advisory board members and Dahlman Rose for financing options. Pretty clear he's going to take this all the way and bring Nemegosenda into production. In which case he would be worth 100's of millions of dollars, if not more.
It's only misleading to someone who reads it wrong. lol.

Before you say they've only drilled two holes....
Here's a quick summary of what they've done in exploration since the last NI report.
#1. 9/3/09 "SRSR is pleased to announce the completion of a further three diamond drill holes on its 100% owned niobium property in northern Ontario."
"In addition the Company has opened up some trenches in the SE Zone."
#2. 9/4/09 "SRSR During June and July four trenches were opened up to test for continuity of the mineralization reported in previous programs"
#3. 9/26/09 "The metallurgical testing program previously announced continues and results will be reported when available. This program provides a multi-disciplinary approach designed to fully characterize the ore, investigate if physical ore upgrading is feasible by standard ore beneficiation processes, and develop a hydrometallurgical method for the extraction and selective recovery of (initially) the niobium phase, in order to establish a baseline flowsheet for targeted product recovery.
The Company has acquired further claims surrounding its current holdings at Nemegosenda, and believes that any potential extensions of the mineralized areas may be covered in its 5500 acre holdings."
#4. 11/05/09 "The trenching program was conducted initially under the supervision of the late Alan Hawke, and followed up on by geologist Hillar Pintson. It was conducted in the middle of the SE Zone, where forty nine 2.5 metre continuous channel samples were collected along trench 09-5A and submitted for assaying. The average grade over the full 122.5 metre length of the trench was 0.35% Nb2O5."
"Metallurgical Testing
The first phase metallurgical testing of ore from the Nemegosenda property has been completed by SGS Lakefield Research Limited and no barriers to extraction have been identified. This correlates well with the previous $1,000,000 of metallurgical research conducted by Dominion Gulf Company in conjunction with the Colorado School of Mines Research Foundation in 1959- 1960. The next stage metallurgical testing will focus on a more detailed mineralogical study."
#5. 12/01/09 "Three vertical holes were completed to continue to test for eastern extensions of the ore-zone originally identified by Dominion Gulf and confirmed by Sarissa’s first drilling program, completed earlier this year."
#6. 12/14/09 "is pleased to announce that another magnetic anomaly of potential has been identified on its 100% owned niobium property in northern Ontario. The newly identified area of interest lies to the south of what was previously thought to have been the southern boundary of the South East Zone.
The anomaly was identified through an independent interpretation of the Ontario Geological Survey’s total magnetic intensity data from its Kapuskasing airborne geophysical survey and from the earlier ground and airborne geophysical work done on the property. The interpretation work was compiled by Francis L. Jagodits, P. Eng., Consulting Geophysicist."
#7. 3/11/2010 "is pleased to announce that the preliminary analytical results from step out hole DDH-10-83 have identified an extensive new zone of Nb2O5 mineralization. "
#8. 3/23/2010 "Results for DDH-09-80 have expanded the previous known area of niobium mineralization in the Hawke Zone. This hole was collared 50 meters east of DDH-09-73 and drilled to a vertical depth of 271 meters. Significant intersections are as follows: 0.32% Nb2O5 over 74 meters (from 12.5m to 86.5m downhole), 0.32% Nb2O5 over 67.5 meters (from 103m to 170.5m downhole), and 0.46% Nb2O5 over 60 meters (from 191.5 m to 261.5 m downhole)."
#9. 4/11/2010 "SRSR is pleased to announce that the analytical results from diamond drill hole DDH-10-81 continue to confirm the presence of anomalous Nb2O5 mineralization within the South East (SE) Zone of the Nemegosenda niobium property."
Like you made clear earlier. You prefer management providing zero results yet holding you're hand, breaking down things you DON'T understand, which is just about everything. The rest of us are quite satisfied with what management has accomplished. No hand holding needed here!
MM CSTI is Collins Stewart. I guess they're interested in tantalum, maybe they want our niobium too :) who knows!
"Noventa's new Tantalum find is pretty significant, says Collins Stewart" http://beforeitsnews.com/story/151/461/Noventas_new_Tantalum_find_is_pretty_significant,_says_Collins_Stewart.html
WRONG! The update was initiated before the CTO was ever issued or known about! lol. Nice try though, I've confirmed this through Merle, and suggest you do the same. There are NO errors in the first NI 43-101, they just want more disclosure. Can you keep up ha?

The updated report is a fix to what? Also note what the purpose of the three? holes were. 3/11/10"DDH-10-81 was located within the SE Zone in order to confirm historic exploration in this area. " The one hole confirmed approximately 2900 meters of drilling that was completed in the SE Area by Gulf in 1955/56.
3/21/10 "DDH-09-80 have expanded the previous known area of niobium mineralization in the Hawke Zone. This hole was collared 50 meters east of DDH-09-73 and drilled to a vertical depth of 271 meters."
4/11/10"SRSR is pleased to announce that the preliminary analytical results from step out hole DDH-10-83 have identified an extensive new zone of Nb2O5 mineralization.
"Ive kinda thought of that too.... Its taken what I consider to be a pretty long time to get this report together, over 1 year since first NI, with what seems to be little actual drilling done. The pessimist in me says they were just lazy about getting it done and lack of funds made slow things even slower."
"Recent activity at Sarissa has focused more on the corporate and strategic front than on exploration. Our Advisory Board was established earlier this spring to focus on corporate development and, with the addition of Dahlman Rose, provides the Company with significant resources to develop the plans to move forward on these fronts. "
The report is prepared independently, maybe you should call billiken and complain.

Long time reader first time poster....
I def appreciate all the insight I've picked up over the last 1.5 years. I have had limited communications with Merle but have gained most of my mining knowledge thru all the awesome DD posted on this board.
Im not one for posting on the internet normally but am getting frustrated because I dont know whats going on. I realize more mining needs to be done on the property but why do you think we dont have additional drills turning? I realize a cost is associated with a drill but isnt it about necessary to do this, 1 drill at a time seems painfully slow. Is anyone aware of a ballpark price what a drill and a team to run the drill would cost for 6 months? I have no idea and maybe its more than I think but this cant be a staggering number.... Did anyone ever find out what the deal was with the big drill they were going to bring on property while back? (the poster formally known as Texas Ripper posted the question a while back and I missed the answer)
I read these posts a lot at work throughout the day and I wonder what is Scott, and the others (advisory board) do on a day to day basis. Is everyday filled with phone calls about JV's meetings with other people? I dont imagine they sit around all day but im curious what the business people behind a mine actually do at this stage day in and day out.
The gold property is something I am curious about... Scott for some reason saw significant value in that property but really hasnt expressed what his intentions are with it. How much has gold risen since he bought the property? Thinking outside the box a little but man if he could sell that property and maybe gain on the investment and then put that money to use with another drill or 2 on the monster property?
Also I am curios to Sarissa other projects. When I first invested there were 4 or 5 projects listed on the web site, now I dont see those. Does anyone know if these were sold or if these are still owned by the company?
Thanks and hopefully we are getting closer!
