I don't know but I been told it's hard to run with the weight of gold Other hand I heard it said it's just as hard with the weight of lead

We are so close to making a major move. Those with an understanding of the Ruby Mine situation and the foresight to buy before the flow of gold begins will be rewarded exponentially.
If there is some information out there that shows NBRI is barking up the wrong tree I would be very interested to see it, because I have been searching and not found it. I hope that I am not missing something, but like I said my DD has brought me to the conclusion that NBRI is doing the best they can and at some point they will start recovering a lot of gold. I know we are not GOLD Corp. with 835,000,000 shares outstanding with pps at $30.52 we are a smaller start up company with far less shares issued and on the cusp of meaningful production. Imagine if we had 400,000,000 shares and just half of Gold corps pps around 15.00 per share. When they get in to the gold it seems entirely possible some day.
If things fall into place we could could do even better.
The decisions he(Perry) makes are very prudent, he has taken advantage of the lowered price of gold in the early years of his time with NBRI to build a portfolio of properties and mines that have been and will be very beneficial to all shareholders.
Now that the price of gold is higher and seems to be continuing to rise he has worked diligently to bring the Ruby Mine and more recently other B.C. properties into production.
Perry has surrounded himself with experts with vast knowledge and experience, that is how winners succeed, and that is why I believe we will be greatly rewarded for our investment in him and this company.
What we have here is a company that is rapidly approaching production in a well documented gold rich area known as the "Mother lode".
Gold being posted on the website on a regular basis before bulk sampling of the targeted areas has begun:
I suppose that you are right I guess the gold came from bigfoot and is on loan for a while.
there is gold being posted on a regular basis before bulk sampling of the targeted areas has begun.
This indicates that once real bulk sampling begins there will be a huge amount of gold shown:
pragmatically speaking
I would love to see something factual that backs that up.
it's just like saying msft will got to trips by friday and not posting a link to support that claim
I am man enough to admit when I am wrong. It looks like the percent of profit was over 60,000%
Sorry I did not intend to mislead anyone. GO NBRI
That's right Spanky all the information is there for anyone to see. How is a 6000% profit something to be mad at Perry about?
I guess all the other company's that make similar deals get 12000% profit right.(rolls eyes)
I challenge any one to show me where the majority of other company's make 6000% or better on deals like this.
Anyone can say they are experienced at anything here just because you said it does not establish credibility.
EOM
You are not there running the company so you have no inside info as to why it was done that way.
More gold posted in addition to last nights new photos
Photo after photo of new gold posted on the website. It's getting to be a regular occurrence, AND THEY STILL ARE NOT BULK SAMPLING THE TARGETED AREAS.
If we are seeing this amount of gold at this point, we should be in for a big surprise when they go in there with some dynamite and do some serious sampling.
GO NBRI
Obviously there was an opinion there sorry you forgot about that part
Thanks for your opinion I guess you just don't understand anyhow, GLTU
Thanks anvil Looks like Perry is on top of things as usual.

North Bay Resources Inc. (NBRI) Issues Update on Drilling Results; New Discovery at Ruby Mine Confirmed
SKIPPACK, PA--(Marketwired - Jul 17, 2014) - North Bay Resources Inc. (OTCQB: NBRI) ("North Bay" or the "Company") reports that our 2014 underground drilling program at the Ruby Mine in Sierra County, California, has concluded, and the discovery of the new South Terrace has been confirmed.
Over the course of the month-long program, twenty two vertical rotary-percussion drill holes were completed, for a total footage of 2,430 feet. The shortest hole was 68 feet and the longest 140 feet. The majority of holes terminated in volcanic tuff that was deposited directly on basement rocks. Three holes successfully penetrated Eocene-age, white gravel river deposits that are associated with placer gold elsewhere on the property.
The three successful drill holes penetrated gravels located immediately south and within a hundred feet of the White Channel gravels presently being mined through the White Channel crosscut. The elevation of the basement upon which the gravels rest is approximately 25 feet higher than the White Channel gravels, indicating they are located on a previously unknown terrace that appears to wrap around the south and east rim of the White Channel. Examination of the map of the mine workings from the 1880's shows that terrace deposits at the same elevation were mined on the north side of the channel, about 500 feet distant from the current drill holes. The terrace deposits gravels were deposited at the same time early in the geological history of the Deep Rock Creek Channel, before the river level dropped and a deeper channel was developed. The fact that the terrace gravels on the north side of the channel were productive strongly suggests that the gravels on the newly discovered South Terrace will be gold-bearing.
The South Terrace is confirmed to be a new discovery, and as such was never previously explored. Thus it is inaccessible until a new raise is driven directly above the Ruby Adit at the drill hole location that penetrated the gravels at the lowest point. Construction of the South Terrace raise is scheduled to begin tomorrow, July 18, 2014. The raise will be approximately 61 feet high above track level and is designed to test the terrace deposits on the floor of the terrace where gravels can be expected to be coarsest.

