I'm just glad that I was lucky enough to take advantage
of the run up in Aug.09. My anger at this point is about
what I thought I was going to make as oppossed to what I
lost. Since my Behl investment can do no worse than break-
even, I will hold my position just for the giggles. I feel
really bad for the people who missed that opportunity, as
I am sure some people will probably loose a lot of money.
The real interesting scenario is whether or not anyone will
ever see the inside of a cell, assuming, this is a scam.
Greengold, I really don't think that Fisher is dead,
he just smells like it.
Not much info coming out of the new Behl unlike DF's weekly
berrage of fluff. I am thinking about making a movie about
Behl, the title will be " SILENCE OF THE SCAMS" I will have
to pick someone to play the role of Lector, the list of
candidates is a long one. Lets see, FISHER, RAWSON, SHEN,
PAWSON. I could even change things up a bit a make Berry
the star. All of these people are quilty of " eating" away
at shareholders money, it will be a hard choice. Hey, I've
got it , we can start a new poll and vote on it.
babyisis, first of all, who do you think needs to be held accountable, secondly do you really believe anyone will be
found guilty of anything? This is pinkyland and the SEC's
attitude seems to be you should not be playing around in
here in the first place. Everyone here seems to think that
Roger Pawson is pulling the strings at Behl and there have
been several posts here pointing out Pawsons involvement
in several shells. Here is a person that specializes in
playing this game, lives in a $2mil plus house and is not
really flying under the radar, yet no convictions of any
crimes and no jail time. Please pay little attention to
all those who keep saying, I told you so, these are the
same folks who only tell you about how much they win in
Las Vegas, never how much they lose. Keep the faith, who
knows maybe we will get lucky and Behl will make a giant
comeback. Thats probably a real stretch but there isn't
much we can do about it if in fact this is nothing more
than another Pawson scam. It is what it is.
babyisis, it would certainly be more helpful when you
post something like that or what went on at the LOTM
meeting, you could back it up with proof. Since I was
not a first hand witness to either of your claims, I,
at this time must strike both scenerios off as another
he said, she said statement. No disrespect intended but
I'll need a little more evidence before I can jump on
that band wagon.
babyisis, I for one, would like to see a copy of that
correspondence that you had about Pawson with whoever
you had it with.
prsch3259, your opinion is as valid as anyone else's
and the truth will eventually come out one way or the
other. I will remain hopeful for a positive outcome
for the sake of all the shareholders who are so far
down with this investment. I will say this, if Pawson
is pulling the strings with Behl, then I believe it is
very doubtful there will be a good outcome for most.
prsch3259, since no one has personally come forward
yet to announce their role in Behl, I will, at this
time, go with Burton as the person in charge. We will
all find out soon if he is playing the shell game or
not.
GreenGold, I think that if Pawson is calling the shots,
you are probably right.
BB1, thank you for your response. My next question is
who do you think actually owns Behl?
prsch3259, that was a serious question for this board,
I would like to hear from anyone here with their point
of view, no need to respond if you don't have an answer.
prsch3259, I really doubt that anyone who is currently
involved with Behl are spending much time thinking
about what anyone else is doing. We all know that the
previous group at Behl were nothing more than crooks.
The question is what is the new group going to do? Are
they also nothing but a bunch of crooks, or are they
interested in long term profits for their shareholders?
Why would a company that is worthless even bother with
paying off old debt. If their pbr system is no good, and
they have no interest from other companies to do business
with them, then why on earth would whoever is running the
show at BEHL care. Who really would be responsible for the
debt? Why would new people want to take on that debt?
Why would the new management team even think about selling Behl
at this point. These people know that the potential value
of this company is huge. That is why Burton was brought in.
He will clean up the mess left by the previous group, put
together new contracts and develope new long term business partners. That is what a turn around specialist does. I don't
understand why that is so difficult to comprehend. We all know
what happened in the past, My interest lies in the future and
that is still being worked on. Last post on that subject.
Sincaster, Behl is not for sale at this point, once management
completes their business plan, Behl will surge and then it will
take a lot more than a $20 mil. to buy it.
If I were Burton, and I am not, knowing of the past
sabotage of Behl and the current hostilities that
prevail on a daily basis, I would not want to
release much public information either.
Just prove to me that Burton does not exist or that the
new management team is not putting together their business
plan or that no new board members are being put together.
I have already answered your question pertaining my knowledge
about Burton. My information and my sources will remain con-
fidential as this is a matter for Behl to announce when they
are ready to do so. You will just have to wait.
prsch3259, one of the errors that DF continued to make
was releasing fluffy prs just to satisfy shareholders.
