They ARE focussing on their core business.
Just read the title of the new PR:
Empire Applies for Additional Exploration Licenses in Tasmania as Part of a New Strategic Alliance with a UK Natural Resources House.
This "new strategic alliance" might be part of the ongoing fund raising campaign in the UK by Malcolm Bendall and Mark Callaway...
If EEGC is trading at a substantially higher level by then, I might extend my stay (and thus stop going to school 1.5 month before I graduate ).
Road to the drilling site:

They have already drilled several stratigraphic wells in the past.
The Tasmania basin is a virgin frontier basin...
This is only possible for Australian investors.
By buying shares this way, they support the company, which is great!!!
Well, they DID have the financing in July (they used it to pre-collar Bellevue and to mobilize the Hunt Ruig), but "The Chinese" stopped paying after 3.9 million dollars.
Malcolm has made many promises before, However, It is my belief, that it has always been based on the best available Information he has had to impart to investors at the time.
Excactly, hower he might have been over-confident sometimes (most of the times )...
The Acquisition is probably part of the fundraising campaign in London by Malcolm Bendall and Mark Callaway.
As soon as they have the money in their bank account, it'll take +/- 2 weeks to mobilize the crew (as Malcolm said in the MoneyTV interview).
If we get the rights when EEGC is at let's say 0.10, it's a good deal for both the shareholders and the company.
True.
Not only easier, also "cheaper" (less dilution).
Your last phrase is absolutely 100% correct!
Correct.
The low oil prices are actually an advantage for GSLM: if there were several other exploration projects going on at the moment, Hunt Energy might have moved their rig to other places in Australia already...
Every disadvantage has got is advantage...
Example:
*Disadvantage: Pps remains low
*Associated advantages:
-->Great deals for "bargain hunters" .
-->Only the real "believers" (including me) will be left when the pps will finally explode
In French they call this "reculer pour mieux sauter" !
Anyway, my suitcase is packed and tomorrow I'm leaving for Tassie ! Hopefully and probably, I'll be able to bring a bottle filled with oil from the Bellvue site with me back to Belgium !
... who am I to disagree !
Yeah, but why would they do that (shorting EEGC)?
Interest is clearly picking up (higher volume), but the PPS doesn't go up... This means that sellers are prepared to sell "lots" of share at the current prices.
Who in the world is currently selling EEGC??? Maybe large hedgefunds who urgently need some cash?
What do you guys think?
If EEGC reaches $1 while I'm there, you come and join me, OK ?
You shouldn't , buy a last-minute ticket and come join me !!!
I surely will. I'll probably be able to post pictures on this bboard (both EEGC-related and non-EEGC-related ).
I hope, think and expect I'll be able to spot some Tasmanian Devils, Kangaroos,... while I'm there .
I'll try to bring a jar with oil from the Bellevue well back to Belgian as a "souvenir" (really!).
As my "compatriots" said, drilling will start after Easter.
The Bellevue well will be completed at/around the 26th as I predicted a few weeks ago...
April will become a historical month for us EEGC shareholders/believers!
Guys, I'm that "Belgian" who'll visit Tasmania!
I'm leaving this Saturday. I'll arrive in Hobart Monday afternoon (Hobart time).
While I'm there, I'll visit the Hobart office, Bronte Park, the drilling site(s),...
I'll probably be able to post on this bboard while I'm there.
Stay tuned!
Vincent.
This is also very true...!
Great post. I fully agree.
It's a loan to GSLM (Australian company) and not to EEGC (American company), so they don't need to disclose all details to the American SEC.
Great post, b2r !
That's very true!
I have absolutely no doubt about that. Once EEGC hits $3, I'll be a millionaire .
Several friends of mine are holding (much) more shares than me and YES, that makes me a little bit nervous .
I bought some extra shares yesterday and I'm now holding 333,333 shares. 3 is my lucky number.
Have a great weekend all!
I just took a look at the chart above and based on Technical Analysis it's a great time to buy!
Just draw a line that connects the three last "bottoms" and you'll see... A BULLISH TRENDLINE !
It's great to see Mark Callaway's optimism!
He has lots of experience and he surely knows what he's talking about. Just do some research and see for yourself.
The "happy end" of this fantastic movie called "Quest for the black (oil) and invisible (gas) gold" is coming closer and closer.
Please note that Malcolm Bendall didn't say that drilling will start 2 weeks FROM NOW...
He said it takes 2 weeks to mobilize the drilling crew. This interview has been recorded a while ago, so it might be less than two weeks before the drilling starts.
You probably mean this:
“Mr Simpson said the only site where there was any environmental issue was Bellevue, in the Central Highlands, where threatened Tasmanian wedge-tail eagles were nesting.
Their presence meant drilling could not occur between August and January, the breeding season.”
Bellevue (and many other wells) will be completed well before August.
Great post. I fully agree!