About The Ruby Gold Project
The Ruby Mine, a/k/a the Ruby Gold Project, is a fully-permitted underground placer and lode mine located near Downieville in Sierra County, California that is known to have produced over 350,000 ounces of gold since the 1850's, and which is considered to be part of the northern extension of the historic Mother Lode system. The Ruby Property covers approximately 2,312 contiguous acres, only a small portion of which has been explored to date. The property consists of the subsurface mineral rights of two patented claims totaling approximately 435 acres and 59 unpatented claims containing approximately 1,877 acres. The equipment, fixed assets, and infrastructure in place include a 1,000 yard per day placer wash plant, 50-ton per day quartz mill, 6,000 feet of tracked haulage, and related support equipment needed for underground mining operations. The property also features an excellent system of roads, is accessible via paved highway from Reno or Sacramento, has abundant water and timber available for mining purposes, and has PG&E power available on-site. For further information on the Ruby Mine, please visit the Ruby page on the North Bay website at http://www.northbayresources.com/ruby

Thanks but I will think about what I choose to think about.
fundamental:
a central or primary rule or principle on which something is based.
Seems there is a ton of info suggesting the gold is there even many new photos of recovered gold found before mining any targeted areas.
I will leave the hows and whys of mining to the pros that work there everyday thanks again

BULLSHIT there is no way of knowing that without having some information not made known by the company to the rest of us.
Yeah whatever, we shall see. Perry has done it before odds are he will do it again.
I think I'll give him a new nickname
"Prove 'em Wrong Perry"
This is from my post last night and given the news today it just shows that my statement was 100% accurate:

More gold on the website lmao I guess those incompetents just keep getting lucky; over and over and over and over again.
It just does not make any sense for those incompetents to be finding that much gold.

