Nah, no predictions. Just sitting and waiting. I know this is a great company. That's why I am waiting. good luck to you!
Gal
I've been reading message board, doing my own DD as well as reading the great stuff you guys/gals have posted for the last few weeks. I only hold a million shares but, I am anxiously awaiting uplisting news. I talked with someone yesterday and they said to definitely HOLD and this stock as it will make history. I am leary of pinks as many others are but, I bought at .0001 and could possibly gain $$$$$$$$$ from my little $100 invested.
GLTA!
Gal :)
The statement I'm going to make is very obvious but, to REALLY get to dollarland and stay, it's gonna take losing the Q. Which IMO will happen. :)
Wonder what kinda bottom we'll see.
YUck. :(
we're still holding this morning the same as yesterday. it will be interesting to see what Monday brings. Would be nice to see some good news to get it kicked off on otcbb. They will have to release the new symbol news before then.
Even with the low volume. I think after new year with some great news we'll be sitting even prettier. This is a good start.
This has a little bit more info released just now.

Judge OKs Pilgrim's Pride DIP financing
Tuesday December 30, 3:46 pm ET
CHICAGO (Reuters) - Pilgrim's Pride Corp's (Other OTC:PGPDQ.PK - News) final debtor in possession financing was approved on Tuesday, though it may be amended to address some concerns.

Pilgrim's Pride, the largest U.S. chicken company, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in early December after struggling with high feed costs and low meat prices.
It already received interim court approval to access $365 million of $450 million in DIP financing on December 3. The Bank of Montreal is the lead DIP agent.
During a hearing on Tuesday, a lawyer representing Pilgrim's Pride said one response to the DIP financing was filed under seal.
Judge D. Michael Lynn of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas told the court the objection contained nothing "stunning."
Pilgrim's Pride's lawyers and other principal parties involved the bankruptcy proceedings then met with Lynn in chambers to discuss the matter.
Afterward, a lawyer for Pilgrim's Pride said objections to the proposed form of financing were resolved and that a revised form of order would be submitted later on Tuesday.
"I'm going to approve the financing on the terms proposed," Lynn said. "There may be a later amendment to address concerns expressed in chambers."
Other motions were also granted, including the retention of Lazard Freres & Co LLC as Pilgrim's Pride's investment banker.
Shares of Pilgrim's Pride were up 1 cent at 60 cents per share. Last December, Pilgrim's Pride traded near $29.
The case is Pilgrim's Pride Corporation, et al., U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, No. 08-45664.

I don't hold a bunch but, I have enough to when it gets to a few bucks, I'll make a nice chunk of change. I sold when I held some at .30 and I've been kicking myself since then.
I just don't see it not getting back. This company is huge. I have been through the town Pittsburg numerous times going to Oklahoma to visit relatives since I was a child. The whole town is centered around the Pilgrims. You should see the dog gone mansion for the Pilgrims! Awesome!
I'M READY FOR THE CHICKEN RUN!!!!!!!!!!
I've been waitin' for this day. Let's see what it will bring. I'm ready for this stock to rock!!
Hey Dale,
we still holding up in fle since delisting news. to me, the real test will be on Monday, Jan. 5th as an otcbb.
dude, I hope so!!!!!
It looks like we will have to wait to get the final results that's supposed to happen this afternoon after the amendments. Possibly tomorrow? I'm waiting.
I think good things will come out of this. Other poultry producers had suffered as well with the increased feed costs, fuel costs and now that there's a break, maybe it can help them recover.
Looks like the buy vs. sell volume is pretty close to being even. I really don't see this staying down like this much longer after they get their stuff together. I'm counting on the Pilgrims.
I hope so!!! Need some volume. It's been low in comparison to a few weeks ago but, that was to be expected until the hearing.

I have so much stuff in my portfolio in the red it's pathetic! Maybe after new year???? Jan. 5th it moves to otcbb. I hope in the coming months, some good news comes out.
good post. thanks
Yea, at least we know that this is a good solid company that has been around for years.
So I take it you plan to hold what you have in here? She's gonna blow eventually.
I was really hoping for this one to reach a $1 or pretty darn close to it and stay listed but, this company's going to make it happen, eventually. Unfortunately it is not as quick as I wanted it to happen!
I keep saying I want a bail out, too!!!
That's what I keep hearing from friends at work I know who trade as well as the ihubbers, of course. Now is the time to buy because this is just a temporary thing for our economy. How temporary is it though? :( UUgghhhh..........
yes, thank God. :)
Looks to me like the news yesterday had no effect on this. It's still trading the same way, right?
Today's the day. Maybe some, good, info released this afternoon? :)
coooll!!!
Thanks alot. You have given me confirmation on what I thought, as a new trader lined with educated guesses, might happen.
I feel a lil' betta!!! :)
I may try to get out and get back in IF it decides to go down. I'll watch tomorrow. That way I could get in cheaper. I just don't believe it will stay at these price levels with the value of the company and their products. Of course, IMO!
That's more refreshing. Hopefully it will be only temporary. :) Thanks for your time!!!! I really appreciate it.
I know you have been trading for a few years. Have you seen anything good come out of a company going from nyse to otcbb? I know the company is doing what they can to improve and restructure.
Not to mention the top quality manufactured homes/mobile homes, whatever you wish to call them, that they sell. Definitley something wrong with the picture.
FLE has been listed since 1970.
Yea, I am just steering away from the pinks as I've said before. No non-reporters for me!!! Hopefully, we could see a pop one of these days. This company has been around even before I was born. I'd like to see some of these companies like FLE survive in this jungle of a market.
Glad to see you will continue to buy.
It's just really sad how the economy is really taking a toll on some great companies that have been on the big exchanges for years.
Thanks Dale W!
Thanks again for your input!! I've read over it a few times to be sure I fully understand. I am in the medical field and not financial, business world but, I'm learning quickly!!! :)
Thanks for your reply. It's much appreciated. I kinda thought that but, wanted to see if my hunches were right.
Any possibility of going up?????
