Could be he has some shares - someone dumped 150, some big spender.
Think we do need a little help at this point - bid at .086 and .085 // ask at .092 and .10. The spread is wide and will get wider when the .092 gets taken out??
Don't see any selling pressure at this time. With the qtr/year end over, I expect to hear some good news in a week or so.
You and gil ask this same question - no shares traded today because there was no selling or buying at the bid or ask.
How do you like the run up so far? Nice ah!
lakers, Racine WI has really been hammered with storms, as has most of WI. Pacific Sands factory sits up from the flood area, but only three blocks or so from the lake. Being close to month/qtr/year end there is lots of activite to push production. Not unlike any factory operation pushing to make the numbers.
The pps is finally perking up and the boards are so quiet? I would expect the wires to be humming. Could be shock - or disbelief. Any way I do expect things are on the uptick and looking more like it should. Like joeV said shooting for the .20's.
Serious buyer in town, serious but cautious.
Really quite simple - no sellers and no buyers. I'm sure you can come up with a harder question.
You must have insider info??
Rather stupid question isn't it?
you have to be "gil" - the thought process is the same.
Your mentality spooks me - " I really believe the only one that is making any money is Mick. It sure in the hell isn't us. " You can't possibly believe your statement. The PPs is simply supply and demand. Some one sells more than the buyers want and the price drops till the buyers say, man its to good to pass up and so on.
Your not alone with this thinking as I see it all the time and If you believe it others possibly do also - I guess thats what makes the world go round and round and round.
I second the motion and I would favor a new policy "jerks be gone".
Yes, May will be the month to remember.
Can you imagine that in the last 5 months there have been over 4.5 million shares sold under .10. With all the positive press there is something wrong.
Now with less than 1000 share holders it shouldn't be hard to track the happenings.
Joev, as an investor I love to see power in being able to adjust prices upward. About the new line of products I'm not sure where I want to go. The EcoOne product line was originally started by me to see the potential of the company. It did give me an insight into the happenings. And I hung in there.
I've just looked over the new pricing to retailers and I concluded that the company is aggressive in their structure - in favor of their reveue side. To be able to do this tells me the demand is solid.
I'm truly disippointed that the pps isn't in the .20's. It really should be.
I'm sure there are a couple good candidates out there - but when the guys take the challenge, don't know.
Roger I've always felt the companies strength is in its sales and marketing - looking forward to another acquisition.
Here are a couple posts I did on RB some time back.

Pacific Sands from my eyes as an investor.
Finding the building was no problem but finding the office of Pacific Sands within the large complex was tough for a new comer. I hadn t seen a very large factory in some time and I think most people haven t seen one like this. It was built by Hamilton Beach as their manufacturing plant many years ago. The buildings looks bomb proof, all brick three stories high. And I may add mostly vacant.
Looking into all open doors I recognized the posters of the EcoOne products on one wall, I knew this was it. The front desk is all that is visible entering the area which is manned by Jill one lovely young lady not a bad way to start. On the right side are four offices Mikes, Todd s, Mick s and Jack s each had a desk, shelves, one computer and one chair no guest chair. My first thought was that these folks sure don t spend on frills and not on some things we may think as essential.
In meeting five of the eight company employees I had an advantage as I had seen pictures of them their take on seeing me could have been, so this is the little _hit. I had called Mick and mentioned to Todd that I would like to make a visit. The drive to Racine is a 6 hour run for me and I felt having a large holding in the company that it would be a benefit to see what I was investing in.
What I found was a start up company where each of the employees is able to do the essential operations to produce their products. The first day I was there they had an unexpected increase in an order from one of their customers so its increase the run of the product being produced. I helped capping the bottles after Rick had filled them. Their set up fills 6 bottles at a time and faster I may add than I can put caps on the bottles. Todd torqued the caps and fed the bottles through the station that put on the labels. The bottles are inspected by Mick and Angy (another lovely young lady) put the bottles in boxes. The boxes are labeled than put on a pallet. I will say that when Mick runs the machine that fills the bottles it takes two people to put the caps on the bottles to keep up with him.
During the production run Mike, Mick and Todd were constantly interrupted by telephone calls. During their absence some one would fill in as needed to keep the operation running smooth.
I have worked for four startup companies and I liked the rush that goes with the constant changes that happen. While I was there (from Wed afternoon thru Friday afternoon) there order increases that came in and this causes things to happen are there enough labels, how can we fit this product in especially if the current production run isn t the one needed is there any on the shelf?
I wasn t given any insider information but I was aware that there is constant communications on known projects and suspect on new projects. I talked extensively with each of the principles of the company and I do realize that the time I took will have to be made up at their expense. For this I am thankful.
Both Mick and Mike are concerned about what they feel is stock manipulation. The BB stock market is not new to them and they are doing every thing they can to protect the investors. Today I heard of a possible break through. They found out that there is a company that clams to be able to pin down the culprits who are doing the short selling. With this information there will be more letters of complaint to the proper authorities.
I feel that the company s strengths are the dedicated personnel, a fantastic product, unlimited upside potential for sales and a strong marketing force. In order to prevent dilution of the stock they struggle to raise needed funds to expand but to this end there is optimism.
If you have question I can answer about my visit feel fee to ask and I will answer the best that I can.

