Last I heard, Brian was asking people not to call the distributors as we had some that felt they were being harassed.
Did they state when there would be product in the first store?
While this is very interesting news, the question once again is how long is "soon". What kind of work is required to get this in a form to be dispensed at a found drink station.
Will this effect can distribution in any way? We have still yet to have one can found on a shelf in any store. I am hoping that I will be able to find one this week in the Austin, Texas area. I am hoping that srloan can provide me with a store name since he was the one who procured the Austin Beverages contract.
It is now beyond the 2 to 3 days. Can you tell me where in the Austin area I can find? I will be more than happy to take camera and snap some photos.
Interesting info there...
I will say that I have not seen Drank in any stores in the Austin area.
I am a loyal poster and shareholder now exceeding 40 million. I have a 7-11 less than 3 blocks from my work in downtown Austin.
Look forward to finding on the shelf.
Hey Srloan or Wyatt....there are two University of Texas home games left, BW should get someone out on San Jacinto street between the stadium and and the state parking garages where most everyone parks to hand out samples.
The 4 counties that are covered by Austin Beverages are Travis, Bastrop, Williamson, and Hays. The territory covered by the distributor includes stores such as 7-11 and other regional and national chains.
I live in Williamson County and work in Travis County.
Travis, Bastrop, Williamson and Hayes counties are basically the Austin/Round Rock metro area. There is about 1.6 million people in the Austin area. When you include the Austin to San Antonio corridor I believe that there is over 4 million people. Also, I-35 runs through Austin and is considered the NAFTA super highway, so lots of traffic.
Well..I did my part. Those last 5 million shares were mine.
Good to hear sloan.
Tell me when and where and I will go with camera and video camera to provide independent proof to the board. Great to hear.
I have marked this posting at look forward to it or vice/versa whatever the case may be.
Now that is great REAL news! Will be awaiting the PR.
How is that "yawwwn"? All of the marketing means NOTHING unless we can by product from someplace other than a 1994 website.
Where is Piranha? While everyone is excited about getting Koma production going, what is lost is that we still cannot buy Piranha water anywhere. Are they selling it at the racing events or are they just giving it away and pouring it on each other?
So we are back to...
We have product out there, but we cannot tell you where.
We have sales, but we cannot tell you any numbers.
We had production, but we cannot tell you how many units.
I am in Austin, Texas. I am always going to Dallas, Houston or San Antonio and have friends that make frequent trips to El Paso. That covers much of the state.
If srloan comes through with product on the shelf in Texas, I can personally get verification and will share with the board ASAP.
It states there are 3 replys to your message but looks like they are getting deleted?
and yet here we are back at .0003. Hopefully will not last long and a meaningful PR will come out soon to move us beyond .0004.
You would think that the energy drink truck would be ahead of the anti-energy drink truck.
If a month from now (or two) there is no product on shelves anywhere, there will be 2's. Time is drawing near for this to either explode or become a .0001 for a long time.
Of course, my shares are hoping for the EXPLODE!
There are no products on the shelves of stores. Just the constant promise of "next week". Next week never seems to happen. Wyatt said give it two months, that was what....three to four months ago.
As I recall, when the first website under BW came up several people emailed BW and offered their services. They never received a response.
Drank received a 3 out of 5 rating. So, they are both in the same range. It would be different if Drank would have received a 4 or 5 and we would have a received a 2.
They are 100% correct about the can. It is blurry and that HAS to be fixed. We have a cheap website followed up with a cheap "can job". I like the look of the can and the product inside just have to do a better job with the quality of the print on the can.
Not sure I would sell shares of BBDA because I don't like the taste of a product that BBDA does not even produce. Koma is BBDA, Potencia is not BBDA.
Waiting for something, anything other than a racing PR.
I want to hear that Koma is on a shelf somewhere. Waiting to hear that srloan's big Texas contract has been signed.
Got the same message just a few minutes ago. Looks like everyone is back from Vegas and working again.
Actually I did not contact anyone. When placing the order I provided an email address. I assume that they just sent this out to everyone who had an unfilled order for which they had an email address.
I hope the order is filled fairly quickly. This order was not for me it is being sent to my brother who is a stockholder as well.
My brother (who reads but does not post) and I have a total of 30.3 million shares.
We have a saleable product. Everyone that has tasted my first order liked it and felt some effect. The question all comes down to getting it on the shelves. According to srloan, something big is in the works for Texas and we should find out soon. Let's hope that works out so I can go buy some soon at my local store.
Delays in Shipping.
Just received this email regarding a shipment that I was waiting for.
Dear Valued Customers and Supporters,
I hope the day finds you well. I am writing you to elaborate on a shipping situation that has unfortunately caused a delay in the shipping of the products you have ordered from our online store. While in the process of consolidating two separate online stores and paypal accounts, there were a dozen orders that "slipped through the cracks". I would like to thank you for bringing it to our attention, and apologize for the delay in shipping. We have corrected the issue and your orders have been filled and shipped. Again we are sorry for the inconvenience and would like to thank you for your purchase and continued support.
Thank you,
Sean Brincefield
Bebida Beverages
Let us know what you think of Potencia. I personally did not care for it. As it is not a product of BBDA, then it should not matter.
I bought Koma and liked it. As Koma is a product of BBDA, I was pleased.
If you are selling based upon that newsletter, you are about 5 months too late. If that came out in May, the perceived damage would have been done at that time.
Howard E. Butt?
Hey srloan
If I missed your reponse, I apologize.
I am curious as to where in Texas I will be able to see Koma in the next few weeks. I am here in Texas and know someone in just about every corner of the state.
I know in the past, people associated with BBDA, i.e., Wyatt has taken the stance of "it is in stores but we will not tell you where" Please do not tell me that Koma will be the same way.
I can personally confirm the sale of 12 cans of Koma. 6 cans to me and 6 cans to my brother in California.
Other than that, I would like to see what we have sold so far. Also would be interested in the numbers relating to the initial production run, status of our current inventory, when is our next production run, etc... That is the type of information is what I would like to see in a shareholder letter. Instead we get "Dillion qualified at the ......"
Not sure catering trucks are the best for Koma. Who wants to go to their job site only to find that all the workers have knocked down a few Koma's and are taking a siesta.
Where is Texas? I am in the Austin / Round Rock area. I will be tailgating at the Dallas Cowboys game this weekend. I know alot of people in Houston, San Antonio and El Paso and everywhere in between.
I sent through a small test sell this morning and it went fine on Ameritrade. Now I see that we have had over 34 million shares traded today.
Okay, I have to ask. Who always comes in for the final trade of the day and buys 5,000 shares to ensure that we close at .0004? Seems to happen almost every day.
We need to see KOMA for sale somewhere besides our 1993 website. Needs to be on the shelf being purchased by someone other than stockholders.