Ruby Timeline
Oct 1, 2010 – North Bay Executes Option Agreement to Acquire Ruby Mine.
July 1, 2011 – North Bay exercises option and completes the acquisition of Ruby Gold, Inc. and the Ruby Mine. Upon transfer of title to Ruby Gold, Inc., work begins.
July 26, 2011 – Preliminary cleanup and maintenance underway; Operational planning initiated; Expansion of tailings area and amendment to Reclamation Plan given first priority.
September 6, 2011 – Survey to expand Ruby tailings area completed; Bidding process for mining contractors to conduct Ruby Tunnel rehabilitation work begins.
October 3, 2011 – CME Services selected and engaged as mining contractor; Amendment to Reclamation Plan for tailings expansion filed with State of California and Sierra County;
October 24, 2011 – Underground work at the Ruby begins for the first time since 1998. Initial goal is to rehabilitate the Ruby Tunnel by restoring underground ventilation throughout the entire length of the Ruby tunnel system. This is the first stage in reopening the Ruby tunnel entirely, from the Ruby Portal to the secondary exit at the Lawry Shaft, which entailed the clearing from the underground workings of all extraneous debris (cave-ins) and re-timbering the tunnel to reinforce ground support as-needed. The work was initially expected to take a minimum of four to six weeks. This assumed the first cave-in to be cleared was the only one blocking the airflow. This was not the case, and the work advanced to the next of what proved to be dozens of caved in areas further upstream within the Ruby Tunnel.
December 13, 2011 - Work has been progressing at a steady pace since the tunnel rehab project began six weeks earlier. More timber in the tunnel is being replaced than originally anticipated. The rehab work to fully reinforce the structural integrity of the tunnel for the long-term and to provide the optimal conditions for safe operations once production begins was now seen to require a longer term commitment than originally planned. Work was ordered to continue through the winter, weather-permitting.
December 22, 2011 - Revised Reclamation Plan for Ruby Mine Receives Formal Approval from Sierra County and California Office of Mine Reclamation.
February 9, 2012 – Work has continued uninterrupted through mid-winter. Rehab work reaches the Wolf Vein workings approximately 3,000 feet within the Ruby tunnel. More than 30,000 board feet of mining timber has been replaced by this point, and nearly 3,000 feet of new ventilation duct has been installed. The rehab work has advanced almost halfway through the Ruby Tunnel towards our primary mining target, which is the "Big Bend" section of the Black Channel.
July 22, 2012 – Rehab work has advanced to within 600 feet of the 4900 vein and the approach to the Black Channel. Dozens of caved-in areas have been cleared. Over 60,000 feet of new timber and almost 5,000 feet of new ventilation duct have been installed.
July 23, 2012 – MSHA issues work stoppage order. Order relates to the requirement to have an MSHA-approved mine rescue team on standby within a reasonable distance from the mine, documentation of MSHA-approved safety training of some of the miners, and the lack of an MSHA-approved personnel transportation rail car designated specifically for that purpose. All work at the Ruby project has been temporarily halted to allow time for the Company to comply with these issues and bring the Ruby project into full compliance with current MSHA regulations.
August 30, 2012 - MSHA Approves Ruby Mine Alternative Mine Rescue Plan and Safety Plans. Work stoppage continues until MSHA inspector returns to site.
September 18, 2012 - MSHA confirms that the Ruby's new MSHA-approved safety training plan has been completed, certified, and formally verified. All previous stop work orders have been lifted, and operations at the Ruby Mine to complete rehabilitation work are set to resume. To continue to comply with MSHA regulations, underground work is limited to the construction and installation of a refuge chamber within the tunnel per MSHA requirements before underground rehab work can continue. Surface operations to comply with other MSHA regulations occupied most of the crew for the next 3 months.
January 3, 2013 – Heavy snows force suspension of operations for the winter.
April 29, 2013 – Operations resume following winter layover. Most work continued to be related to compliance with MSHA regulations pertaining to fire suppression of surface structures, elevating berms, electrical grounding reinforcement, fire sprinkler installation, etc.
July 1, 2013 – Underground MSHA-mandated refuge chamber completed. Full underground rehab operations resume for the first time since July 23, 2012.
July 26, 2013 – Major milestone reached. The last remaining air blockage in the tunnel was breached, thereby restoring natural airflow throughout the entire length of the Ruby tunnel system. The Ruby is open. Were it not for the aftermath of the MSHA shutdown in July 2012 and the winter layover, this milestone would have been achieved a full year earlier.
August 27, 2013 – Preparations begin to start test mining in the White Channel as rehab work continues further upstream towards the Black Channel.
September 10, 2013 – Last remaining obstacle in the Ruby Tunnel at the 4900 vein cleared; Lower portion of Black Channel now accessible. Additional rehab work to reinforce and retimber the Black Channel workings still needed before bulk sampling and test mining can begin in that location. Preparations to begin test mining at the White Channel continue.
October 1, 2013 – Federal Government shutdown impacts prompt issuance of Ruby blasting permit from ATF. Test mining on hold until blasting is allowed.
October 15, 2013 – Underground geological mapping survey underway in newly-accessible areas of the Ruby Adit.
November 7, 2013 – Blasting permit issued by ATF; Blasting and raise construction to enlarge and improve access to White Channel for mining purposes prior to start of bulk sampling commences.
November 25, 2013 – New gold targets discovered from geological mapping survey.
December 18, 2013 - Widening of the White Channel accessway completed, raise rehabilitated, and test mining operations begin, subject to year-end holiday scheduling for the crew and snow days. Planning and preparations to begin construction of the Big Bend raise into the Black Channel begins.
January 22, 2014 – 60 ton bulk sample from White Channel stockpiled and ready for processing once the stockpiled material reaches 100 tons. Gravity survey of newly-identified channels commences.
February 14, 2014 – 112 ton bulk sample from White Channel processed; initial results disappointing. Construction work on the Big Bend raise underway.
March 3, 2014 – New Mine Manager appointed; Mining of White Channel suspended to focus on Big Bend raise construction. New steel airline to be installed to improve underground infrastructure and compressed air capacity to increase worker productivity. Drilling program to test newly-identified mining targets to be mobilized.
March 27, 2014 – Installation of new steel airline completed. Drilling program begins
April 9, 2014 – New claims staked to acquire Carson Mine and the newly-identified Discovery Channel.
May 6, 2014 – Big Bend raise into Black Channel nearing completion. Drilling program to be reassigned to contractor to increase efficiency. Second bulk sample (60 tons) from White Channel previously stockpiled processed. Results more encouraging than previous bulk sample, but needs further follow up exploration before a resumption of mining in White Channel can be justified.
Jul 8, 2014 - Reports New Discovery at Ruby Gold Mine; Drilling Successfully Intersects New Channel. The location of this new channel directly above the Ruby Adit is ideally situated within the current Ruby Mine infrastructure. Its close proximity 25 feet above the area where access to the White Channel was constructed last winter means that access to the new channel can be established within a relatively short timeframe to begin assessing its gold content through bulk sampling.
BULLSHIT there is no way of knowing that without having some information not made known by the company to the rest of us.
Hundreds of drill cuttings are presently being analyzed, and selected samples will be sent to ALS Chemex Labs in Reno, NV for assay.

And the forests will echo with laughter."

I have completed many hours of DD on NBRI especially the Ruby mine and everything that I have found says that there should be gold and a lot of it in the mother lode area, which is where the Ruby mine is located.
Only 4 trades at the bid so far today looks like if you want shares you gotta slap he ask.
No I believe that the poster was referring to 30oz in conjunction with some other company events that were also profitable.
So not ONLY 30oz, but 30oz and:
Quote "Fraser could make money this Q, NBRI could sell a property. A dozen different scenarios could unfold."
the Company hereby amends the Registration Statement to remove from registration a total of 2,912,296 of the Shares which were registered but not sold to Tangiers pursuant to the Agreement.
wow and NBRI has so much more:
Mines:
The Ruby Mine
The Ruby Mine is an underground placer and lode mine located between Downieville and Forest City, in Sierra County, California. It is in the Alleghany-Downieville mining district, a northern extension of the historic Mother Lode system, and situated in the Sierra Nevada foothills south of the Yuba River, approximately 100 miles north of Sacramento and 90 miles west of Reno, NV. The property covers approximately 2,255 acres consisting of the subsurface mineral rights to 2 patented claims comprising 435 acres, and 55 unpatented claims comprising approximately 1,820 acres.
The Carson Mine
The Carson Mine is located in Sierra County, California, on the western slope of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range, and is adjacent to the Company's Ruby Mine property.
