NEP Rames,
This is good news for NEP's expansion strategy.
What are your thoughts on NEP's restatements?
In your opinion will the market value the differences in the net income? or the fact that only non cash items were affected?
NEP I think tomorrow we might see a bit of a selling in the early moments of the session, but I believe the smart money will step in and will take the stock higher. If you add some short covering to that we might just have a pleasant day. JMHO.
Take care.

TSTC Brilliant finish!
LOL I need to had that to the list than!
Things I like about SOKF:
-72.2% EPS growth YOY
-Gross margin of 67.8%
-Net Margin of 43%
-Inside ownership of 45%
-Business model - I love the way they sell to the same customer various services and products : cross selling at its best :)
-Expansion Strategy: Tier 2 cities and suburban areas of Tier 1 cities (less competion)
-Costumer composition
-New business line with non surgical medical spa
-Around 80% member retention
-China is the 3rd largest market in fitness after the US and France
-The fitness/spa industry has grown 24% in 2008
For the Chinese to be a member of a fitness club is much more than a health or wellness reason, but also a social status issue. Check this: http://www.cctv.com.cn/lm/133/42/63105.html and this: http://ihrsa-industry-news.blogspot.com/2009/11/lets-get-physical-chinas-fitness.html

China Natural Gas Announces Plans to Release Fourth Quarter and Year End 2009 Financial Results on March 10th

LLEN Burp
Hi Burp,
could you share your thoughts on LLEN's chart?
TIA
NEP anyone holding?
TSTC +10%
I love the smell of short squeeze in the afternoon...
NEP is in stand by mode. Untill we have the restatements nothing will happend IMHO...Anyone still holding, or are you guys waiting on the sidelines?
SGZH the way the market is valuing companies at this time, like SUPER SCOK, CNAM or CAGC I honestly believe we could consider a PER of 15 to SGZH.
This would give us a 30$ stock with a 2$ EPS for 2009. And I believe 2$ is a conservative projection...
JMHO
It sure doesn't LOL LOL
SGZH Will we a have a new SCOK in the house?
Half a SCOK wouldn't be bad either...LOL
SGZH Fully agree Lost,
they are deinitely loosing the momentum here.
Such a shame...
Still holding to...
I bought a bunch at 0.45.
I believe the market is expecting bad results for this Q, but maybe we have a surprise due to the amazing numbers related to china retail sales numbers of the last Q of 2009.
Take care
CHCG Anyone holding this one?
Everyone is expecting crappy 4Q results, but retail sales in China surpass expectations lastQ, so we might have a surprise here.
It's trading below Cash PS.
CWS UP 10%
CWS moving up nicely today.
I believe the 3Q was bad because they had one of their mines closed for an entire month due to some improvement works.
Somebody please correct me if I'm saying something wrong.
SGZH I believe this stock has hibernate for good.
All coal stocks move, but not this one...
Disc.:long on SGZH
TSTC I don't want to rush and follow the crowd on the S-3, because IMHO I have to take into account the following factors:
- The offering may not be made in the near future, despite the S-3 gives the company the opportunity to do so at any time.
- It does not mean that the offering is made entirely in shares or at the value of 150M. This is the maximum value but it doesn't mean that the company is going to dilute that amount.
- TSTC has 36% of inside ownership.
- I previously witnessed a sell off in these situations and in the following sessions the stocks recovered nicely (Ex: CAGC; CBEH)
- Why does TSTC want the cash for? To expand their business? To make a aquisition? I do not know, but I am not against dilutions that seek the expansion of a business.
Just my thoughts. I am going to hold TSTC.
take care.

How can the guy on the article recommend CMDI.OB and not mention CCME. Doesn't make sense IMHO.
Sorry Tom,
I meant SGZH.OB
TIA
NEP considering oil is falling 3%, the S&P is dropping 1,40% and that a couple of days we found out that they have to review their fillings the stock it's holding quite well...
SGHZ What's your opinion about this one?
TIA

Damn I was hoping to see NEP above 10 again in the near term

SOKO Completes Construction of Yoga Wave Harbin
HARBIN, China, Feb. 23 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- SOKO Fitness & Spa Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:SOKF.ob - News) ("SOKO"), an operator of fitness center and beauty salons and spas in Northeast China as well as suburban Beijing, today announced that it has completed construction of its newest yoga center, a 23,000 square foot facility in the Long Dian Building, located in the center of downtown Harbin, China.
The facility will be operated under SOKO's Yoga Wave brand and will join SOKO's two existing Yoga Wave centers which are located in Shenyang, China.
SOKO has registered approximately 500 members for the new facility through pre-opening sales and marketing activity. SOKO expects membership to ramp significantly during the facility's first two years of operation in a manner consistent with the membership growth trends seen at its two existing yoga centers. The facility is wholly-owned by SOKO.
Yoga Wave Harbin is scheduled to hold its grand opening on February 28, 2010 and will be SOKO's first yoga facility in Harbin. Featuring three full-size classrooms and three private studios, Yoga Wave Harbin will initially offer members 150 weekly classes taught by Chinese yoga practitioners, as well as yoga masters from India.
SOKO has leased additional space in the building, and has both a fitness center and a beauty spa under construction. SOKO expects these facilities to open by June 30, 2010. At completion, SOKO's facilities will occupy approximately 70,000 total square feet in this building.
"Pre-sale activity at Yoga Wave Harbin has been proceeding well to date, owing, we believe, to the effective marketing effort we have put forth, as well as the popularity and strong reputation of SOKO's facilities in the region," said Tong Liu, Chief Executive Officer of SOKO. "We look forward to further expanding our presence in the Long Dian building with the upcoming openings of our spa and fitness center. We expect that having these three facilities under one roof will bolster our ability to cross-sell services across multiple segments of our business, increase customer loyalty and further establish the SOKO brand among the upper and middle classes in Harbin. Consistent with our overall growth strategy, we believe that this area of Harbin presents a great deal of untapped potential for SOKO and gives us the potential to achieve a significant return on investment in a relatively short period of time."
