I had made a comment about Cabonator that I would like to retract now. I thought I knew who he/she was but I was wrong. I stated that the input from this poster should be added to everyone's DD. I would like to retract that and say to do the opposite. Specially since I have a suspicion of who it is and their true motive here. I could be wrong and I'm just voicing my opinion. Follow your own DD please.
I understand what you are saying. The thing I see different is that unlike the other adventures that went away to make way for the new one. The compost is still a viable product that is remaining part of the company. The CC's are a byproduct of it. It's more of an expansion than a change of course. Can't have the CC's without the compost.
Good points.
This however doesn't disprove my point that even if the event happened, they don't have to file until they are ready.
Yes, having known the history of GLEC, one would agree with you. This new adventure is very different from those in the past, wouldn't you agree. So this could trigger a new way of doing things.
No?
That's fine. But it's not you so Pete has final say on when to put that news out, right. Maybe he has his reasons for holding back. What they are, who knows. I just don't want any negative news.
Someone is getting impatient. Selling at .01
Hopefully it turns out to be their loss.
Hmmmm....Bowel Movement. Otherwise known as a BM. Can you think of anything else BM could stand for? Big Mamma, Busta Move, ???
The required 8K's are to be filed within 4 days, not 3 days of the event and the SEC is looking to change some of them to 2 days. Which item number would this so called "material event" that you refer to be filed under?
Reporting of this type activity, just like the most recent 8k (item 8.01), is purely voluntary in nature. So there is no time frame requirements. Here are some links. Show me where I'm wrong.

Very disappointed in you Carbonator for resorting to stupid statements like that. Your credibility just took a hit. In my book anyway.
Yes, it would be a reportable event but not one with any time restrictions on it. So it could have happened already.
How do you know that they haven't passed this step already?
"They're now waiting for the evaluation of the security (carbon credits) to be offered, then it's on to qualified brokers for sale to various carbon abusers."
could you provide the link that shows that they are approved to sell the CC's
Even with all that is going on it is still possible to get an announcement that GEC has failed to get approved to sell the CC's.
Just keeping it real.
Yuck, a 150k share trade at .01 I know it doesn't really matter at this point and that it is probably someone taking some money out for the weekend but still. UGH
Another dead day. What's up with that?
Correct
I agree with you Arbpro that you and Carb are not the same person. I think I know who he is and if I'm right, he knows who I am. If I'm correct then we should all add his input to our own DD. I'll leave it at that.
Have a nice day.
Based on your numbers and the size of GEC's site in Alabama, what do you think it will be worth?
Looks like the momentum has subsided. Hopefully just for today.
Can I get a show of hands who has been?
This is true. Just thought I'd share that with the new peeps.
You've been to the site, right?
Just a side note as to how good GEC is.
For those of you who haven't had the pleasure of visiting the facility in Alabama, here is something you may or may not know. While getting the tour of the place I ended up standing on a pile of compost, the finished product. No "Foul" odor at all. Pun intended. Thus,
Our SH#T don't stink!!!!
I thought the market was closed today.
Do you think GEC is pursuing those 2-3 NA locations?
My Bad, thank you for setting me straight.
You didn't answer the other question I had. How big do you see GEC getting with this?
I thought this was different from the 8K.
Your link doesn't seem to work.
When you say this business is going to be bigger than peeps think, do you mean GEC or CC's in general?
Hey Carbonator, what is your take on all this? I'm guessing by your name and you being new here that you know a little something about CC's and such.
The cheerleader is back. I don't know if that's good or bad.
Not true. A lot traded at .008 and .0085.
I'm not seeing those numbers on the bid side, only on the ask.
Currently only one seller at .0075 and then it goes to .01
That 45k shares didn't come out of the two larger orders.
Nice sized buy orders lined up. Too bad they are lower than we want.
1,050,000 @ .0065
3,400,000 @ .006
Current sell orders can't fill them all. Less than 900k shares currently available at prices from .0075 up to .03
Would be nice to see this run.
Ufff.....I need to look at the time more. The market had closed which is why the large buy order was pulled. Hopefully it will be back tomorrow with a larger price offering.
Ref, should I assume your lack of response to my question about F.W. means it is no longer in play?
Doesn't matter now. It's gone.
A 3.4 mill share bid just came in. Too bad it's only at .006
The "Ask" side of Level II is looking good. Just need some buyers to get us moving.
Anyone care to prognosticate on the up coming weeks activity?
Hey Ref...still waiting on update from you on your brain child F.W.
That's what I was thinking but thought I'd ask.
Thank you for that link but what do they have to do with GEC?
With some due diligence on the part of a savvy investor here, this news was discovered in the news section of iHub. Can anyone tell me what the content has to do with GLEC other than the top and bottom of the page the file is on.

Just because they just announced this does not mean that this is as far as they have gotten. Though certain events require that an 8K be filed within 4 days of the event, a voluntary disclosure (Item 8.01) has no time frame. They are putting the information out as they choose to. I do think the deal is much further along than this. They are just putting the info out piecemeal. This link is to a FAQ type form about 8K's. Page 4 shows what I'm talking about.
