Thanks for your analysis. I will close by saying that the longer the news takes the less interest there will be. I feel if they are smart we should hear something next week. Thanks for your posts I am signing out for the night.
It all depends, Price, on what the day traders do and if they run it. Hard to say how much it will go up. I have not seen many pennies exploding in the last 6 months. However, it does go in spurts there are many good pennies or not so good pennies at times.
So you don't see any big news coming out next week?
Did you ever have a penny double on you in June, July or August? Just wondering
That Sello is a very bright man.
No doubt
The litigation will be an incendiary to the merger. Reason, in my opinion which from a speculation point of view will make Re commerce more valuable.
If the litigation was in progress and there is still an attempt to merge, which there is, there should be no hold up.
I see what you mean, but a merger is a "material fact" an investor should know about when it is completed. Otherwise, it allows for inside trading. I believe the real problem is funding which could kill the deal. No doubt if the deal goes through, and they get contracts this is a real winner and moneymaker. But, I feel the merger has not taken place yet. Thanks for your posts.
Thank you
Just called CNGT and talked to someone named Mike, he said we have a letter of intent to merge, that is all he can tell me.
No doubt investors are fighting for cheap shares.
So this is nothing but a scam waiting to happen?
Thank you for your analysis. On a Monday years ago I called public relations for Tenx. I could have bought the stock for 1.50 but because of the risk I said no. The next day and the weeks that followed it went up over 11 times. Yes, you have to reorganize first. Thanks for your analysis
You never know. With pennies, a lot of fraud or hype. I had a stock and the board members would say When this happens the stock will go up." So the event did happen and the stock only went up a little. I sold it and the next week it was a ten bagger. Pennies are for trading and a gamble, they are never a solid investment. Thanks for the posts.
This is a complex merger. I can see where it takes time. So many companies. Also there may be an announcement of Contracts which will be brought out after the merger. The closer the news the higher the price.
Thank you and yes "Reverse Logistics" is a winner no doubt. Hopefully we will get the news by next weeks. Good luck to you and everyone on this board
I feel just daytraders playing with it. What do you think when merger is revealed the price will be? I would say 10cents
Where is that location?
Should trend up higher after the bounce.
Its all BS until the merger. Plus smart buyers are eating up shares.
Smart buyers. I came in a .048 should have waited. This is a good stock and figured if good news comes out, Merger, I will have doubled my money.
I would think if it comes out at all next week Monday or Tuesday, reason next Monday is a holiday and would break and uptrend. Thanks for your post.
Reverse logistics seems to be a real breakout concept: This stock is 144 dollars a share
XPO Logistics Automates Reverse Logistics for E-commerce Returns Management in France
Today 7:00 AM ET (GlobeNewswire)Print
XPO Logistics, Inc. (NYSE: XPO), a leading global provider of transportation and logistics solutions, has deployed an automated solution to manage high-volume reverse logistics for a fashion e-commerce customer in France. The solution integrates multiple technologies, including a state-of-the-art mechanized sortation system, to handle throughput of up to 12 million returned products per year.
Returns management is a fast-growing area of outsourced logistics in the e-commerce and omnichannel sectors. XPO customizes solutions to each customer's requirements; in this instance, eight automated sorting lines for apparel and one line for shoes are integrated with touchless scanner technology. The computerized scanners use machine vision to read color codes instead of bar codes, accelerating the routing of sorted products on conveyors according to condition: ready for inspection, damaged or return to retail.
To manage cardboard waste, XPO has deployed an industrial baling press to compact used cartons, reducing environmental impacts and increasing the recycling value.
Malcolm Wilson, chief executive officer, XPO Logistics Europe, said, "By automating logistics processes to achieve specific results, our engineering teams make supply chains more efficient and create supportive work environments for our employees. Automation also improves the all-important consumer experience for our e-commerce customers."

TTT thank you for taking the time for sending that. Let's see how the week plays out. Dugan is a master marketer which sometimes means more than the quality of the product.
who is bruce?
Your post is appreciated I believe I will get in anywhere from .6 to.8. Thanks for your posts.
I am staying out till the news comes. I have seen this act before. If we do not hear anything by the end of Friday then Monday could be the day. But I am being cautious. It may be they want to do the PR and then bring out other news which could really make this pop. But until the news this stock is not for me.
Prayers of healing jimmy for your wife.
I hope you are right. We have Thursday and Friday. Problem is merger fell thru one, was supposed to happen by April did not, and now we have two days left till the 15th has passed.
Your evaluations are brilliant but as always I am hesitant because the last merger fell through. And, interlocking directors or reps does not need a merger.
Your right but devildog 96 have you been able to make money on stocks, pennies, in june july and august. I want your answer for those three months.
Wonder what the delay is?
Who ever bought for .05 today will make a killing if the merger goes thru. However, it better happen this week so the price does not drop to far.
No dud hope you make a million Pennystocktrader.
CNGT is no where near a Dud. I was disappointed it did not rocket on the news but the potential is huge.
Meanwhile the flippers are making a killing. Just my opinion.
Penny land is loaded with traders, not investors. Their price fluctuations are part of the game with pennies. Like any penny this could go up and give a good return. Just remember that when you deal with pennies.
As I said when I started look at 4s. Those who bought and sold made money. I have no intent except to give my view. But when I hear bye you don't agree with me, the golden cross is coming, heard that before, except for a few people, like Sello it does not appear anyone wants to hear an evaluation other then their own. That causes people to invest and has a pumper image to it.
Give me your email. and I will send you my picture should I wear a snorkle and squibb feet. Sorry no autographs.
