Almost all Stocks trading in this .0001/.0002 range have this Stop sign. I was just in a stock that had this on for a year, and ran from .0001 to 2.6 cents. It's meaningless.

All it means is they aren't current and up to date with all filings which none are at these ranges, until news hits that they are current, and then the stock flies on this alone.

Most are Pink no information, while NEW MANAGEMENT sets up again, from years of neglect. Thats what seems to be happening here, as NEW MANAGEMENT was just announced last friday - 3/8. It was announced the previous CEO/VANIS IS NOW COMPLETELY OUT.

It was all in or all out. Being inactive on all 4 previous roles was proof he was gone as there is no relation between VANIS and MILTON. Good try though. It's a live and learn process in the otc.

Imo, pretty sure he probably owns shares yet like others, but there would be no way to move the company along without Vanis completely out and they knew that.

Good DD is learned. This stock now has endless potential with new management taking over. Round 1 was a tough lesson, but worth it in the long run.

Pinksheet stocks never have to disclose any filings, as they are not ever required to do so. There have been many .0001/.0002 stocks that never have filings, and have a stop sign, that run to half cent or a penny. This is the crazy otc.

Who is required to provide facts and the most recent filings is the SECRETARY OF STATE IN NEVADA. By law, they are required to have the most up to date information, which states Vanis is gone(HISTORICAL/inactive officer).
