NITE was running it down, they got their shares, now they are gone and letting it run back up.
Its unfortunate that the public cant fight back on these things, its basically a free for all when it comes to how to throw away the tax payers money.
I have an idea of where it went, the special interests that had their hands out the first time they tried to pass it and it was denied, I'm sure it somehow made its way right into their pockets.
LOL:)
Well some are better at DD than others I guess. I'm just glad to see the company making some moves.
That must have happened as of today, huh? I notice that its been updated on their website as well, thats exciting. I hope we see a PR announcing it.
Thank you so much for confirming this for us, its good to see that this still has the same share structure, absolutely no dilution has occurred here.
Very nice find Brent!!!
PharmaCom BioVet, Inc. and IsoTherapeutics Group, LLC Announces Liquid Brachytherapy Planned for Canine Cancer Treatment Centers
RALEIGH, NC -- (Marketwire) -- 10/21/08 -- PharmaCom BioVet, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PHMB) is pleased to announce its plans with IsoTherapeutics Group, LLC to explore the latest ground-breaking direct injection liquid brachytherapy therapeutic radioisotope procedures* for use within its canine cancer treatment centers.
As part of its plans for state-of-the-art treatment centers for canine lymphoma and other forms of cancer, PharmaCom BioVet, Inc. is greatly encouraged by the latest research results in direct injection of liquid brachytherapy radioisotopes into tumors. Recently published collaborate studies on canines and mice by IsoTherapeutics Group, LLC and Valco Instruments Company Inc. have demonstrated that direct injection procedures with an easy to prepare, high pH formulation allow for better targeting of the radioisotope treatment with less migration into other non-cancerous cells.
They are collaborating with petscreen ltd which created the Lymphoma test. They are also collaborating with many other vets and oncologists as well as the Veterinary Dept at WSU to find better cures for not only cancer but other ailments as well.

Thanks! Wow $30 million dollars being raised, nice.
We dont know yet, should be announced when they PR the opening.
Yes, news should be coming regarding the two centers being opened before the end of '08.
Yep, thats why I'm so excited about this company.
The great thing about this is the company is expanding on already proven idea, there are treatment facilities out there but only in certain areas. Two I found do quite well treating some 24000 patients per year in just the two facilites and that was only in the Tampa Bay FL area.
I agree completely, I am looking forward to the updates as well.
LOL, its all good, and yes it does want to trade:)
I havent gotten the chance to talk with the ceo yet, although I'm told that he is willing to talk with shareholders so you might give him a call. I believe news will be coming soon on the news centers, two will be opened before the end of 2008.
Yeah, you might get lucky, but it could be a long wait, lol
Its not a shell, its a startup company:)
Welcome!!!
I agree!
Good Morning, so far we have 2@.0013x 1@.0014, looking good.

Nice to see you as well, goforthebet. I agree, excellent opportunity here, looking forward to the day.
Doing well! I was half expecting to see a little gap up this morning, I would love to see it start creating a new base today, hopefully it will the .002s. Chart looks nice after yesterday:
Good morning, HO:)
GM all, I bought in yesterday, looking for a nice day here!!! GLTA!
PHMB Chart:

Should the Big Three Be Allowed to Fail?"
Yes, yes they should. Why should the American taxpayers be forced to bail these companies out??? If these companies are given a bailout, whats to stop the next round of companies in a different market from asking for a handout..er bailout. I'm mean really, I hear Sears is having issues these days, they've stopped sending out their big huge christmas catalogs, thats such a shame, maybe they need a handout.....er bailout. I hear Target is really having a tough time competing with Wal-mart, maybe Target needs handout. I'd like a handout.....er bailout. If they are willing to give the car companies billions of dollars then I'm sure they would be willing to give me a couple million, right??? I mean I am a taxpayer I should be just as worthy of a "bailout". HHhmmmm, how about my neighbor who is a retired police officer and ex-marine, he has given much to his community and is also a tax payer. He is losing his home trying to pay the medical bills of his wife who is dying of cancer...........I bet they could use a bailout.
