I'm curious what your response would be if somehow a dividend was paid by FFGO or HGLC? Would you apologize? Would you say I'm sorry my bad? What would you say to all those who may have decided not to buy or sold based on your statements? I am willing to man up when this runs its' course if I am wrong and say I and other longs got scammed big time. What would you say if you are wrong?
So all of you know, there are still some problems with the reverse split. Volume and orders are not showing correctly. If you have problems with orders contact IR so he can report problems to the company.

You seem to forget the JV partner who holds billions of shares. Management also holds a boat load of shares. Of course if I were short HGLC I would hire someone to work 24/7 to save my rear. Also, this could be a very big Mattera event!!
You are wrong. Any stock that has a ten day trading average of 2,265,557 is neither dead nor gone.
When the time comes the HGLC and FFGO board will burst with activity. It will be truly amazing to see long time shareholders who spent their hard earned money be rewarded for their efforts. There are reasons why Hunt Gold trades today. The SEC and lawyers are looking into how to make this right.

Yes, the last time I checked Hunt Gold was trading, ten day average, 2,265,577. Mattera stock dealings are under SEC review. Could it be this case is going to break wide open. FFGO write down, Mattera crackdown creates a bigger payday for loyal longs.
My research on Fernando Garza Alanis shows he is still involved with Aclor. At the bottom of the home page for Aclor it shows he designed the web site in 2011. He is also involved with raw materials procurment related to paper mill production. I expect we will hear from Aclor about the brands developed for Aclor by Fernando Gaza. http://www.aclor.com/

Nonsense rumors seem to be everywhere; but not about As and Bs. That's serious business. Several of us have real Bouse Gold. Tells me our future is GOLDEN
It's a great day to be a FFGO shareholder. AWESOME we have As&Bs safe and sound. Life is good! REALLY GOOD!!! Payday coming!!
All of our accounts should now be showing the corrct number of shares following the 1/2000 reverse split.
Common shares 3,416,075
Revenue Per Share $3.60
Net Asset Value Per Share $4.11
GOALS:
Uplisting to the OTCBB public marketplace.
Organic Growth in new customer retention domestically and internationally.
Growth through acquisition of like manufacturers.
Exploration of new business opportunities and markets.
The dividend X date has not been announced so all shares count for dividend until X date is announced.
O Wait is not the answer. HGLC trades. Divies coming!!!
HGLC has not been closed down. It is not over. Volume on Friday. PR was in black and white. Divies are coming. And I am not paid to say this.
Volume on Friday!!! Mattera in Jail!!! Fact!!! Divies PR still good to go. SEC is all over this!!! and I'm not even getting paid to be here!!!
HGLC still trades. Dividends have not been paid but were stated in PRs. FACT. Mattera is in jail. I look forward to the outcome and ALL of us getting our just reward.
I truly believe 2012 will be a good year for MTIZ. We will know a lot more after the r/s and we see what management is able to do. IMO there are more good PRs ready to come out after the r/s to support the price. We should know more in a few days.
You know the answer to your own questions. HGLC trades and has divies forth coming. SEC is catching up. When the courts are through with Mattera the SEC will see that payments are made as announced.
Why Aclor in 2012?
They have developed proprietary machinery to enable them to produce multiple paper supply products utilizing the same group of machines. Furthermore, they have developed a system to convert material into three (3) ring binders that will enable them to produce binders at a lower cost and superior quality than those of their competitors
In order to fulfill their orders from large customers, they plan to purchase more equipment and increase inventory. They also plan to expand their operation to a much larger facility to increase their paper product capacity as well as support binder manufacturing. With the expanded facility, equipment, and resulting extra capacity, they will enter into business relationships with more customers such as Walmart, Target, Walgreens, and United Stationary, which they believe will lead to an increase in sales.
The CTB settlement was very positive for the Company and their shareholders," commented Curtis Gung, President & CEO of Metiscan, Inc. "The CTB settlement and their ability to reduce other liabilities over the past nine months has yielded Metiscan a total reduction of $7,501,572 in liabilities since year end 2010.
2012 marks the first of a five-year partnership between Aclor and Diretec, whereby Aclor through Aclor Servicios Operativos will produce 14 million ABS notebooks for a network of 125 universities nationwide including Harvard, MIT, Cornell, U Penn, Texas A&M and Southern California. Aclor's factory in Nuevo Laredo will produce the ABS notebooks under the Principa brand.
I believe in this company and continue to acquire shares.
12/30/2011 MTIZ
BOUGHT 730000 SHARES OF MTIZ AT $0.0006 ($447.19)
HGLC trades. FACT!!! Dividends have been stated in PRs. FACT!!!
Hunt Gold has not been shut down and trades for a reason. There are dividends yet to be paid and gold mines to be accounted for. SEC knows!!! With FFGO write off and Mattera in jail and assets frozen (including all HGLC shares) there are a lot less shares in the market than most people know. We will have our day in court. There will be a reckoning coming soon!!!
Once in a while we get lucky like today. Those shares have been for sale for several days. I don't think NITE will come down and he is only offering 5,000 shares at .001., not worth the fee. IMO one will have to offer .0008 or .0009 to interest the next seller at 500,000 shares at .0011. I believe we will see the reverse split next week. I hope everyone has a great New Year and the markets treat you well.
Once again Hunt Gold trades. 234,410 shares at .0001.
Looks like more volume for FFGO's sister today. Things are looking up.
"it is well and truly toast"
More volume today. Not everyone believes the toast theory. Keep trying!
FINRA requires a lot of paper work to approve splits. I am sure Aclor attorneys are having to deal with all kinds of issues. I think we will hear from Aclor before an active r/s shows up in our accounts, at least before the mornings open. We could get another PR about new contracts and revenues before the r/s takes place. Two more days trading before 2012.
Sister had 5 mil volume today. FFGO and sister are about to reward shareholders.
5 Million volume today. 10 Million last week. There is a reason why the HGLC heart still beats. 2012 is going to be our year.
Please provide proof or a link supporting your claim. There are those here who would like to buy lower and would hope some would listen to such claims and sell. This company has strong financials and new revenues coming in for 2012. I have spent four months doing strong DD on Aclor, talking to management, visiting stores and reviewing financials of which 2009 and 2010 are audited. I look forward to their uplisting to the OTCBB and PRs showing additional revenues.
Here are the OTCBB requirements
OTC Bulletin Board (administered by NASDAQ)
Financial Requirements : No minimum shareholder equity or income. Companies must be reporting companies, providing an annual report to shareholders, current in all its filings, and subject to SEC proxy rules.
Distribution and Size Criteria : No minimum number of shareholders or shares outstanding, other than having a sufficient number of shareholders and shares outstanding to allow a trading market.
SEC status : Listed companies must have completed a registration of the company or its securities and have reporting company status. Companies must be current in all their filings. New shell companies will not be granted a trading symbol.
Companies with securities quoted on the OTCBB are subject to periodic reporting of financial information to the SEC. Issuers who file with the SEC via EDGAR are not required to submit hard copy filings with the OTCBB or the NASDAQ. Unlike all other exchanges, stocks trading on the OTC Bulletin Board cannot be shorted.
IMO the idea of the r/s is to get the price high enough to uplist to the OTCBB. A buyback would help day traders but would not get the price into the dollars. Remember, it was Metiscan who increased the share structure, not Aclor. Aclor is just trying to clean up the mess that was already created. I am a shareholder like the rest of you. I am just trying to look on the bright side of things. The paper work has been turned in to FINRA for the r/s. There is nothing any of us can do but wait and see. You can wait happy or you can wait mad, the choice is yours.
Principia provides university branded, multi-subject notebooks to 2 million+ students across the nation at over 170 schools.
Here is a new twist:
Principia is seeking local sales reps to work on campuses across the nation. As a campus rep, you will work with local business owners and show them the benefits of advertising in our campus-branded notebooks!
"Aclor's factory in Nuevo Laredo will produce the ABS notebooks under the Principa brand." While doing research on the Principa Brand I discovered this is a bigger deal than I thought. The profit margins on these items look to be much larger than back to school wire and wireless notebooks. Notice the word PARTNERSHIP. Diretec is private company. "2012 marks the first of a five-year partnership between Aclor and Diretec." Could this be the makings of a reverse merger to make Directic a public company? Time will tell.

