where did you hear that?
IMO
treaty pumps very little oil; actually on the negative of revenue.
two chances to close the KS oil leases, SLIM & NONE
belize pumping oil?, NO Chance. check the restrictions
these are the facts if anyone would bother to check
again, IMO, there will be one last chance to pump and dump
i have been searching for one month now for any evidence of a loan for Treaty; there is nothing on the internet that points to Treaty getting a loan for $9m for the Kansas oil deal. nothing from any bank or loan institution. NOTHING.
Treaty is dreaming if they think they will close a loan within one month for $9m
what a bunch of bullcrap
the pps says it all
<<The priciple owners and management have made some bad moves in the past according to the links posted here. Some of you have made some investments in previous companies that tanked and have a link to the management or priciple owners. Ok, get over it! >>
i agree with what you say, but you left out the part where we were lied to in PRs.
i can handle honesty & investing; what i cannot handle is deceit.
which teco are you guys looking at?
what you are talking about is not what i am seeing re teco
when treaty puts out their next PR, investors had better have all their ducks in a row with all their shares ready to sell; from all appearances, this could be the last chance to bail.
i hope treaty makes the PR a good one, with many promises, similar to the infamous KOMEX PR; the better the PR, the better chance to bail.
treaty, no need for the PR to be truthful.
farviewhill,
yes, very bad ethics and no shame; appears i will do almost anything for money, even gamble in a worthless teco sub penny stock.
finally learned my lesson regarding penny stocks.
i have to promote teco in order to re coup some of my investment; i realize i have no shame

the Kansas deal is late (had to be extended), and the first well has yet to be drilled in Belize (late; was scheduled to begin drilling in July 2010 - no permit from the Belize govt to begin drilling)
nothing new for treaty; all talk and no action and no revenue
$10K as opposed to $2k

Sorry to feel I need to hold my word and not post on the other board, but there sure is interesting conversation going on. I was just reading the latest court documents and look as if the Blackburn, Tri-Koon Treaty saga will be heating up very very soon. Been reading about some of the exhibits RB plans on presenting: Contract with RSS, an overview of Belize operation, Belize aircraft deals, Promissory Notes with a Mr. Bass Jr. (not in 10Q of course), Stock sold for joint venture agreement to Mr. Bass... there is a total of 67.. Some other are Release and Indemnification Agreement (hummm wonder what that is for.. Kansas Purchase Agreement, Assignment of overriding Royalty Interest, and this last one that I will put here...Pricing offer for Drilling - Guatemala....
As always I try not to take sides, I just post the facts from the courts; I guess I do take a side with my side comments... Hey if there is no revenue in the next 10Q I think I'll come back to the I-hub board.. this time I take revenue as over $10,000 : -0 )

imo, this stock is overpriced; that's why i can never dump it
you don't need Shorts to keep the teco pps down;
this stock does a great job of keeping the pps down all by itself.
this is the same story that was used for the pbls stock; it was never true.
very nice volume, today, treaty; let's see if we can keep it up tomorrow.
go treaty
nice volume for a change; keep selling that stock treaty.
operations money is a necessity.
RB just picked up another 5 grand.
great discussions today
oil now at 91.15
for the new year, let's hope we can get some new investors to buy teco at a higher pps than we paid
writing will be on the wall in late feb
if treaty were to acquire Town Oil Company, how would they ever pay any salary to the current Town Oil employees?
as far as i can determine, treaty does not pay salary to employees.
teco stock?
we used to get companies like the (town oil co) KS oil deal just for company stock; now we are paying $9m for it?
i wonder if the Town Oil Co employees know what they are in for?
i don't have a link; but
<<I have a question that I hope someone here can answer. How come after a very material event like the PR's of last week isn't there was not a required 8K's filed with the SEC???
I'm too lazy to re-read all the financing PR's but my guess is the wording is such that it "implies" financing. By filing an 8k TECO would be really committing to the financing and if or when it never transpires the company would be in much bigger trouble than the "false and misleading" PR. (Allegedly)

come on teco, get green.
my take on your post is, the belize project has been essentially on hold for the past month.
the first belize well is already 6 months late; i guess we will just have to wait another 6 months to determine the real treaty. by then the teco pps should be triple zeroes. imo
just looking over the key statistics: doesn't look good for treaty in anyone's imagination
Operating Margin (ttm): -87,539.62%
Return on Assets (ttm): -902.69%
Revenue (ttm): 1.57K
Gross Profit (ttm): -32.00
EBITDA (ttm): -1.18M
Net Income Avl to Common (ttm) : -1.10M
Total Debt (mrq): 729.72K
Operating Cash Flow (ttm): -347.80K
Levered Free Cash Flow (ttm): -755.21K
this price rise is not going to bode well for a struggling economy. it will make it very difficult for the everyday family. it will dampen any economic turn-around.
how did someone post it recently?
lower highs, lower lows on small volume;
he seems to have called it perfectly.
treaty now down 19%
treaty is now down 18%; double zeroes already.
great buying opportunity ROFL
the way i read it was, one PR released three times.
all they stated was treaty is late getting the promised funding; maybe it will come SOON.
maybe it WON'T.
show me the money.
treaty down 14%
my teco prediction for 2011 is as follows:
teco will continue to flounder; teco will not drill in belize; and teco will drop to triple zeroes.
let's see who is correct in one year; mark this post
imo, commitment rescinded, is certainly a possibility. i hope not.
your post nailed exactly what is happening.
<<Treaty Energy and Town Oil have agreed to extend the term of the purchase agreement to February 21, 2011. >>
i'll give you an extension until 2/21/11
plus it looks like you might be able to pick up more teco in the .006 range SOON
from the PR: treaty received a lender commitment to provide $9 million in funding for the purchase of the Kansas-based Town Oil Company, Inc. leases, with the closing to occur within 60 days. Treaty Energy and Town Oil have agreed to extend the term of the purchase agreement to February 21, 2011.
appears as if we have 60 days to flounder before we start any drilling.
this treaty PR reminds me of and looks alot like the infamous Komex PR; that should be enough to scare the begeebes out of any teco investor/gambler.
past experience
selling/dilution by Ron Blackburn and others who have received free teco stock.
Cap
you are correct; today will be red and teco will go into a slow decline again.
regarding the clear sign of dilution, i think it is RB and others with free shares that continue to dump for needed money; that is the reason for the two recent PRs, the stock was already at .006 and needed to be pumped up again. i don't think they wanted to PR before 2011, but had to.
i believe .02 is the absolute high treaty can reach.
talk about a stock one has absolutely no control over.
viki also posted
i didn't say teco will be worthless; if you buy today at .0073 and sell at a penny, you make 33% on your money. do you make more than that on your other gambles? i'll take 33% any day.
great buying opportunity for teco; next positive PR (in 2011) shoots this stock up to a penny.
my bid is in
Treaty is looking good today; nice volume, trading higher; a great entry point for a company with a possible great future. I'm not looking for any PR until early in 2011. Then, a good PR should push Treaty well (no pun intended) over a penny; from there, the sky is the limit. imo
pps coming down fast!!! fasten your seatbelts
