I have no doubt that it will trade at $.25 a share...
... it will trade there after a 1,000 to 1 reverse split.
I can certainly say I am not buying anymore of Paul's debt. The current share count is a freaking outrage! I don't know how anyone can continue to stay bullish on this stock.
Yeah, Paul continues to fund his company by selling stock (504s). This is bad because it means that they have no other income, which means SpoozTools isn't selling. If it was selling, they wouldn't need to sell stock. Pretty freaking basic if you ask me.
Yeah they paid it, they paid it in Monopoly money. LOL.
I will agree with you there pocdab. Getting a green belt means about as much as a campaign promise. What a joke.
The problem is that the company doesn't have a long time before they need $$$$. Especially now that they have ramped up and hired new people. Are they going to also defer their wages???? Many a company have failed not because of the business plan, but lack of liquidity. This is most definitely SPOOZ. How many out there want to keep funding Paul's dream by buying his diluted stock?
EBI, I totally disagree with you. The forum is for peer discussion as well. Normal usage would generate questions, strategies, capabilities, etc. Not a single post in 3 months to me means no one is buying it. You may think I am full of it, but we shall see when 1st quarter earnings come out.
Nobody knows. I think it's probably because Paul doesn't want to stand up in front of shareholders and hear everyone say WTF. After promising everyone at the last meeting that they were ready and the tool would be out in June, he would have a pretty hard time at explaining why.
Of course, maybe it's because they are so busy selling subscriptions, they just don't have time :) Wouldn't that be nice! Not.
We so far I haven't found much substance or results. I think you guys have pinned your hopes and dreams to a dud. The odds are way to great. Of course, people still do buy lotto tickets, so if it makes you feel better, keep hoping.
So basically, XXIS is only going to use SWARM to trade their own capital (capital they don't have). Wow what a change of plan! I was under impression that they would trade public capital with SWARM. Errol now sees XXIS generating growth and revenue with sending out trade predictions???? And these predictions are sent by some new "undisclosed" technology that they have found. I think things sound worse now than they ever had. Here are the problems I see.
1. XXIS has not capital to trade with, so not much $$$ can be made with SWARM.
2. XXIS is just another 2 bit stock adviser (with no track record) that thinks they can predict the market. How many customers do you really think they can get????
Also, Errol Stone completely repeated himself in the interview. I actually thought that the sound bite started over. He also didn't answer the question on when the company went public.
I tell ya, I had their chances rated at 1 in a thousand. Now I think it's more like 1 in a million.
I am really depressed.
What's really funny is I remember a pool started last year on who could pick the release day in July/August.
OMG, I would laugh harder if this wasn't costing me so much.
The horror!
If I would have posted last June that Paul was full of crap and Spooztool2 wouldn't see the light of day in 2007 everyone on this board would have said I was crazy. Yet look what happened. We are still waiting!
I do have to disagree with the last post however, if there is no retail launch I don't think the company is automatically dead. If they can tickle enough local professional traders to use it, it may keep some money coming in and keep the lights on. But it does douse hopes and dreams of this stock putting some here into retirement.
Does that mean your taking that bet???? Loser admits they were wrong?
MC, you want to make a little side bet that retail launch doesn't happen this year??????
Your right MC, good time to flip.
In all due respect MC, what makes you think that XXIS will go up. From what I see things look pretty bleak.
- They have 2 employees.
- They are financing the company by diluting.
- They still haven't begun to trade.
I mean read the risk section of the release. It's all true. They are just another peddler out they in a sea of hundreds. What do they got they others don't???? SWARM. so basically all hopes and dreams ride on SWARM. Problem is that this thing only traded a handful of times almost a year ago. I would say the odds are about a thousand to one, maybe higher.
Also, I didn't catch the deal with XXIS and Spooz about the 1.5 million license payment. Has this been renegotiated? We know they only payed 83k of it. This is another thing that really pisses me off because I always questioned where this money was going to come from. Apparently I was right on. I don't think they ever thought that payment was realistic. I would go so far as to call this manipulation.
Unfortunately we can't get any confirmation that XXIS has used SWARM has make one single trade. Given the fact that they aren't bragging about it, I would say it's safe to assume nothing has happened.
