Well, put it to you this way, with the RS, people will sell and the price will drop. So overall he will probably have less cash than before the RS. Then there will be more dilution in an attempt to "fundraise" some more.
No clue. I can't get an accurate piece of information out of anywhere.
Wow, my whopping 16 share sell executed at .05. I'm very puzzled by this when it quotes out at $1.20. Eh, oh well. I sent an e-mail to my brokerage. We'll see if anything happens.
Wow. I now own 16.6 shares. I feel bad for those who had more invested in this. What a load of BS.
Wow, you are an impatient one aren't you? I would hardly look at this as a POS.
Indeed. Same here. I've learned a lot from this board and from the people on it. Cheers to you all.
I'm not sure what's going on though I'm sure our guys are on the way to Nevada. Scratch that. Are in Nevada now.
Ah, I don't know. It can be a valuable learning tool. I think for most, they should hold the bag once so they learn not to do it again. Hopefully they won't be in the hole a ton when it happens. Of course, those on this board are smarter than most.
Yes, I try to avoid holding any bags. I'm relatively new but I've learned some signs to watch out for. And of course, proper DD can help avoid all that mess too.
Indeed. Businesses have been hurt by too many frivolous lawsuits. This ruling, though keeping some legitimate scammers from being prosecuted, appears to do more good than bad for companies.
I was going to say, it seems that they may be protecting pumpers and scammers. Companies do get scammed too.
If only I could afford more cheapies. I'm tapped out. Empty. Nada left from trying to buy up cheapies. Or at least what I thought were cheapies at the time lol.
Morning, errr, afternoon all. Looks like we got had a uninteresting morning so far.

on December 19th 2007, "Upon completion of the filing of the final
merger documents with both the State of Nevada and NASDAQ, OMNINET

documents have been signed and that in order to speed up this much
anticipated process a proper delegation of AQUAGOLD Directors will be
proceeding to the United States this Tuesday 15th of January 2008 in order to
be on location to file the official name change and CUSIP number
application. Augmenting shareholder value is and has always been our first
priority and I would like to take this opportunity to thank shareholders

::whispers:: We hope for $10! hehe
Hahahha Wimpypoop. Good one.
Indeed. But the greedy part of me hopes for $10 plus.
$10 per share? That would be nice. ;)
Nope, it was really slow for a bit. Got an error at one point.
Well, if they said that the merger was off it would go down. But that's not bloody likely.
Go up? Yeah. Merger completion, ticker change, 500 million in contracts (probably more if you read the pr's), and I don't think the price has a choice but to simply take off.
So much money is wating on the sidelines for those papers about the merger.
Sid, you are my hero!
Indeed. Do as the big guys do.
Could be the delay is due to something very good as well.
Awesome info man! Good job.
Yeah, I tried that yesterday. Still waiting for a response......
Who, what? New Symbol?
Sent an E-mail to Mr. Dasilva expressing my concern. I doubt I'll hear anything back but I did suggest a PR explaining the delays as much as legally allowed.
That is an option I'm hoping not to have to consider.
That is bothersome.
Haha, 500 million in contracts. More from trade shows more than likely. Sky-rocketing demand. The Olympics....Yes it will be a good year.
50 cents? Shoot. I'm patiently waiting for the uplisting to Amex. If they continue to expand their contracts who knows where this will end up. Patience is a virtue that I usually don't have, but I'll make an exception here.
No confusion, completely different companies. Most recent update was in 1995.
I've already got my 200k share lotto ticket. I may pick up another 800k to go with it. It's certainly cheap enough. I hope this does well with the launch. Looks promising at least.
Shorter? Or MM Games? What are your thoughts?
I'll take a 3% gain in the end though. Much better than a 3% loss since we're in limbo.
Who what? Must have been meant for someone else heh.
Boy, were that to happen I'd beat myself up for not selling at .18 and getting back in at .01's lol.
Inevitably, it will not be high enough...ever lol.
Morning all. Is everyone ready for a good day? What would make my weekend is a PR or filings. But I don't want to get ahead of myself.
Soon my friend, hopefully very soon.