It is absolutely beyond me how washingtion is allowed to determine how to use the peoples money. Anyone remember the $700 Billion bailout that they swore was imperative to keeping the country out of a recession??? They were going to buy back the bad debt from the mortgage crisis, or at least that was the point of it in the first place. Now they have turned around and decided thats not what they are going to use it for afterall. Why are they allowed to do this??? We as tax payers have to pay this money back and its not even doing us any good. Well, I suppose the rum makers or the wooden arrow makers who both got a big tax credit out of it really appreciate how stupid our government is. I know I do.
The links are not all over 1 year old actually, some are from this year as well as late last year. You stated that you were not able to find anything that was more current than 2006.
Here is another link regarding the lymphoma testing as of this year from pet-screen directly which is from this year:
http://www.pet-screen.com/web/petscr/index.cfm?s=2&dir=4711
Proteomic serum biomarkers discriminate lymphoma from non-lymphoma patients Slides presented at the European Society of Veterinary Oncology and VCS First World Veterinary Cancer Meeting, Copenhagen, Denmark, February 28 - March 1, 2008.
As far as where are the tests are sold, well they arent sold to the public, this a test in which blood is collected by a veterinarian and sent to the labs for results, much like most blood tests are. Its not an at home kit.
This is pretty impressive from the petscreen website regarding the found of petscreen:
Graeme Radcliffe - Chairman
Founder and former Chairman of NEWSdesk (www.newsdesk.com) the first dedicated Internet news network for high-tech journalists and analysts which was acquired in December 1998 by PR Newswire (the New York-based global news distribution subsidiary of United News & Media) for an undisclosed sum. A former journalist, Radcliffe launched NEWSdesk in 1993. The site was the first of its kind - and an early and classic illustration of internet community, content & commerce.
Using technology to shine light into dark places is a consummate passion and the death to cancer of his 4 year old curly coat retriever in 2000 led him to begin the search which eventually led to the formation of PetScreen in 2003/4.
In 2001, Radcliffe became Professor for Innovation & Enterprise at Nottingham Trent University holding posts within the Centre for Broadcast & Journalism, the University incubation unit called The Hive and formally as main board director of the Universitys Enterprise Board, which spans commercial activity across all faculties. He has also served on Nottingham's prestigious Bio-City steering committee, and was deputy Chairman of the East Midlands Development Agency business support group.
This is one of the most up an coming markets in the pet industry, try doing a google search for Canine cancer treatment facilities and you will see that its a multi-million dollar market. As far as what their future plans are for the shares, you dont know and I dont know, so really its best not to guess.
Im sorry you said that it had been PRd, thankfully 2008 is not over yet, in fact they still have three weeks to open any centers.
As far as PetScreen, you just need to know where to look, here are several articles showing that they are still very much in business:

PetScreen Newsletter
In our first post, we told you about Petscreen, and what an incredibly important job they are doing for Canine Cancer. To recap: PetScreen utilises technologies which are emerging as a result of post genomic research. Using advanced bio-marker technology and the latest mass spectrometry, a serum sample can be rapidly analysed to detect a ‘fingerprint’ which patterns proteins in the blood providing a convenient screening test for cancer. If cancer is detected, PetScreen are able to provide a Directed Chemotherapy Assay (DCA) which highlights resistance from the start and identifies the treatment most likely to be effective for an individual patient.
PetScreen have just released a newsletter, which we'd like to share with you here:
It has already been a very busy year for us. We have recently returned from the North American Veterinary Conference (NAVC) where we met up with many friends and collaborators in addition to meeting new potential partners to help us develop our range of tests and to supply them around the world.