The new management team with Behl will release prs as
they complete their business plan and they have their
contracts in place. The announcement of the new board
of directores and the location of the new home office
will also be announced at the proper time. What I really
don't understand is that if Behl is a dead company, then
what does it matter or why anyone should care. We keep
talking about Behl's horrible past and that the new
Behl has no future. What is the point? Old Behl is dead,
long live new Behl, period.
GreenGold2, I am not playing any games, prove that he
does not exist and I won't mention his name here again.
Can you provide the information that he does not?
LOTM was the one that came on the board boasting of all
her qualifications and what she could bring to the table
including $20 mil. from the Arab. I think she was just
blowing a lot of smoke like Shen, Goodall and the clown
out in DVJ. Good thing that she was found out in time as
DF would have made another hiring misstake and then she
could have bilked the company out of more money.
How do you know that he does not. Prove it.
I believe its called paying your dues and proving your value.
She would have to start at the bottom with a larger more
established company work her way up the ladder providing a
track record of good work ethics and accomplishments. She
probably thought she could cut corners and go right to the
top of the heap. Unfortunatly, she is, IMO, the only one that
I would consider innocent of wrongdoing. I am sure that she
learned a valuable lesson on how the real world works.
The "WOW" factor would have been EXXON.
avaritia1949, this is what I was saying about LOTM. As far as
Domini goes. Graduate of the University of Texas came highly
recommended by one her professors. Wonder why with those
crenentials, she would take a job with a small family operation
instead of one of the big oil companies. UT-TEXAS-OIL companies,
I don't think anyone thought she was very impressive. Probably
the only offer she got.
babyisis, my sources have told me a diferrent version of
why LOTM was not selected for the CEO position in the new
Behl, so we will just have to wait to see what the real
story is here. Since you were not in that meeting, we must
assume that you actually spoke with LOTM and that is what
she told you. You also stated that the supposed $20 mil.
was not to be used for Behl, then what was she going to
bring to the table? Her vast experience in the algae industry.
Lets see if I understand this, LOTH wants to be the new ceo
of Behl, will not invest any money and has no previous
background in the algae business. If I were a group of
major shareholders in Behl, I might want to see someone
with a better business plan than feeding the American
indians with algae food supplements.
If LOTM would have really wanted to own Behl, all she had to
do was belly up to table with some of that $20 mil. she says
she got from some arab. I do remember that she said she was
going to spend the money on some big house in Malibu. Sounds
like she had a good business plan in place for Behl.
Like I said, there is an investigation underway that will
possibly ferret out all the guilty parties that had any-
thing to do with Behl's, "PAST" problems. This in no way
means that Behl's future will have the same results. There
is absolutly no way anyone can be certain what will happen,
everyone must look at all the facts past and present, then
determine what is their individual plans should be.
FOLLOWDAMONEYFLOW, Fisher hired people who for the most part,
bilked the company out of funds and then pilfered company
profits and trashed the old home office. There is an investi-
gation ongoing. In the mean time Behl is being reorganized
under a new management group. In addition to looking at all
of the uses for algae, they are putting together a program to
convert waist materials into energy. A new company web page
is being completed and should be up in the near future. There
has not been much info out of the new group because of all of
the previous attempt to sabotage business efforts. This is
all tht I can say on the matter at this time and you will hear
opposing points of view, so you can do some DD and decide
what is best for you.
What Behl is doing about those issues was released in a pr
already. Any other information that I may be privy to in
regards to those matters will remain confidential until
the final outcome and then you will also know.
Well someone is buying and it sure isn't the novice
investor. IMO, there is a new group of people that
are supporting this company now. In the mean time,
we can all just sit back and speculate what is going
to happen because nobody knows for sure. I think it
will turn around and be a profitable company and you
don't. Time will tell.
Can't say what anyone else has done with BEHL. The only
thing that is for sure is that people who bought before
Aug. 09 and did not sell on the run up and then sold
later, without a doubt lost money. We all must revisit
the gread and fear factors here.
Only the ones that are buying will want to look back
on "that quote" the ones that missed the boat, I don't
think that they will want to go back and read it.
"A LOT" of shares being gobbled up at 0.0001. Remember that
I stated that there have been several opportunities to make
money on BEHL stock. Looks like I am not the only one who
thinks so.
Let's not forget Shen, Rawson and Berry among others.
The concept is true.
FTW, its true.
I think that most everyone that invested in BEHL at one
time or another, had an opportunity to make money. The
only people that have lost money are the ones who have
sold.
