I'm still keeping an eye on these guys, Gold mines are still there, but haven't been able to find any funding.
The company has an investor who says they are going to bring all financials current with the SEC...time will tell...
Looks like this company is finally coming alive. According to whomever answered the phone at their number, they are posting current financial and disclosure documents on pink sheets in the next couple of days...
Anyone else following this thing?
http://www.seamlesssale.com is a semi-beta site that they are working to test their new auction format...it's been going pretty good the past couple of months that I've been following it.
According to Seamless, CVCP is the builder and manager of the site, not sure the revenue arrangement or anything.
If you're interested in first hand info, Mike will be in the office tomorrow.
Last week I was told that they had 2 auction sites with some pretty solid info were getting ready to go into beta in the next couple of weeks and a 3rd e-commerce site was in the works.
They are operating on a shoe-string budget right now since capital has dried up so they aren't paying for press or anything else until they get things up and running
I spoke with them the other day about another project and was informed about BPIL.
It is a legitimate company and they outright own a couple of gold mines and were looking for a public vehicle to raise the money.
They planned on doing a reverse split and then going from there. They are currently working on putting together an updated financial statement and are going to be filing regular reports.
Website is in the works going over some of the details and should be up in the next couple of weeks.
The gold mine info sounded exciting, a couple of mines in California with some exciting histories and some pretty solid geological reports to back them up.
The company is in new hands recently and they have picked up a couple of gold mines recently and are now trying to clean up the public side of things.
I just spoke to the guy in charge of the project and he gave me a quick run down. Apparently the public entity had to clean up some tax issues to get squared away, but should hopefully be under way soon.
With the price of gold and the state of the economy this has some interest to me!
Anyone else on here involved in this company? It went out of business a couple of years ago, but recently has new ownership and acquired some mining assets
Any other news?
It seems that Mike is available at the main number at least once a week. 949.975.0544
I don't think he's the CEO, but he seems to be managing what is going on and bringing some new business to the table. I spoke with him last week and he said they were exploring some short term financing options and were ready to begin announcing what's going on with the company in the next few weeks. They have a number of interesting and exciting projects.
CAREFUL WITH THIS ONE!
Some people with very shady SEC history and involved in P&D schemes are working with this company!!!
I've been keeping in touch with the guys in charge of these projects. There is a gentleman named Mike Reinboth who is in charge of building out the auction side of things. I know that he is available at the main number for the company from time to time...hopefully something comin' along soon!
Sorry for the late reply here
Roy Cooper has not been the CEO for a while, he was replaced with James Clarke. I know that you can reach James or his assistant Janice at 949-975-0740
CVCP has some new web sites in the pipeline last I heard to go along with the social networking site. A new Auction site sounded very promising!
Looks like we are starting to see a little more activity.
I spoke with the CEO the other day and heard that there is some new stuff coming in the pipeline. It also looks like www.TheOuterPost.com is really starting to get some new traffic and moving up in the rankings. That should add some good value to this company
I run a number of small public companies and he was trying to solicit his services to me with promises of buying groups and euopean money. I was looking around for information and decided to look on here at some of the stocks he claimed he was working. I am staying FAR away from him. I don't need any legal battles with the SEC.
In early April EEGC announced the hiring of Bismark Consulting to do promotional work and help them raise money. They compensated them with 3M shares of restricted stock...6 months later the stock starts to fall like a rock. Coincidence?
...and still no money or progress from EEGC.
Very true...he was talking about 2007
The stock isn't going to go anywhere even if an oil strike comes when you have promoters with millions of shares ready to dump on the market...
Kevin Dills was the person who told me that he pumped VMTF stock when I was interested in working with his firm. He was saying that he was the only one "not caught" by the SEC so I was curious on what happened.
According to the SEC there is someone named Steve Roebuck who has a poor history who manipulated VMTF. I've heard many stories about him driving stocks intot he ground.
It looks like the promoters got their stock free now and are dumping it on the market...some more great work by Kevin Dills.
I did some looking into it and it appears that whomever worked this stock did some illegal work with it. I don't know if it was Kevin Dills as he said he did it or someone else. This was a scam from the start.
Yes, he was hired by MPIX to pump this stock and it looks like all he has done is sell and nothing else. People at MPIX keep telling me he has some sort of buying group that is going to work the stock...but that sounds fishy to me.
I was also told this stock by Kevin Dills, he mentioned that he took CYPW from .04 to .90...that seems like a big gain.
I was trying to do fact checking and see if anyone knew info here. Falconridge looks like it didn't work very good, it was a big downhill slide.
When did you buy into MPIX? .07 looks like a horrible spot, is there any upside? What is Mr Dills supposed to be doing with this stock?
Is anyone still following this stock?
I saw some buying come in on Monday and was hoping we could get some action in here again. I was going to give the CEO a call tomorrow and see if I could find out what's going on with the company.
Any news in here?
Does anyone know who handles investor relations for Cyclone Power? Their technology and the timing of the product is impressive so it seems like it could stand on it's own with the right press. I may be working with a gentleman named Kevin Dills who claims that he helped take the company public and then worked to take the stock from .04 to .90 a couple of months back. Is anyone here familiar with the name or his company Bismark Consulting? I'm hoping to do some fact checking before I sign on with him...
I was told by someone named Kevin Dills that they were responsible for the volume in VMT. I was hoping someone here would have some information because I can not get in contact with VMT. I am considering doing investor relations work with Kevin and Bismark Consulting and wanted to check on some of his claims. He also said he took CYPW from .04 to .90! Very impressive! If anyone has any information, please let me know.