Notably, we had a very enjoyable meeting with Dr Patty Olsen, President of the Morris Animal Foundation – an exceptional person who is making great strides in the fight against cancer in dogs. If you have not already seen the MAF Canine Cancer Campaign website, take a look at:
www.curecaninecancer.org
We discussed the progress on the research projects into osteosarcoma and hemangiosarcoma to which our Chairman, Graeme Radcliffe has provided donations.
Straight after NAVC, Dr Kevin Slater (our Chief Executive) travelled to The Veterinary School at Columbia Missouri for meetings to discuss the collaborative work we are doing with Dr Carolyn Henry. Some exciting new ideas emerged which should help in the application of our DCA test to the treatment of lymphoma in dogs.
Later in February Kevin will be going to Copenhagen where he will give a paper describing the latest results from our lymphoma blood test to leading canine oncologists at the First World Veterinary Cancer Meeting. Dr Henry will also be giving a key note address on the subject of cancer screening in veterinary medicine. You can find out more about this meeting at:
www.worldvetcancer2008.dk
Straight after the Copenhagen meeting it will be Crufts. We have a stand in Hall 5 number 132. If you are planning to attend Crufts this year, please come to see us. It would be good to meet you and to tell you in person more about our work.
Recruiting blood samples to enable us to develop new screening tests for cancer in dogs and cats continues to be a major focus for us. If your dog or cat has been diagnosed with cancer and you would be willing to donate a small sample of their blood, it would go a long way to helping us fight this disease. You could either let us know directly by replying to these e-mails:
info@pet-screen.com (For Owners)
vets@pet-screen.com (For Vets)
or by going to the donation section of our website
And now for the personal take on this incredible project: below you can see a picture I took only this morning on the beach of Lalla and Beverly smooching each other. The two have been friends since they were puppies, and not only are they neighbors and the same age - they were both diagnosed with cancer at the same time, Beverly with Lymphoma and Lalla with Osteosarcoma.
Plenty of shares to sell??? They havent sold any shares, it would be seen in the trading and its not.
Which prior PRs claim two clinics by end of 2008 exactly? I cant seem to find that anywhere, I had heard it from someone but I dont see it in the PRs.
Here is PetScreen's website, looks like they are fine to me:
http://www.pet-screen.com/web/petscr/index.cfm?s=1
I do not know why you are comparing PHMB with DMTN, the two companies have nothing to do with each other.
Dino Jr. is not a board member for PHMB.
Dan Ryan is no longer associated with PHMB, he was the owner of the shell that PHMB purchased.
They share the same legal counsel, however Diane Dalmy & Associates is specializes in business law and SEC regulations.
I have no idea what insufficiently disclosed material stock transactions, if you're referring to the REGDEX filing that information is public and can be ordered for a small fee.
Lots of companies declare RS, its most common with a name and symbol change, and a 1-15 is minimal.
No where has PHMB ever announced a deal with any Russian Buyers of any kind.
Both companies do not have a "common investor" following, not sure what you're alluding to here.
This has been anything but a pump and dump, the company has not dumped any shares on the market whatsoever.
That was over 20 years ago, drop it.
The only one of those that has sold at this time is OTCreporter, which we all know about. The fact of the matter is the stock still trades like it has very little float, so as far as screaming that the sky is falling due to all of the dilution, its just not true. At best there has been 15 million added to the float which means that the float is still in the 48 million range and with all of the trading as of late its being soaked up, plain and simple. This is not the first company to have given shares to promoters, they all do it and its to create awareness in the company and the stock which is important for new companies. The company was unfortunately burned by OTCreporter, imo, when they dumped the shares they were given. Considering the founders of the company own well over 800 million shares themselves I highly doubt that if they had anticipated what OTCReporter was going to do that they would have hired them in the first place. OTCReporter is know for dumping shares given to them, its nothing new to those of us who trade in the pinks. As I said before its easy to contact the company and get a confirmation of the float, but its still basically low and incredibly low for a pinksheet company trading where its at.