Annual meeting:
A good time was had by one and all – especially me!
The setting was absolutely gorgeous. The dining room was on the second floor with windows on three sides, on the left side there was the marina where there were births for 900 boats. Than straight away there was the open lake and to the right was the shore line – on a clear day with a little imagination you could see Chicago (?).
The city mayor attended as well as investors and potential investors. Needless to say all of Pacific Sands personnel were there – as well as our investor relations guy JT Ploch.
There were drinks before dinner so that we could loosen up (I did my part and than some – tipped for you RB buddies ). Dinner was choice of Prime Rib/Salmon and I think chicken. Was so hungry couldn’t talk for the first ten minutes – took the prime rib and ate while it was hot.
I don’t know what I can add to the released status of the company. On a one on one, I can give you my impressions of what I saw.
First, on the production line there were no new employees. Yet the production has dramatically increased since last I was there. And why no adds, because the production capability could – double/triple without need for add personnel or equipment (remember at peak needs other available folks multi task and pitch in). That’s the beauty of this company – cost of production is low and the cost in growth is in advertising/promotion. There was so much optimism in its future.
Second and its my personal opinion, is that there is more caution about forward projections. As the company grows Mick is more cautious about telling about what’s in the works. I for one, was used to hearing about what’s coming around the bend. And when all was quiet for a while, I wondered. After my trip I am confident that progress is steady and there is more news in the offing.
My hype is only to the longs – hold! To the traders, do your thing! The staff did a 24 plus hour stint prepping for the meeting and press release. Dedication to the company from its staff is higher than ever and if I get foggy about what’s happening, I’ll take another trip.
My best to all
Buddy M
roger when you said "Actually I see exactly what you are saying " to previous response; I'm looking in your posts for the same - what are you saying? Or selling, in your ramblings I look for something more than crystal balling / your opinion(s). Spit it out - where are you going with your line of thinking? Maybe someone else can tell me what I am missing. Enlighten me - what do you want me to know I haven't thought of or heard before.
Reminds me of another hi volume day - back in Nov (11/7/07). There were 437K shares traded, hi=.10, lo=.10 close=.10.
A 12 minute blitz - does any one think it was for real? Bid and Ask back to normal.
Not to forget where we’ve been – from last year.
RACINE, WI--(MARKET WIRE)--May 2, 2007 -- Pacific Sands, Inc. (OTC BB:PFSD.OB - News), a leading provider of environmentally friendly pool and spa care products, is pleased to report that preliminary April 2007 sales of $72,000 (unaudited) represent an all-time high single month's sales for the company.
joby - you ask "but what will it bring to the bottom line?"
You tell me if you know,
Time will tell - all depends on sales and marketing.
In reply to "it is becoming pretty clear that these products are niche products and probably not going to be pushed in the large BIG BOX stores. Other than adding to sales, it is hard to imagine how they will bring any substantial growth to this company."
Oxy Clean vs Oxy Boost:
Dear Mr. Martinez,
Thank you for contacting Natural Choices/Pacific Sands. We (My husband, Dr.
Mack Myers, and I) are very excited to be part of the Pacific Sands Inc.
team. We anticipate a very successful future for the combined companies.
The difference between Oxy-Boost and Oxi-Clean is the level of sodium
percarbonate in the formulation. Sodium percarbonate is also know as
"oxygen bleach." When Oxi-Clean first came on the scene in 1999 they had a
very high quality product at 80-90% Sodium Percarbonate and the balance soda
ash (Sodium carbonate) but were priced outrageously high ($15-25 per pound,
if I recall). After Orange Glo International, mfgr. Of Oxi-Clean, got the
country hooked on their product, they reduced the level of sodium
percarbonate to 40-50% as well as started using foreign raw materials which
at the time were poor quality. The materials have since improved
tremendously but the product is still low quality.
Natural Choices began selling Oxy-Boost in 1997. From the beginning we have
had the highest level of sodium percarbonate possible in our product. We
actually started at 100% but realized we had to add soda ash at a level of
at least 10% to comply with the DOT. Oxy-Boost currently has a sodium
percarbonate level at 80-90% which optimizes the cleaning power.
We have always had a guarantee that if anyone could prove that any other
oxygen bleach product outperformed Oxy-Boost we would refund their money -
including shipping. We have never had to pay up.
I trust that this answered your question. Feel free to contact me with any
other questions you may have. You may contact me at catherine@oxyboost.com.

