In other words, can we believe that the DTCC would have done this regardless of the SEC suit because IPWG wasn't named and perhaps they could have found any reason. it seems they did easily with that but I don't think they necessarily needed that. The DTCC does what it wants. That seems to be the consensus anyway?

I came over from Equity groups too. I'm LK over there. lot's of us longs are from there. i moved over here as well because there seemed to be more talk going on over here. before Equity groups some of us were on raging bull. I have been in this stock since 2005.
Now I called Peter from the number posted the other day as well.

As fas as "ifi srl" is concerned. i found a few on the internet.
In the "New Energy" site releases it calls them "IFI Group"
The only IFI Group I seem to link to is IFI/IFIL merged group whichis now called Exor and is owned by the Agnelli family in Italy, which is HUGE. If it is them , this would be SUPER news.
Now there is also IFI group that is a Industrial Financing group that looks to me like they perhaps get investors for companies.
Could that be what it is? because on new Energy site it says:

"At 13MW, the Polish WTE plant at Random requires total investment of EUR 107m, which will be covered by the loan according to company CEO John Benvengo.

No information has yet been disclosed on how IFI will source the EUR 250m of lending.

The loan, inked in the memorandum of understanding form, is subject to a 45-day due diligence period related to the Random project, upon which funds are expected to be “released for immediate project planning and engineering provided that the due diligence has been satisfactorily completed”, said a statement. Ifi will in turn hold a seat on the director’s board and assist with management of the Random project.

Thoughts?

From what Peter Toscano told me was that the Italian partner has already done the dd on IPWG (he said for 8 months)and was now finishing up with the Poland end of it.
I would have to assume that means they checked in to Addpower and other technologies that IPWG has, probably checked with NaREC as far as the potential with it and are now checking with Poland as far as their want of this energy plant?

My mind is at ease for the moment..
My mind will blow up if the end of November comes with no news. ;)

Oh also, from what I understood, it doesn't seem he thinks shares were sold before they could be . It seemed he more holds the belief that the DTCC / Scottrade is short(?) Something like that.. lol Like I said it has gone beyond my knowledge at this point.

OK, I just hung up with Mr Toscano.
It all really goes beyond my level of understanding with the DTCC chill and such but I am still optimistic and hopeful that this thing get's going.
He can explain to you the shorts, DTCC situation better than I can and seems happy enough to do so. He was at the airport so I
am not sure when he will be boarding.
Hopefully all systems will be going by mid November as far as the financial partner is concerned.
He did say that the financial partner did dd on IPWG for eight months and is now finishing dd on the Poland side of the deal.
He said a Memorandum of Undertaking in Italy is a binding agreement.

Well, I'm not *that* intense about it. But ever since I made the switch to a Mac (and I used a windows PC for many, many years) I found to like it much better. Just so much more problem free in comparison and easier to use as well.

Or buy a Mac next time.. lol

I know people think it is irrelevant but something about it and my woman's intuition bugs me..
