We need to get this volume moving! At least no ones selling...Waiting on some great, not mediocre news
Great .. That was a nice SWOT that you guys did..
That would be nice...Because right now, I'm the poor guy begging for a ride and for $2 that Greg talked about in his video blog a few months ago, while all my friends who stayed away are driving Mercedes and living the grand life..
There should be enough revenue in consulting...ie checking the network of churches, a variety of business, record companies, universities and anyone with sensitive data. Aside from the products, this is a real company with real revenues. The upside is HUGE.
I just found out that Greg worked as a consultant on "To Catch a Predator Show"..Thats big, my wife loves that show! Next time, instead of getting paid, just request a few commercials to air during the show in leiu of monetary payment.
Maybe Greg can get his rich friends to each buy a measly $5K worth of stock next week..You know he's got people ready to pull the trigger on 20-50 million shares! Who's attending the shareholders meeting?
Nice time to make a move while some other big popular penny plays are halted...Looking for a good day
.001 ??!! Many bought closer to a penny!!
What does Ligatts CFO do ? She/He should be all over the financials. Shouldnt be hard to put out something that is unaudited..
I truly believe that Greg can get over a penny with the close of the 504 and some financial insight..
No T Trades today?!
B/c it would signal the death of his stock. As a man, he has to keep his word on something that he promised..He promised LIGATT would be a money making company, he told people that if they invested their hard earned money and had faith in him, that he'd make them richer than hell..Plus, it just doesn't make good business sense. He should look in the mirror and ask what he can sacrifice or do to increase SP instead of putting the blunt of responsibility on the shareholders...
PR of closed 504 + hint of LIGATT contract or record Q3 would make us run..
Now thats keeping it real ..
If you want to be rich, buy my stock "Greg Evans" ..
I still think that the website is very amatuer at best.. The code is never encrypted right. It looks like some kid in a webdesign class turned it in for his midterm..
Surely the world's #1 Hacker can garner a spot among 1000's of hackers in the country!! Time to put up or shutup. Make it happen!
Agreed 100% .. What is the CFO getting paid to do? We haven't seen anything substantial or beneficial yet.. The financials and the numbers should have been her #1 task and priority.
LIGATT/Greg, have some personal pride and do what you say youre going to do when you say you're going to do it. We've known for months now that the SS would be updated. No excuse for it not to be. And please dont blame your shareholders for complaining when deadlines aren't met. Balls in your court!
When you spend more than you make, it doesn't matter how much money you make. As CEO, you are accountable to your shareholders! Ive never seen anything hinting at revenues, but Ive seen stuff where we write checks for every body in ATL's causes. These people are using Gregs ego to take money (that he probably doesnt have) out of his pockets by boosting his head and making him think that he's rich and in their circle. False.. Learn to say no..At least until this thing gets its feet
Greg's rich..We dont really need the 504 b/c he's already loaded ...Just some extra reserve cash
Or ... LIGATT expects record Q3 revenues and have XYZ contract valued at an estimated XX,XXX,XXX ..
Greg, this is your baby....TIme to make it happen...Balls in your court !!!
IMO we still need something hinting at revenues or at how much the company is bringing in..
Indeed Rock & Roll time if the company is done.... Onwards toward a penny .. We could have gotten started towards there last weeek if not for the T trades IMO
I see us running to around .008 in the very near future..
We need a powerhouse PR with something of substance and fact, not of empty promise. Dividends, cool...Free shares, nice, but we the shareholder havent seen anything from LIGATT. We need something positive that is set in stone and that is a money maker or can drive volume.
Ive just got a problem with openly professing the Christian values of your company and yourself, and in the same breath turning around and cursing, and talking bad about people. That has nothing to do with being perfect, its about excersising maturity and some common decency. GMoney, you and I cant go to our jobs like that, so why is it ok for Greg to act a darn fool with no reprocussions?
I hate to say it, but BMan seems to be correct in his assessment. I wish Evans would in his words "keep it real" and let us know what we have going on here in regards to share structure and the 504. Have some personal pride and integrity and be forthright with your shareholders. Besides, its a HUGE conflict of interest to say that this is a Christian based company, and then publicly and openly degrade people and use foul language. Just doesn't sit well with people who are use to seeing politicians, ceo's say one thing and do another. How are you going to have a Christian based company, and in the same breath cover in a blog on spoofem all of the mess and sin going on in the world. Greg, make what you say and do line up with your company values. The Lord doesn't bless mess!!!
Hacker hits UNC-Chapel Hill study data on 236,000 women

Among the information exposed: the Social Security numbers of 163,000 study participants.
Though the intrusion was detected in late July, computer forensics experts say it may have happened two years ago, said Matthew Mauro, chairman of the UNC-CH Department of Radiology.