Who do you use as an online broker? Scottrade, Zecco etc.?
I use Alpha Trade for my level 2. That is where I see the active bid/ask by market makers.
I care!!!
The HGLC Santa knows who's been naughty or nice. Some will have to pay for being NAUGHTY!!!
A Fort Lauderdale businessman was arrested Thursday on charges he ran an $11 million fraud, convincing investors he owned lucrative shares of privately held companies such as Facebook.
John A. Mattera, 50, raked in the money through his hedge fund, the Praetorian Global Fund, preying on clients' hope that they could capitalize on the next big company to go public, according to federal prosecutors in New York.
"Mattera told elaborate lies about stock he did not own and about how he would keep investors' money safe in escrow accounts," said Manhattan U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara. "Instead, Mattera took the investors' money to fund his own extravagant lifestyle."
Federal authorities allege Mattera spent at least $3.8 million of investors' money on personal expenses, including $825,000 on luxury cars, $330,000 on jewelry and $245,000 on home furnishings and interior design.
He also tried to make a splash in the South Florida charitable world, forming his own foundation. He joined the board of the American Red Cross Broward County Chapter in February and his foundation sponsored Florida Atlantic University football head coach Howard Schnellenberger's weekly fan breakfasts.

"In my opinion"
Glad to see you are in the HGLC Christmas spirit and showing your post as your opinion. I hope the HGLC Santa brings you a nice supprise to lift your spirit and show a little love to the wonderful subjects of Hunt Gold. Gosh, would you believe we still trade... O my... average HGLC ten day volume over a million shares ... the spirit of HGLC lives on!!! Hunt Gold will have something nice for you under your Christmas Tree!!!
One poster indicated the reverse split was in his account but I have not seen it yet in Scottrade or Zecco. I think we will see a PR a day or two before it becomes active.
It looks like NITE is buying for his own account and UBSS and ETMM are buying for clients. NITE is buying at $1.20 a share post split. IMO MTIZ is worth at least $8.80 sixty days after the reverse split. This is not a recommendation to buy or sell, just my personal opinion.
Listing on the OTCBB
Here is some important information on the process of MTIZ getting listed on the OTCBB. Why and how long it takes.