Basically, it's not good. I guess we need to be prepared to lose everything at this point.
Anyone contact XXIS lately and ask them if they have started trading yet? The "Contact Us" link on the website is hosed.
Yes, it was a bet and then a question, which you answered and set straight.
Chill my friend.
Imperial, I didn't go in depth to your analysis so if I missed something I apologize, but it looked like you were comparing historical volume to recent volume to show a possible resistance point.
As far as SpoozChart #s, your right I don't have them. Nobody does and that is the problem. All we can do is wait and speculate. I got tired of waiting and decided to speculate:)
Imperial, you can't compare volume without taking into account the price. Volume of the stock when you can buy it at .0008 can not be compared to volume when the price was .01.
Also, I never said SpoozChart was a bad tool, I am saying (IMO) it is not selling. Many a decent product failed to catch on and unfortunately, I believe this is one of them.
Let's face it, charting packages are a dime a dozen and SpoozChart doesn't do anything significant to differentiate itself from the competition. You may disagree, and I hope to be wrong, but I don't see any $$ coming in from this tool and Spooz desperately needs some $$. I think we can agree on that!
Then your the lone ranger my friend.
Ok fellow Spoozers. Here is more evidence that things are not going well (like we need any more). It doesn't look like SpoozChart is making any revenue impact. If you check their forum web site, the last entry is Feb 9th. Nobody is discussing it because nobody is using it. I bet even the great IW has canceled his subscription. Is this true Imperial?
Think about it. It has been almost 10 months since the first published results of SWARM. Since then it has basically sat on a shelf. You can make up any and every excuse as to why this is, but bottom line is that it isn't producing and that is why we are currently in the gutter. Paul needs to execute a little say-do mentality.
Has anyone asked recently if XXIS has started trading? If not... why?
Understand completely, but I will stand behind my prior statement that we will never see a retail version. At least not in 2008.
I was interested, but I don't think a retail release is ever going to happen. Here is my guess. They are going to determine that this tool is not for the retail users, which goes against what they preached last year. But I have a bad feeling based on the delays and news that this thing is just too much work to put in the hands of everyone's home office. This is just my opinion and I could be completely wrong, but I would brace for the fact that retail is going to be delayed indefinitely.
If this is true it will be the first time I felt that Paul is really scamming the shareholders. I had never taken this position before, but if he started up the whole 504 financing again without notifying shareholders and after all his bullsh!t hype I am really going to be pissed.
Besides, no matter what spin he might put on it, if they need to again finance the company by selling stock, then that means they have no revenue, which means this POS is DOA.
Everyone better start looking for life rafts because the ship is going down.
Did anyone call Paul and ask if there are selling more stock through 504s? WTF!!!
Well, what is he really going to say ... "Yeah they can kick our $ss". Of course he is going to play it down. The question is from an outside perspective, how dangerous is this threat?
"Some how I can't imagine that the two investors that went to work for Paul share that sentiment...nor do many others. Just because things have taken longer than expected it doesn't mean that all is lost...by any stretch of the imagination."
Well, it doesn't mean all is lost, but it certainly doesn't help!!!
Allie, is it really a "couple" of people or is it just one. Let's be specific.
Yeah, unfortunately, I have yet to see a deadline that Spooz has kept. Sigh.
So no new press releases on XXIS like promised? Wow, how surprising. At least the web site has changed to a new page that tells you nothing. Hasn't trading started????
All to true. Unfortunately, it is only one of many examples. Sigh again.
That made me laugh. Man Sled Dog, that's the funniest thing I have seen all day.
Unfortunately, it also makes my cry.
Hey Buck, you forgot one. How about the statement that companies were wanting to inject millions into Spooz and that Spooz didn't need the money.
How about the fact that XXIS only paid us 83k of a 500k contract. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry, but man come on.
Do you really want to venture into the realm of "What ifs"???? Maybe we should stick to what has happened... and unfortunately, it hasn't been good.
sigh.
Let's hope so, I think we could all use a break. I am tired of waiting at the edge of my seat for this thing to break loose.
SWARM, of course. If you think about it... it has been since last June that SWAM has been traded (as far as we know). You have a strategy with a claimed success rate > 90% and it sits on the shelf gathering dust. To me, this is just unacceptable.
