My question is.. if someone is keeping this shareprice down, why are they? What is anyones explaination for that?
Someone mentioned that the MMs are printing shares. Is this true? If so, thats why the shareprice is staying the same... Instead of the purchases or sells changing the shareprice, things are staying the same if they keep selling new shares. Just my opinion.. once they run out,, then it will influence the shareprice of course.
Can someone please tell me if they are still printing shares? Or have they all been sold..
I bought 19500 at .0098... someone must have sold on the other end...
Ok, I have another question for you guys.. thanks for answering and explaining to better clarify about the outstanding shares and dilution. However, I have another one for you... When a company brings in a profit, do they distribute that profit over the amount of shares? How does share price increase when CPRK post their profits. I know some of the increase will be off of speculation from the people who did their DD. However, If they make 15 million in one quarter, does the company distribute that over the amount of shares to increase the share price? Thanks
Shaun
I have been confused on understanding shares.. When a company puts new shares, that have never been owned, on the open market. What are they called?
When a share of CPRK is sold on my end, is there always a buyer on the other end?
I ask because I wonder how the share price is affected when someone purchases a share that isn't owned VS a share that is owned or traded... I was just wondering how many shares are not currently owned... I would believe that the share price would perform differently based off of what type of share is purchased...
I posted a question last night and nobody answered me. Maybe it was late, hopefully someone can answer me today. Are all of CPRKs shares owned by someone? What do they call the shares that are not owned, the shares that they dilute the stock with to raise extra capital? Are there any shares for the last dilution that arent owned? Thanks
I have a question.. when the company dilutes a stock, they add more shares to the float. Are all of the shares in this company owned currently at this time? What is it called if there are no owners for a stock. Secondly, what happens to a cprk stock when it is sold. Is there definitely a buyer on the other side? Can anyone answer those questions so I better understand.. thanks
Shaun
It wont fall after they post profits, LTF, and cancel this on 10/9. Only up from there!
Don't sweat the people pounding this in the ground.. When it takes off like a UFR Unidentified Flying Rocket, then we'll all smile. Until then, let the company take its course. Profits will be posted, things will be positive, naysayers will continue to degrade along with the people shooting this stock price down. Believe in what you know! Buy, dont sell yet, then benefit later...
I bet that is the intention as to who is keeping this price down. Once there is some super PR information, that group will stop pulling price down and gain max benefit. They are setting up the perfect storm opportunity, IMO of course.. Maybe not.. Just a theory.. Im new to this.. I only have 200k shares of CPRK and want more! Im hungry! Haha
I just opened up a Zecco account to purchase some more CPRK. I am afraid that CPRK may double in shareprice because of the announcement of no Bankrupcy or LTF before funds clear. I am sitting ok with a bunch of shares averaged in at 1.78 cents.. yuck.. in the red, but if things come together.. I won't have to worry about red, just a new red car! haha SUV for my wifey!
One more thing... If they instantly bought back 1/2 of the shares, would the share price double in price?? Is that how it would work??? Thanks for the replies
Lets hope for an early share buyback while the shareprice is low. I don't really think this will happen, but if they purchase 1,000,000,000 shares, it would only cost them 10 million bucks.. yeah, I know, they don't have this, but maybe this would be their plan with the LTF.. maybe not.. maybe that would be a dumb move.. but anything's possible with this crew...
Thanks CopperKen, that was well written. I didn't understand what P/E was and not it makes sense. Boy it would be nice if this stock would be at a 10. Does that mean that it could be a 10 bagger?
Ok... now the magic question... Thanks for your reply.. When a company performs better, they post profits to their share price, am I correct? It seems like this stock, like many, changes based on the shareholders. How much merit does a profit have in conjunction with the share price. Does the profit get spread out among all of the shares? How does this work.. I hope someone understands what I'm asking.. Thanks for any replies.. Thanks for your attempts to answer..
Shaun
I have a question... ok, maybe a few. Please tell me if I'm correct.. What is in the truckloads of concentrate? Does the concentrate contain gold, copper, and other metals that Copper king is producing? Does the smelter have to sort it out? So if the concentrate contains more gold, will Sempra adjust what they are paying for the concentrate? I have been wondering about that.... Secondly, when the SXEW plant is finished, do we have a buyer for the copper that will be produced from that setup? Anyone care to elaborate? Thanks
Shaun
Is purchasing CPRK still unavailable through Scottrade?
What is a hedge fund? Is it an organization buying stock?
NSS Position? Can you explain...
Well, if there were a reverse split, wouldn't the price multiply by 4, and that would be the share price? or do you think the price would drop for other reasons?
Thanks
Ok, I have another question. Im fairly new to this, but im trying... As I look at CPRKs trades, there were like 3.5 million buys and very little sells.. If there aren't people selling, where are they buying them from? Are they just freely issued shares to raise capital for the company? What happens when they run out of those shares? Someone please reply back and explain... Thanks
Shaun
Do you think it would be a good idea for a 4:1 reverse split to lessen up the share structure? That would make 1 billion shares correct?
Guys and gals,
I would like to add a little info to the board pertaining to the website issue. A website can be popped out in a few hours, yeah, that is the truth. But, what information are they going to put on it? It truly does take much more than just popping a website out.. there has to be revised information on the webpage.. making the page is nothing,, its the true information that takes time... very similar to a PR in the news... and you know how often they occur..
Besides all of that mess,, just imagine what those workers are going through with the new mill... how much hard work that we have no idea about.. the dedication that we will never see or learn to appreciate... unless of course we get rich.. Yeah,,, I want to make some money,, I need a break in life.. but.. give these guys time... time is the key. I firmly believe and have been heavily invested in this company... I am not rich with the silver spoon hanging from my chops... But I managed to put money in CPRK and I believe in the company..
I know that copper is in demand and will continue to be in demand in my lifetime. I know that Copper King is a company that has included people with heart for their dream. I know that the reserves were proven. I know that the SEC keeps a wonderful eye on scum but doesn't catch everything. I know that what the SEC doesn't cue in on instantly will get cued in on anyway later and the people will pay if they decide to rip off the investors..
What am I trying to say? CPRK is something that resembles the Google age.. It has so much potential that it is unbelievable,, Unbelievable that will only occur with the next best moves from management....but it will take time to resolve all of the issues..I hope they do.. I am holding long.. God bless you and yours...
Wait until they announce they have a buyer for their ore. Or how about when they announce that they've struck a big deposit of gold! Haha.. I keep dreaming.. So much that I actually start slobbering on my keyboard.. ok,, kidding.. but I wish this company and the investors the best of luck.. I'm sitting strong and confident on these shares... I have faith in the company.. I guess we'll see..
How do they move the price by big purchases and sells? Or what? I am kind of unsure on this... thanks
and Market Maker means that they can cause the price to go up and down? Big Purchases/sells?
Can someone tell me what MM stands for? Thanks
I am fairly new to the market and I only own Copper King. Can someone tell me if a reverse split is good or bad at this point and why? Thanks
Just remember... its not if.. its when!
