Miss American BADASS - Future Picture
\
1/09 Patrick Kenny said in Wall Street Journal that DKAM had about 2000 shareholders, I sure that number has increased since, but the masses don't know about Drinks, that's why we will get rich buying at these levels.
No analyst covering DKAM what a shock! maybe that's why it's at .14 cents, nobody knows about it
More future pictures
americanbadassbeer.com will be built by a high-end professional firm, like http://blitzagency.com
I'm sure DKAM will get a percentage, look at DKAM website, they have a page for merchandise, these guys aren't stupid. The first time I saw the name and logo I was thinking about the Merchandising.
I do some graphic arts on the side and my eye is telling this BADASS name and logo is the really deal, It's very strong branding
Take a look at the website I built for kodiak-outdoors, I know what I'm talking about
http://www.kodiak-outdoors.com/
The not so far future!, here's some pictures just for visual ideas, this is why BADASS will be Huge, BADASS / extreme but very cool
Perfect example is Harley Davidson, they make more $ money in merchandising the Harley Brand name than they do selling the motorcycles.
Anyone who takes advantage!!! They are talking about BADASS propelling them into a billion dollar company
Patrick Kenny CEO: At the same time he clearly stated and reiterated he was building a billion dollar beverage company. Now, whether that refers to sales, or to what another company would be willing to pay for the company is yet to be determined. However, the fact still remains that either way, there is almost the greatest gap possible existing between $14 million and $1 billion. That is 70 times the current street value of the company solidifying that there has been no move by the market to give this company, and their stock, the valuation it will ultimately deserve.
It was recently stated by a member of the company:
"Anyone who takes advantage of this price level under 20 cents will be able to retire on 10% of the gains they will enjoy over the next 12-24 months.
BADASS and NASCAR! just BADASS apparel and merchandising could earn 100's of millions of dollars per year. Bud, Coors etc. doesn't have that cool factor this has and they will soon realize it, if they haven't already! look at TAPOUT clothing - $30,000 in 1999, Tapout's earnings rose to $100 million in 2008.
KID ROCK:
It’s going to be called Bad Ass Beer. The ads are so funny. There are so many funny ads you can do with a thing called Bad Ass Beer.
There’s one where it looks like the Budweiser horses, and they’re all up in the air, just freaked out, like they went haywire, and whatever they ride on is smashed up, and it just has my beer sitting in the front, it says “Bad Ass.” And “…and the horses they rode in on.” There’s another one where we f@@k with Corona. We have an old rusty truck with no tires on it and it’s sitting on the Bad Ass beer, and it says, “The only way you’ll ever see a lemon on it.
” We’ve got another one with the Bad Ass beer simulating like it’s fucking the St. Pauli’s girl.
You guys see that?
The best entrepreneurs are aware of the odds against them, yet they still dream, build a vision and actually start. No matter who you are, I respect those of you who risk it all and jump in with both feet. It’s never easy, but the journey is worth it.
Possibly the insiders and their friends account for 60 to 80 million of the companies shares, think about it!
These insiders are no joke, they are very wealthy people, They probably have a large circle of friends that know about DKAM and they have been investing too.
J. Patrick Kenny, President & CEO – 25 years experience, including Joseph E.
Seagram and Sons and The Coca-Cola Company
Jason Lazo, Chief Operating Officer - Operating experience including Kraft,
General Foods and Joseph E. Seagram and Sons
Jeffery Daub, Chief Financial Officer – Broad range of experience with
beverage industry clients with RSSM, CPA
Charles Lynch, National Sales Manager – 25 years experience Brown Forman
Jim Sokol, VP Non-Alcoholic Beverage Sales – 25 years experience Pepsi
Cola Bottling Company, Arizona Ice Tea
Active and highly involved Board:
Marvin Traub: Ex-CEO Bloomingdales
Hubert Millet: Former President Seagram Global Brands, Board of Hermes
Tom Schwalm: Founder SOBE, sold to Pepsi $300 Million
Fred Schulman: Principal Key Food, General Counsel
Bruce Klein: Victory Partners
that's fine, who cares what brewery make the beers, it's all about the damand for the product.
"But it's mind-blowing." Kid Rock enthused. "We have f***loads of orders, and no one's even tasted it yet."
Yes I see 50.55 million shares held by insiders and not 1 sold. That's not hype. These insiders are no joke, they are very wealthy people, They probably have a large circle of friends that know about DKAM and they have been investing too.
As of 7 Aug 2009 REUTERS Analyst Recommendations is "Strong Buy" for DKAM
The point is they "insiders" own a shit load of shares and haven't sold a single share, They could have sold at 3 dollars but they didn't. That goes a long way in my book.
PKG: They no longer own 60%. More like 30% because of dilution.[increase in the O/S].
Millions of NASCAR fans love KID ROCK! BADASS is a game charger my friends. DKAM is definitely a buyout target in the future. BADASS is pure genius, DKAM is like a tech company, very Outside the Box!
J. Patrick Kenny age 52, 13 million shares, buyout at $20.00 share = $260 million
that should be enough for retirement?
I've told several friends about DKAM last week (they had no clue about KR/BADASS Beer or DKAM and they buy stocks) Two have bought around 600k shares at .135 cents and I believe one of them is still buying. A few others also bought last week, they are smaller investors, a few hundred dollars or so. I also gave a good friend all the info I had about DKAM, this guy has big $ money/casino's, don't know if he will buy or not.
The point is, these shares aren't being bought up buy old pissed-off DKAM investors that paid $3.00, $2.00 $1.00, .50 cents and are just hoping to get their original investment back. They are being bought and held by new investors at these cheap prices for long-term. This stock is not on people's radar yet, No one know's about DKAM, at least for now!
Kid Rock: "But it's mind-blowing." Kid Rock enthused. "We have f***loads of orders, and no one's even tasted it yet."
"Having the foresight to realize wealth in this world is seen by the best of the best who took control of their future when they had the opportunity. This little company is doing some great things that are only getting much better."