That label looks familiar - can't help but feel I've seen it before and in the small print there was Pacific Sands name as manufacturer. - Buddy M
MM's father was brought in as a board member over a year and ahalf ago - whats the news? And as far as who is performing is an internal matter, performance reports are not published. As long is there is growth we know the people are performing. If you are familiar with the workings within a start-up company you would appreciate the work being done by all.
I do know start up - Conner peripheral was the longest running start up I know of (over 1 billion in revenue) before it was bought up by Seagate tech. Worked for both. Prior, I worked for three others and loved the excitement.
Does Pacific Sands Inc. have a chance - you bet! This year there was the purchase of Natural Choices and I think it is a winner - now what about next year, another like it? This could go on and on.
joby-- patience is the call of the day. Buy and be patient. I think if you had $30K to invest and could get in under .11 you would be set in a year or so.
Yes its the red brick building by the railroad tracks - was once the factory of Hamilton Beach, makers of kitchen appliances. The town of Racine is really historic right on the lake. Mick took me on a tour when I was there. He is quit proud of the area as he grew up there. And is familiar with the politics of the city, I might add.
Love the picture of the Pilot with thumbs up!
ornery_____---, You said "Why do you think he would come over to this company from that company? They must have canned him and the only company that would take him would be this one. It seems to me that PFSD always hires rejects from other companies."
Doesn't seem you know what the start up environment is like. The people who thrive in this environment are the ones who are multi talented. Each one has to do a variety of jobs and do them well. They energize those around them and themselves.
Also the folkes who gravitate to the environment are ones who look to the future and want to strike it rich - working to make it happen.
Where Henry is standing is the receptionists desk, down the hall to the right is Micks office etc.

Lakers I'm thinking it will be a while before the dust settles. From my stand point the added work load is short of overwhelming. So we should give them a month or so to get caught up. To me it looks like the new company intergration was more than I would have thought.
I'm curious to know more about the private label part of the business (natural choices). All to often the customer does not want to disclose the manufacturer.
I'm sure they are working on the - going forward strategy. Looking closely at the new products there is enough differences to keep the original cleaning products from PSFD in tact (could be the window cleaner may be a duplicate).
The company strength in my estimation has always been their sales and marketing, many don't realize it takes a whale of a lot of sales (many - many customers) to get to the million dollar sales number. And getting there shows their ability.
Their new business software has made running the factory much easier and from a manufacturing standpoint - piece of cake.
Every one has heard of Oxy Clean but is it the same as Oxy Boost designed and sold by Natural Choices (Now Pacific Sands)?
I sent and email to Natural Choices asking the difference and with Catherine’s permission I will post her reply.
My email:
Hi I have a web site that sells only Pacific Sands Products
(EverClearSpa.com) since the acquision of your company by Pacific Sands I have been checking your products. By the way, I do like the way you have given the technical information along with how and where to use information for all your products.
Would you tell me what the difference is between the Oxy Boost and the national advertised Oxy Clean product.
Looking forward to adding your products to my web store.

Have you read the 10QSB just released?
Yeh, could be sizeable. I'm feeling better about the future earnings picture.
"Mick must have a lot of confidence that the company will be well in the profit by 2010. "
Sure sounds like he has confidence - I even get the feeling that they are already in the black and climbing.
Could be that Mick made a better deal than we thought!
I'm curious about the Sec 8-K Exhibit 2.1 Asset Purchase Agreement. Does any one know how I can get a copy?
I would expect that all product/inventory / raw makings / manufacturing equipment be included in the deal. And what value does this represent? Could be sizable.
In all I think this is a fabilous step. Eco products are the up and comming thing, lots of great ideas and it takes super sales and marketing to make it take hold and prosper. This is PFSD's strength.
