1.In mid September an announcement saying no R/S
2.Samples for investors before launch
3.PR: Launch details and progress
4.PR: Actual dollars resulting from acquisition (any actual ongoing revenue?)
5.PR: Share buyback plan (a % of post launch profit, for example)
6.Successful launch
7.Post pictures of product on shelves on their web site

Here is what I keep thinking:

Why bother scamming people when you have enough to actually make a go at a real business? Who needs the legal headache?

If you add all the players together there should be enough brains and business smarts to launch any kind of bottled water. Put tap water in those bottles and get them in stores and people would buy them.

As far as a R/S, it would seem they do NOT need to do that.

Well, “the next two to three weeks” from the 8/4/2008 PR is way before “mid September”.

Steve of XND is working on what he always wanted to work on, the actual launch of the new bottled water product.

There are too many pieces that actually DO fit together for me to think this is a scam. They really can pull this off, and if they do they’d make a lot more than what they’d make from a stock scam.

I say this is going to happen, and when it does we will make our share for supporting the effort all this time.

If not, I am working on a Plan B, which I intend to make available to anyone here who would like to join me. There are some great people and a lot of talent on this board, surely the ingredients for success in something tangible are here. If you have or at some point do abandon this stock and take a loss, be sure to check in with me at some point in the near future. EOM

Initial distribution of the Nu2O product line is on track to begin in October 2008 in the Southwest U.S., with nationwide expansion to occur over the following six to eight months and worldwide expansion beginning within the next one to two years, depending on continuation of funding and ongoing ramp-up requirements. The company also confirmed that it has been engaged in intensive and fruitful discussions this weekend with another company that it intends to acquire, whose business would be complementary to XND's, and that it expects to release further information about that later this week.

Everyone is waiting for the next round of news. The next round should have to do with the October launch. Launch progress can move this.

I’m not saying they don’t have their problems. I am not blind to the lack of progress, or at least the lack of evidence of progress. I am not naive to think all is rosy. I just don’t like to see general statements that by themselves don’t necessarily mean anything. The location of the office or the location of the official business address does not mean much, and decisions should not be made on that alone. It is just silly to do so.

Especially coming from a guy that has also made these statements:

My advice to everyone is: Don’t let this guy or anyone manipulate you for their purposes. Also, the number of times someone says something does not make it more right or accurate.

I work out of an apartment in NYC and do millions in business, what's your point? Does a location = a "real business" in your book? What do they need an office for? To spend money? I'd rather they keep slim and spend the money in ways that get the product to market. The business needs an address. If I were in their shoes I’d pick a “safe” location for my business so all the crazy people on this board couldn’t find me and bother me while I’m trying to get my work done.

It is a start anyway. It is also good exposure. I’m not saying they won’t make money moving it that way, because they will. The big money will come from distribution deals.

I'm at 125 now.

I think they want to be able to say something like this on Oct 1:

"We have begun distribution at several locations bla bla", "We have sales from day one"

They now have several locations that will move the water with no trouble. It won't be high volume, but it is guaranteed movement, which will look good in PRs.

Yeah. So I'm ok with the last 3 days. Things are going the way they should based on what we know. The news this week will give another boost, which will help them bring in the rest of the cash, not make the PPS go up just yet. We wont see that for another week or two (IMO). It would be great if we could get them to send out samples like WNBD did. That would give a boost to the PPS before launch.

Why is everyone shocked that they are doing what they said? I'm not. How else did you think they were going to do that? At least we know what they will be doing with the money! My 2 cents (well, actually I’ve invested 4,845,000 of my own cents into NUBV):

This is a good move.

Steve is a good guy, and has a passion for what he does. His business sense isn’t where he brings value to NUBV. He will now get to focus on what he is best at, while others manage the business side. Also, this removes any problem with the 6 month exclusive. Now everything we have invested in stays with our investment. Whatever the cards are they are, but we get to play the hand we all paid for.

I hope more positive developments soon follow this one.

If there is anything to this, this IS relevant to NUBV, and this board in particular. I’m reading all the posts, and I see a lot that I hope will not be attracted to our investment.

I’m just trying to bring a blast of positive, without pumping. In the past I posted about how we have more control over the destiny of this stock than most would think. I’m not suggesting we mindlessly pump this or any stock, but as new investors contemplate investing in NUBV, and they find this board, they will primarily see bickering back and forth. I would like to respectfully suggest we attempt to clean up this board a little. Accept truthful posts, regardless of what they say. Balance any negative tide with truthful posts that speak to other views if you so choose. Don’t feel the need to endlessly debate and reply to every annoying message. You can just let them sit. Your time may be better spent posting your view completely separated from a post that is meant to be destructive with no link to an annoying post. A new board member will be able to decide for themselves what it all means.

People handle the disappointment of a either a bad investment or tough times in different ways. Some may tame their frustration by trying t upset others (misery loves company). Some may have sold, and it would kill them to see the stock do well. In order to help their comfort level with the decision they made, they need to try to win others over to the same move – actually helping the stock to do poorly and confirm they made the right decision.

Remember, most people don’t do what they do or say what they say (or post) “to you”. They do what they do or say what they say “for them”. Therefore, don’t take everything that is said so personally. A negative post, or an attack aimed at the stock or a person on this board is likely driven by internal pain or conflict.

There is a freedom in knowing you don’t have to respond to everything, or if you do, you can choose exactly how you will respond, and you don’t have to be influenced by anyone (or any post).

Just some food for thought!
