Power - please do your DD and read the PRs, the answers are right there. They have JUST started to do R&D, they have no materials to create more product and are currently looking for a source, and they provide advertising space. Robert Calkin has made it very clear as to what they are doing, do your DD and open your eyes.

Do your DD, they have revenue sources and a huge operation about to kick into play, GRCU isn't NEAR the potential increase in earnings as that company nor does GRCU have the nationwide impact that the other company will have.

Comparing a company that has a 2.5B share count to a company with a 740M share count is like comparing apples to oranges. This company has enough revenue to generate a price increase, GRCU would have to generate a LOT of cash to support this 2.5B share count. Chances are they'll generate debt and possible increase the share count to support their ventures, money don't grow on trees like apples and oranges do.

PHOT has a smaller share structure, that's like comparing apples to oranges. If the share structure were the same FITX would be triple it's current price, at least.

I'm not throwing any more good money after bad.

Power, Despite all these problems, mainly the PPS, what factual money revenue streams do you believe will make this stock go into silver range?

A lot more than just a few products on a website to justify supporting a 2.5B share structure. They need a huge Hemp grow operation and a better CEO who can provide future revenue projections. They need big contracts (which is what I've been saying for months) to show a large revenue stream. A few products and a drink isn't going to make enough for shareholders to reap major profits or create a market frenzy of confident buyers of the stock just yet.

Maybe RC should be in an advisory role, which is essentially what he is anyways since it's David O and his wife that set up this deal then brought him in to use his name.

Of course they're making money, IHubbers are buying their products, that isn't the issue here. This company is not a scam, just a poorly run one for shareholders. It'd be a good private company otherwise which is what the CEO is good at, running private companies. It's still up in the air if any return of investment will be made for shareholders, the stock price supports this, it falls repeatedly and cannot hold any significant gains. Investors will tell you it's because they are "three months old" which is a bunch of crock.

More than likely 1,000 or less and they made a small profit.

How about the falling stock price to start with? How about the PR that says they don't have the materials to create more product due to high hemp demand in the marketplace? (that means they don't have production, manufacturing, or contracts for materials to produce products lined up as of right now, they're just now getting it together! It also means competition is buying up available raw hemp.) How about a revenue projection like a real company puts out? How about it'll be weeks (which means what?) before the product is available again? How about how they were late with several things PR'd? How about the lack of transparency? How well and how much did they do with the CBD oil? How about the fact that the CEO is not interested in providing investor confidence, just gives minimal information basically saying 'that's all you need to know'? Again, how about that stinking falling POS stock price that just keeps dropping, even after a PR?

That's just a start. Too many questions. In the stinky pinky world, that potentially means they're hiding the bad news while operating expenses rises and with small returns on investment. Smoke and mirrors, they're not transparent, period.

No one is taking profits, people are dumping after the PR. I highly doubt people would take profit off of chump change with the activity we've seen in the past months. The issue isn't that it's a new company, the issue is that the company and CEO doesn't provide investor confidence with the lack of transparency. How much did they sell? What exactly are they doing overseas? How's the hemp growing plans progressing? Anything at all to give investor long term confidence would be helpful, not a bunch of "planning to" or in "upcoming weeks" type of information, we hear that from stinky pinkies enough to call those red flags.

Bulls will always overwhelm manipulation or bears or weak hands when there is market confidence. All retail, no manipulation going on here with GRCU, claiming it is just displays a sense of desperation during a severe downtrend such as the one being faced now. It's headed down because retail shares are not being bought by investors due to lack of confidence in the stock. Explain it away however you wish but it's still a pos stock right now and may always be one.

GRCU drops yet again after a PR. If it were good news we'd see the bulls step in, not retail dumping. The hemp drink isn't going to make this company and they can't make CBD oil without product to make it with, they don't have any as stated. It would have been nice if they stated how much they sold but of course they wouldn't tell anyone that, not a transparent shareholder friendly company. Dropping yet again, POS.

I suggest no one invest any more than they can afford to lose in GRCU, it's not as great as people think it is and the expectations need to be lowered. It's highly doubtful they are "debt free" as many claim, they can't do drinks and buy products with no money, likely they are getting loans.

Red every stinking time and it's frustrating for shareholders, especially when it keeps sinking, yet you have hypers saying it's the #1 weed stock in America.

Oh yea, there's that "hemp drink" too. Perhaps you should investigate that, it won't be a big thing in this market, you'll see.

It's an absolute because Robert Calkin stated it would be nothing more in a prior PR. Hemp products and advertising space on their website for other companies. There is no connection to nothing else, period. That doesn't mean they won't be making much money but at this time, their major product is sold out, they likely didn't have much of it, and they have no materials to make anymore. Read the PRs.

It's fantasy, no facts, and it's desperation to try to make it more than it actually is. There are no GRCU / Stanley Bros business connections.

From the PR we can see that they have zero materials to make more product as mentioned in the first paragraph. Since they don't have materials, everything below it doesn't happen. I suspect that's why the PPS dropped at the end.

I never said I sold, I said if RC doesn't step up and start providing investors and market confidence, might as well stick a fork in it, he's great at pushing products but sucks at dealing with shareholders. He doesn't care about shareholders.