And though UNC-CH officials and a private computer forensic expert have spent two months investigating, they still don't know who did the hacking, where the attack originated, or even whether data was downloaded.
''There's no direct evidence that any information has been removed," Mauro said. "But we can't say for sure."
The compromised server had all required security measures, Mauro said. It was one of two servers housing data on more than 662,000 women. The data are part of the Carolina Mammography Registry, a 14-year-old project that compiles and analyzes mammography results submitted by radiologists across the state.
The data are submitted to UNC-CH electronically; that process will now be tightened up, Mauro said.
Until several years ago, Social Security numbers were used as patient identification codes, which is why that information was part of some, but not all, patient files.
The project is funded by a five-year National Institutes of Health grant worth more than $2 million. Mauro and the project's chief researcher, Bonnie Yankaskas, say they hope the security breach doesn't affect future federal funding.
A spokeswoman for the NIH declined to comment Thursday.
''This is the worst thing that could possibly happen," said Yankaskas, who has led the project since its inception. "It's the kind of thing that, in 1995, we didn't even think about. We go through all these measures to make everything secure, and then a hacker comes along and turns it upside down. I'm devastated."
Universities are popular targets for hackers because, unlike private corporations, their computing systems are largely decentralized, said Karen McCall, a UNC Health Care spokeswoman. Thus, security breaches aren't always detected quickly.
While they didn't find evidence that files were downloaded, investigators did find traces of viruses dating to 2007, Mauro said, an indication that the registry had been compromised for that long.
''Once they gain access to a system, they are often just taking a peek," said John Snyder of Net Friends, a Durham security firm. "They may have accessed many systems, and they'll get to you when they get to you."
Snyder cautioned that information may have been taken even if there were no traces of that happening.
''It's pretty easy to make a copy of something to an external source and cover your tracks," he said.
The hacked server has been taken down, its data removed, and the intrusion has prompted a broad examination of computer server security across the medical school, Mauro said. The medical school alone has about 580 servers housing research and clinical data. That does not include UNC Hospitals' patient files, which are maintained separately.
In coming days, the medical school will send letters to all 236,000 study participants about the security breach. School officials said they held off on notifying participants until they had completed their investigation and would be able to field questions.
For 14 years, the research project has studied the practice of mammography and helped identify breast cancer risk factors and improve early detection.
''I know women will be upset by this," said Yankaskas, the lead researcher. "I'm hoping they will appreciate the good this project is doing and let us continue."
A strategic stock buyback would get this thing to over .01 .. If Gregs got as much money as his boast, I dont see why this wouldnt be a viable option.
Agreed..Stock would fair better if Greg stayed, way way way back in the background...Let him do his technical and computer thing, and let someone with alot more class and polish be the face of Ligatt. At the end of the day, you have to be a professional and be able to represent the decency that corporate America and your shareholders want..
When you hit it big and become a billionaire and Ligatt acquired Microsoft, then you can start acting like a maniac. Until then, act like you have some doggone sense.
Every time we go Green, Greg comes out with a video blog...Hopefully we wont see it this time and can sustain a weeklong run
Hope this thing can get back close to most entry point before the shareholders meeting...
This fluff has not worked for us and hasnt driven up PPS. The problem is, Greg is the only one who knows if this company is producing any revenues. The market hasnt shown any confidence in Greg and his mouth
lol...I havent given up yet!! Losing money sucks
By the way, what was the point of the CEO coming from out of obsurity to do these video blogs anyways? When we hit a high of .015, no one knew who he was...We could have inched upwards if not for the immaturity and unprofessionalism.. Point blank, no mature, business saavy adult behaves that way..
I find it hard to believe that the one person in this universe who doesnt think that releasing some sort of financials or revenues will do wonders for this stock is the CEO
Revenues, Revenues, Revenues,Revenues, Revenues, Revenues...
I'm pd off too...What happened to the days of "If you wanna be rich, by my stock"...Nobody is gonna by this stock b/c of our CEO, they buy on the potential that LIGATT is in the right market...In fact, we probably lose some potential investors bc of Gregs mouth and ways...
If he is not on the Forbes cover in January, then we know that he has some very very very serious serious serious serious mental issues and the need for attention. If he is on the cover, then he will be the biggest hero since Batman and this stock will take off like no other. Time will tell..Maybe his movie producer contacts and other folks have some inside relationships with Forbes..Never know..I for one hope this thing gets back to a respectable level so that I can at least break even.. Geez, hopefully thats not too much to ask
No matter your belief, Greg has had some major exposure and access to nationally syndicated print, radio and talk shows. Some business only dream of having that kind of network and connections. We need to tap into our strength and drive this bad boy upward. I for one have lost big playing this thing, but have some faith remaining in Greg. Besides, it'd be a bad scene in his movie to have him getting beat up by angry, broke shareholder .. Ive got faith that he'll prove himself to be a hero.....
