Mymani, the science here is too advanced, $10M is WAY too low, and "no," I am not being greedy, just sensible......BTW, Nader would NEVER even entertain a B/O anywhere near $10B, as he has stated many times (FWIW, I feel that his "today" valuation is just as unreasonable).
I am smelling uplist any day now....JMHO
Smiley, you're a class act, and I would have done the same. Best of luck to you!!! Anyone that has really done their DD knows what we have here.
jimmy, jimmy, jimmy, don't you realize that most here, that you are describing, are of the age where everything MUST HAPPEN today. There is no concept of making long-term plans, being patient, and investing based on fundamentals, it must yield immediate gratification, or it's no good. I can tell you as a financial planner and Fiduciary that I see it every day in most people's portfolios (or lack of). As I tell my twin 24 year old daughters, "almost everyone that they know will, literally, NEVER retire." Building wealth is not rocket science, it is merely the power of compound interest. In almost all cases, the tortoise will beat the hare. You are spot on.
You will be rewarded in many ways...
Stealth, hey, I guess you gotta do what you gotta do. Thankfully, I have put myself in a position where I don't have to prostitute myself for pennies....
Amatuer, remember that they already knew what the problems were, as Nader discussed it, so it may be partially or completely resolved by now. They may just need to demonstrate that those corrections have been put in place.
On the Dr. Drew show a few minutes ago. He is interviewing Dr. Patterson
Dr. Patterson just stated that he (and Cytodyn) received an email from OWS to discuss Leronlimab. He stated that they are in the process of following up on that!!!!!!
oldepro2, I felt good about that news being legitimate; however, do know the follow-up? Has the company already sent representation, and have discussions already occurred?
Scared Money Can't Win
Scooter, my thoughts exactly. I don't think that he would have stepped down unless he sensed uplisting resulted as a done deal as a result.
Of course, you are correct
Angry, "BP has it's tentacles in many places." My concern, as well.
daemon, from Dr. Yo's tweet:
Ok. Here is the prettier version. Thursday at 12pm PST/3pm EST is our dance off.
Winner gets a RANTES t-shirt. Who ya got?
@drdrew
@brucep13
Dr. Drew Show today at 3pm EST with BP & Dr. Yo
It's 2 hours away. Means nothing
That is somewhat comforting
"just," I guess that it doesn't really change the fact that lives were saved by Leronlimab, does it?
daemon, NICE FIND!!!
I predict, in the short term, that the pps will either go up or down. It also might rain here, but it might not. I KNOW THAT I AM RIGHT. TAKE IT TO THE BANK!!!
I agree Scooter, and the safety profile has been well established. Why wouldn't they approve, based on trial data (including NEWS2), mechanism of action, and anecdotal evidence of more than 60 EUA with a high survival rate in the sickest of the sick. "Anecdotes don't come off of ECMO."
Angry, we are on the same page here. Best of luck.
Emergcy, I have my issues with Nader, but also believe that this company would not be where it is had it not been for him, and his unconventional ways. Would I prefer a more seasoned, refined CEO at this time? Yes.
With that said, I agree with you that there are many armchair quarterbacks here, with varying degrees of experience/education. Perhaps in the header, each poster should post a mini resume of experience/education (assuming no fabrication LOL). As I have said before, opinions are like a..holes, everybody has one, it is just that some stink more than others!
Grip, I was married to a "high level" (as somebody put it) pharma exec for 16 years, who was with AZ, BMY, and is currently with SNY. The supposition that "if not approved in the US, then not approved elsewhere" is just straight up wrong. Yes, the FDA IS he "gold standard;" however, approval/non-approval, elsewhere, totally depends on the situation. IF L doesn't gets approved, or gets forced to do a Phase 3 study, is not because the drug has not received US approval.
Grip, CytoSorb came to my mind instantly. Approved in 53 countires including U.K, and has been approved in EU for roughly 10 years
Scooter, I agree with you regarding other than U.S. approval. CytoSorbents, a company whose stock I owned/traded for years, has a product approved in 53 countries, many for years, and that product is still not approved in the U.S. There are many here whose attitudes have gotten very "dark" the last few weeks. I can understand, based on the dwindling pps, but the company has never been in a better position than today. I sense there are many here that have invested (bet) more than they can afford to lose. People, this is an OTC, pre-revenue biotech after all. You might consider having your core shares, and your trading shares, and to not be greedy, when, for example, the pps goes from .30 to $10 in a matter of months. Just saying.....
I apologize if this has already been posted, but:
https://losangeles.cbslocal.com/2020/08/18/covid-19-survivor-coronavirus-experimental-drug-leronlimab/
Evil, the drug works, as the science is sound. It is just a matter of time....Hang tough
I am a long, I know what I am doing, and I am not worried one bit. :)
I don't agree. There is no place for emotions in investing. Know what you own. The science is sound......
"Just," because government agencies are always on target, aren't they? LOL
Smiley, this issue (CYDY) could bring him down. He has gone after this company with such fervor that if L gets approved (EUA begins domino effect in other countries) those that read his 11 or so "hit pieces" will know that he doesn't!
Professer, Nice find and post!!!
Know what you own. No one ever refutes the science. Some here probably can't really afford to be in an OTC stock. This IS the wild west. If you can't stand the heat then you should probably be buying the likes of AT&T, and sit back and collect your divy. Nothing wrong with that, but you can't have it both ways. If you want stability, go there, if you want the possibly of hitting it big, but have a much greater chance of losing it all, look at an OTC biotech. That's life.
Of course he had to put the possibility of a R/S in the 10K as that document covers activities through May 31, 2020. That was before he knew, 100%, that the request to raise the authorized shares that were voted on in July 2020, would be approved Financials must always raise the worse case scenario as a possibility. "Going concern," for example, is very typical language.
Stealth, I agree, if this is the case, BP should not have shared it, either, but he is just a good guy, and probably not thinking in those terms.
