Looks like no one is willing to drop to the bid. Hold 'em!
Question for the board. The intraday chart on this IHUB page is supposedly on a 15 minute delay. I notice the red line for the opening price always seems to move ahead of time indicating which direction the price is going. In other words, as has been happening quite frequently lately, the red line moves to the top of the chart and then shortly thereafter, the stock price drops. Just curious about this. Any explanation?
Hopefully, wherever he is, he will be able to see ASFX succeed.
It's like Chinese water torture watching this stock lately.
tytlf,
From what I can see on the OTCBB website, it does not appear that the uplisting has occured yet. Do you have anything further on this?
ASFX negative facilitators working very hard to spread doubt and innuendo. Proven wrong yesterday on claims that insiders were in fact dumping. Be very careful in putting stock in the selective facts and assumptions of negative facilitators.
Thanks for the update ty. As I said earlier, the company continues to move in the right direction!
The only facts I saw were that revenue decreased and they have not rescheduled a S/H meeting. The rest are all assumptions. Just wading through the dog BS
Thanks Med. Some like to play fast and loose with the facts. I have no problem with anyone who has concerns with the company. I certainly have some, but I believe they continue to head in the right direction. Twisting facts to support assumptions, whether positive or negative is extremely annoying to me. Especially when it is done over and over ad nauseum.
You must be referring to the holdings of Jason Roth. It was noted
in the December 16th filing that the 212,500,000 shares attributed to him were held by Safeguard Medical Technologies LLC and that since he was a 65% owner and had dispositive control of the company, he was deemed to beneficially own those shares. Notice that the December 31st filing no longer has that disclosure. It would appear that Safeguard distributed the shares to the respective owners of the LLC and Mr. Roth ended up with 98,500,000 shares. Again, no proof that any officer/director has sold.
So I guess you have no response to your claim that insiders have dumped 40%? The filings show no specific proof of this.
Your links don't seem to be working. No matter, I've seen this post before. I believe Mr Hart was listed as an interim CFO. The S-1 no longer lists him as an officer so his interim position may no longer exist. He may or may not still be with the company and he may or may not still own his shares. No determination can be made from these reports as far as I can see.
Where does it show that insiders are dumping? Is there a report that shows this?
They sold over $30,000,000.00 of those "novelties" in Europe. Keep trying.
All newbies, please read all posts and you will easily see where credibility lies.
Nice finish!
Brez,
I only used the multiple of 20 as an example, but it could be possible.
March 31st
rkdn,
The # of o/s shares is important because it determines the net income per share, which ultimately affects the value of the share. If a company earns $1,000,000.00 and has 1,000,000 shares o/s, the earnings per share equal $1.00. At 20 times earnings, the stock would be worth $20.00 per share. In ASFX situation, we have approximately 2 billion shares o/s. We would have to have 2 billion dollars of net income to have earnings of $1.00 per share. Therefore we need a much greater amount of net income to increase the value of a share verses if there were only 1,000,000 shares o/s.
Sorry for the double post.
I think the question is what did they get for the other $200,000.

Not sure I'm reading it correctly. Appears they issued debt to buy back/eliminate some stock?
Volkswagon was a biggie!
bigjoejack,
A squeeze happens when someone has sold a lot of the stock short and then the price starts to rise. The short seller is forced to buy back at a higher price to cover his short position. If the short seller has sold a big enough position, then buying back all that stock accelerates the price increase and they have no choice but to continue buying until they have covered. Hence the term "squeeze".
Thanks!
Anyone have the close?
Still not allowed.
pffffttt,
Nice find. No question, we are for real!
Shadow,
I think we may have to wait for the first quarter report due May 15th. The 4th quarter may not show much in the way of revenues. However, you may be right in that they should be disclosing any material subsequent events between the year end and date of filing as part of the K.
Keep up the good work Brez. Wasn't he/she the one telling everyone to get out at .014?
Fine for day traders. Many of us here are long and aren't too concerned about these ups and downs.
As I mentioned the other day, the manipulation continues. Hopefully it ends when TD lifts the restriction.
Brez,
There has to be big contracts of some sort in the pipeline to commit to advertising dollars like that!
All makes sense.
$1,500,000.00 ad campaign. You don't commit to that unless you know you will have the funds! Obviously, they do!
Sorry for the repeats.
Guess the manipulation is not over yet?
