Well, then disregard my previous post. It sure looks like the judge has an open mind towards an equity committee. Let's hope that he will order the appointment of one soon.
I would actually go a step further and interpret the judge's words such that his intend is to make sure the equity is properly represented. If he had just an "open mind" towards that idea, he would not have touched this subject unless he was prompted by any one party. (if he was and I missed that part, disregard my post...I am getting a bit tired)
In reference to MadClown's conspiracy theory, Mr. Baxter says on page 31:
"Your Honor, it was I who began the e-mail correspondence in question. There's nothing confidential about it. There was no attempt by me or any other person, for that matter, to label the communication as confidential. The communication was a proposal by me for a fee auditor. No controversy or claim was sought to be compromised."
This is interesting as well:
"The debtors' management incentive plan contemplates
250 million dollars of EBITDA this year. Now, whether those
amounts will be hit or not remains to be seen, because those
were not slam-dunk targets, as we discussed in connection with
that hearing. But those are achievable targets, to the extent
the company performs above plan. And we have every reason to
believe that the company will come close to those numbers if
not meet those numbers."
Pages 26/27
We just had that, didn't we? And it didn't really work either...
2009 bond @ $104.75
You could be like the "IHUB Congressman" in that committee.
No, everybody is just waiting for that $1.
Here we go again...this is really getting old!
But the government can print money, Berkshire-Hathaway can't. LOL
Everyone who is in this stock should be well aware of that risk. They should have known it from the moment they typed the ticker symbol into the order form. That Q at the end stands for just that.
Now, does anyone have an idea how we could go about actually getting that shareholder committee established? Apparently the only reason the court hasn't appointed the SHC since nobody has asked for it. Let's get this rolling...
CEMJQ MM and or others that initially sent the letter to the court, I don't know to what degree you are able to talk about the status of the equity committee, but do you think we would benefit of more requests for an equity committee with the court?
Would any of you still have the letter template?
I just hope that everyone who wants to sell does so today. I finally want to have a nice few days again.
I am not quite sure if this would change anything, as the court is aware of the request. I also don't know why an equity committee hasn't been established yet.
If it would help however, I would be glad to send a letter as well, as for some reason I missed the first round.
C'mon madclown, seriously...
I really appreciate all your hard work and the time you put into all of your DD, but what you did this morning really wasn't your best shot.
First of all, as you know CEMJQ trades very thinly and I am sure that you, or I or many others here as well, could move the SP by a few cents. On a low volume day the move could actually be substantial. And what did you expect to happen, when you, the most loyal and active CEMJQ DD god of all, suddenly posts "I sold all my shares for a very good reason, but I am not telling you why."? Seriously, madclown, what did you expect?
You could have brought up those reasons of yours when they crossed your mind. They could have been discussed openly here on the board. And if you still wanted to sell, you could have done so without spreading fear.
I am disappointed in you afterall. Good luck to you and your family!
More doubters selling?
Amen! Same here. Good luck to me! :)
C'mon, I wanna see the 1 dollar now...
2009 - $102.50
2016 - $104.375
2026 - $78.937
What's up with that 1 dollar mark? every time we cross it, someone freaks out and sells...
I hope people will get back to their senses soon...
Whooh! That was exciting. Madclown was a strong contributor to this board with valuable DD. He sold because he had a reason to. So what? If others have a legitimate(!) reason to sell, please do so as well. What I despise is when people who sold post on the board about it. The same goes for madclown. In his case I also have to accuse him of interfering with other investors' opinions by influencing them with his personal subjective believes. Unfortunately, there will always be investors who fall for this and are easy targets for this kind of influence.
Anyways, let's try to get over this little incident and move on from here.
To all the others out there thinking about doing something similar: Just do it and shut up about it! Sell and silently go away!
To all the longs here still aboard: Let's look forward and leave the weak behind. Let's not even waste a thought on them. We know where we are headed.
Nice close at HOD. We did get some volume afterall.
2009 bonds at $102.50
I didn't say I would sell. In fact, I am not going to sell a single share below $12. I was merely commenting on today's close.
Just looking at the level 2. There are small buys at the ask holding the price up. Then there are large sells at the bid poking holes into the bid. Sooner or later the bid will collapse and the ask will follow.
If we don't get any substantial volume soon, we'll close at or below .80 today. The MM's will make sure of that.
Stop selling, people!
I just hope that nobody will have a freaking meltdown and starts selling at the bid during the last hour...
(1) .88 left, then .89's. Bid building nicely.
I agree. If we actually do get some volume, it should move up like a warm knife through butter.
Am I looking at the wrong ticker? I don't see any volume. A couple of hundred shares here and there...nothing larger than that during the last 30 minutes...
IHUB is having problems today.
Good to see you again, Sklauble.
Ask is getting hit nicely. .86 is up.
We don't seem to have any big selling, which is a good thing.
Well, the last few minutes made it look a little better (better: not all that bad). I hope this trend will continue tomorrow morning and we can finally start moving up again.
It's all good again. A jump like this couldn't have been good.
on 10k shares - what is going on?