Either way the CEO needs to step up and provide shareholder confidence to wake this stock up, we're still bleeding money.

Yep, like I said towards the beginning, this CEO is not the type to step up and provide investor confidence, he runs the business like a private company and doesn't give a flying f about shareholders or the markets. Great at setting up websites and pushing products, not so good at working with investors.

Bashers and hypers can bash me but unfortunately I was correct, hopefully it'll turn around SOMEDAY but it looks bleak. Just CBD oil capsules is not going to do it and hemp products is the only thing GRCU is promoting, nothing else other than advertising space on a website. This thing is looking like it's ready to have a fork stuck in it with each passing day.

Now you're finally getting it, RC isn't interested in playing this like a public stock, he runs it like one of his private companies. Laid back and not a whole lot of leadership demonstrated to shareholders. He's a great CEO for private companies, good at following what he teaches; product development and placement on a website but not a suit and tie businessman, not his style.

Unless you bought shares pre-Robert Calkin becoming CEO, the stock market yawned at all of that. If it was bought sub-penny range you're still in okay shape, if you bought post-RC the shares are worthless.

Great summary though, too bad the market doesn't care, hopefully someday shareholders will make some money, that is the bottom line. Since he has been here, the stock price has been decimated. Just take a look at the charts to see the stock action during those key events.

The price action of GRCU stock and market reactions to Press Releases speaks for themselves. Pay attention to what happens each time a PR is released. The last one was a big PR but the markets didn't care.

The markets = buyers who lift the bid and hit the ask. No bidders = no buyers. No buyers = no confidence in stock.

Notice those who respond. You know, those who have historically exaggerated the potential of the stock. They're losing money badly and so is everyone who they told to buy it; family members, friends, acquaintances, etc. Ouch, that hurts.

The pps speaks for itself and so does the markets. Try to keep your emotions out of it, it is what it is. The sector pullback had partial impact but the missteps the company made played a big part in it.

Although the history is short on this and the CEO has been on board only since April, early history sets the long term tone for a stock.

The stumbles with getting the products out on the website on time, the stumbles with getting the ticker change didn't match up with announced dates, the lack of "expected" PRs by the markets during the ICA event, just to name a few of the concerns. It all adds up to the markets having lack of confidence.

The CEO doesn't put himself out in the business world for GRCU, just for CCI at this time.

This stock could have easily been at .05 and higher but it's not due to the short history of missteps. Look at the timing of drops on the charts and correlate it to the catalysts they had publicly set, if you're paying attention you'll see them.

This set the tone for long term, GRCU and the CEO needs to hit a homerun to excite the market. Big contract, big partnership, or big unique product will do this and it's what I've repeated numerous times. Something like these will shut down the flippers and enrich the longs. It's a fact with any stock.

I'm not saying it's not a bad investment, it's a good one but they're off to a rough start per the stock price action, it's still dwindling since the CEO came on board.

It's not a bad stock, it's an investment for sure, there's opportunity here to make money, but enough with hype and treat it like what it is. A hemp-based company selling products on a website. It's not going to be a one-stop shop for all that is Cannabis, GRCU doesn't have near the infrastructure in place for that - yet. The new introduction of the research and development team proves that. They're years out if they are even headed in that direction. Robert Calkin has clearly stated in his PRs what this company is about, zero hype needed to exaggerate any more than what it is.

That was the biggest BS hype story the board has seen in weeks and we've seen a lot of them! HA!

Typical company stuff: Quarterly reports will tell the story with no speculation. I expect operating expenses to be high, revenue to be low since they are a new company selling uncommon products on a website at this time. (uncommon because we all know there's a big MJ/Hemp rush happening right now that will fill that market space within the next 6 months to a year)

We know for a fact that products will not appear until towards the end of the year and they will all be hemp related products, the CEO has said as much and it will be up to 30 additional products. That is why some projections have been made that this will not be above .03 at the end of the year.

If all they are doing is selling these products on their website, you might as well kiss the investment goodbye. There's too much upcoming competition in the industry and if there are no contracts to sell bulk amounts of products, bye bye. Now RC has said that it may expand to retail stores, but we'll see. If it's just pot shops, big deal. If it's Walmart/Costco/Target type stores, that'd be a big deal, but I'm not confident that will happen.

At this time, it's just a website selling a couple dozen and up to 40-50 hemp related products, that's it and nothing to indicate that it'll be a multi-billion dollar company to support the current share structure. Someone alluded to Facebook having a big share structure, but they earn BILLIONS to support it. More hype.

The company is EXACTLY what the CEO, Robert Calkin, has said. A hemp-based company, nothing else. If he didn't say it, it isn't that.

I don't do negative nor do I bash, I state the FACTS. Hemp products on a website, that's it. Potential for a hemp grow site, that's it. Selling products for other companies, that's it. Providing advertising space for other companies, that's it.

That is what Robert Calkin CLEARLY outlines for Green Cures, Inc. The danger is where certain GRCU shareholders exaggerate what GRCU is about with loose speculation. The stock is worth what it is now because of that exaggerated speculation.