"insiders own over 60% of the shares and have not ever sold a share. Large retail investors own own another 20% of the available shares. That leaves little left for any institutions that want a stake in this major growth story for 2009"
http://drinksamericas.blogspot.com/
I might have picked the wrong company to invest in? I'm a shareholder in DKAM but look at Iconic Brands, Inc up 13% with 500,000 shares traded today, they have the star power of Danny DeVito (Popular in the 80's I think?, Tony Siragusa "YO" and The Glen Master Range. The Glen Master Range reminds me of a women's Anti Deodorant and what's "YO"? Can I buy 3 YO's Please
http://www.iconicbrandsusa.com/
What's Chuck cooking up? MMABET.COM is my guess. LOL
Chuck Champion: there is capital in the bank in order to be able to do that. So, we'll look for what we do next, now. But this basically takes the company and makes it debt free, dispute free, litigation free.
what's really odd is what they did with proelite's website, Why tear down the website and then replace it with a jpg photo of the same old thing? maybe to remove KOTC? but KOTC is still advertised on the jpg/website. any ideas?
drinksamericas.com interesting look back

Wolverine Beer is Michigan's Premium Lager, they must love DKAM/BADASS BEER for stepping all over them. Ouch!! LOL
But as we talked we realized something big was missing. We didn’t have a regular Michigan beer, a beer made in Michigan that everyone could enjoy, a beer that says, “I’m from Michigan and my beer kicks ass!”
I love the part, MY BEER KICKS ASS!
http://wolverinebeer.com/blog/?page_id=2
Insiders own over 60% of the shares and have not ever sold a share.
The CEO also talked in October of the IP value of this company, and what its street value would be. Then, it was north of $1.50 a share, yet the stock was trading around 20 cents. The stock is still there but not for long. Insiders own over 60% of the shares and have not ever sold a share. Large retail investors own another 20% of the available shares. That leaves little left for any institutions that want a stake in this major growth story for 2009.
http://drinksamericas.blogspot.com/
I'm still holding all my shares and hoping for the best
Lets say DKAM has 100 million shares at .14 = 14 mil market cap.
Look at Celsius CSUH it has 149 million shares at .53 = market cap of 79 mil.
Celsius has a great drink but it only a one drink company with different flavors
DKAM Insiders are holding 50% of the shares and haven't sold any! This is an opportunity of a lifetime, BUY, BUY, BUY
This is not a takeover target, the company is not for sale! The insiders know this will be multi-billion dollar company in a few years!

Netflix, Hansen Natural, Home Depot, and
Berkshire all share a set of remarkable traits that
characterized them when their amazing runs began. All were:
- Small.
- Led by dedicated founders or long-tenured CEOs.
- Fiscally conservative.
- Profiting from a wide market opportunity.

Is Drinks/DKAM just distributing or do they have ownership in BADASS beer and trademarks?
I see the website www.americanbadassbeer.com is registered to DKAM. Any idea when the website will be up? I believe there could be $$$ in apparel, T-Shirts etc.
How about a BADASS Energy Drink in the future?
BADASS Energy mixed with Topless or Trump Vodka!

It's great news!! WE GET A PERCENTAGE OF NET CASH FLOW FROM KOTC
The Acquior (KOTC) agreed to pay the Company (PROELITE) an earn-out, subject to certain maximums, as follows
(i) a specified percentage of the Secured Parties' percentage interest in the net cash flow (as defined in the Agreement) of Acquiror; plus
